为解决目前离散制造业过程追踪与作业管理对数据采集与信息处理的更高需求,提出基于多移动Agent的过程监控管理系统的应用服务代理体系结构,给出应用服务代理结构中多移动Agent的实现机制与复杂逻辑控制方法,建立了进度分析模型,采用RFID技术实现数据实时采集,通过嵌入式技术与图形引擎技术实现采集终端可视化管理,最后给出了过程监控管理原型系统及智能终端的实现,证明了该系统在实际应用中的可行性与有效性.  相似文献

论文分析了当前应用系统安全技术的局限性,在此基础上,提出了一个基于PKI的多Agent安全服务系统的体系结构。该系统利用多Agent在协作和信息交互方面的优势及移动Agent的移动性,在PKI安全平台的基础上对网络中的应用系统提供主动式的用户认证、加/解密、数字签名/签名验证等安全服务。论文还简要介绍了实现原型系统的关键技术和方法,实验结果表明,该安全服务平台可为应用系统提供主动透明、稳定高效的安全服务。  相似文献

网络蠕虫的传播对互联网安全构成了严重的威胁,接种疫苗是蠕虫防治的一种有效手段。该文提出了一个基于Agent的网络蠕虫防御系统,通过Agent互相协作共同抵御网络蠕虫。Agent在网络中迁移,把疫苗安装到网络中的各个主机节点。通过对Agent的迁移机制和疫苗存储库结点的部署算法的研究,并应用到系统中,实现了疫苗分发路径的优化,缩短了疫苗的分发时间。  相似文献

敏捷制造对传统的工艺设计提出了异地协同设计的要求。为此,文章提出了工艺设计的三层体系结构,在此基础上,通过软件Agent技术的引入,设计了一个能有效实现异地协同设计的虚拟工艺设计系统,并构造了可嵌套的Agent联邦结构,来增强系统的柔性和可扩展性。关键技术在自主开发的商品化软件GS-CAPP系统中得以实现,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。  相似文献

Nowadays, with the introduction and application of new information technologies in manufacturing, various advanced manufacturing modes and national strategies have been put forward and paid more and more attention, such as Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet, Cyber-Physical System or Cyber Manufacturing, Made in China 2025, Internet Plus Manufacturing, Cloud Manufacturing, etc. For these modes and strategies, how to realize the effective and intelligent supply–demand matching (SDM) of various manufacturing resources and capabilities (MR&C) in the form of service is one of the common issues and aims. In order to provide a uniformed research platform for related researchers both in academic and industry, the concept of manufacturing service SDM simulator (SDMSim) is proposed in this paper. A hypernetwork based architecture for the simulator is designed, as well as its seven key functions and subsystems, including manufacturing service management, manufacturing task management, manufacturing service SDM hypernetwork, manufacturing service SDM problem formulation and configuration, matching and scheduling algorithms/strategies selection and design, statistical analysis, and visualization. It illustrates that SDMSim has the potential to serve the users of manufacturing service provider, manufacturing service consumer, manufacturing service operator in the field of SoM, as well as the related researchers.  相似文献

针对传统物联网信息服务系统不能实现物联网终端汇聚节点和物联网应用服务器兼容,无法利用现有的互联网生态圈这两大问题,提出了一种新型Cordova-NodeJS混合式物联网信息服务系统。该系统由基于改进内核的Cordova框架构成的物联网终端汇聚节点和基于Node.js并配合最优点产生算法构成的物联网应用服务器所组成。结合所提出的混合式信息服务架构,该系统运行良好。实验仿真结果也表明,使用该系统架构的物联网信息服务系统相关数据指标较传统信息服务系统表现优异,接近于互联网信息服务系统数据指标,证明该系统具有研究价值。  相似文献

Smart manufacturing is undergoing rapid development along with many disruptive technologies, such as Internet of Things, cyber-physical system and cloud computing. A myriad of heterogeneous manufacturing services can be dynamically perceived, connected and interoperated to satisfy various customized demands. In smart manufacturing, the market equilibrium is variable over time due to changes in demand and supply. Thus, efficient manufacturing service allocation (MSA) is critical to implementation of smart manufacturing. This paper considers the MSA problem under market dynamics with maximization of utility of customers and service providers. Many conventional methods generally allocate manufacturing services to the customers by multi-objective optimization without considering the impact of interactions between customers and service providers. This paper presents a multi-attribute negotiation mechanism to address the MSA problem under time constraints relying on autonomous agents. The proposed negotiation mechanism is composed of two models: an atomic manufacturing service negotiation model and a composite manufacturing service coordination. The former model is based on automated negotiation to seek an atomic manufacturing service over multiple attributes for an individual subtask. The latter model incorporates the global distribution and surplus redistribution to coordinate and control multiple atomic manufacturing service negotiations for the whole manufacturing task. Numerical studies are employed to verify the effectiveness of the multi-attribute negotiation mechanism in solving the MSA problem. The results show that the proposed negotiation mechanism can address the MSA problem and surplus redistribution can effectively improve the success rate of negotiations.  相似文献

社交物联网是社交网络与物联网有机融合的新型网络,相应的社交物联网应用系统越来越得到人们的关注。社交物联网应用系统主流的架构是基于代理的模式连接物联网与社交网络,而有关社交网络直接应用物联网设备资源及其服务的模式仍有欠缺。物联网设备和服务资源如何作为社交网络的重要属性被社交网络发现、搜索和应用;用户、设备和服务资源如何通过社交网络进行共享等问题还有待解决。该研究面向社交物联网的基本应用,设计了一种将社交网络与物联网统一起来的应用系统。该系统以移动端应用程序开发平台作为开发工具,在应用程序开发框架内进行相关设计和开发,以社交网络应用、物联网设备管理、物联网设备的服务搜索等功能为主,解决了社交物联网中用户、设备和服务资源的统一共享问题。  相似文献

Nowadays, the focus of enterprises is gradually expanding from product manufacturing system to Product service system (PSS). In the existing research, scholars mainly focus on the in-depth study of a certain method or technology, and the research on traditional PSS is relatively mature. In addition, it is a tendency that transform towards SPLSS with the characteristics of industrial internet platform (IIP) and sustainable operation theory. Based on this, this paper explores the research path from traditional product service system (PSS) to smart product service system (SPSS), and then to smart product lifecycle service system (SPLSS), which can endow the products with intelligent perception, intelligent analysis and intelligent decision-making capabilities based on Industrial Internet Platform (IIP). A reference model of IIP enabled SPLSS for industrial services based on system engineering method and theory from a very detailed practical investigation is proposed. Moreover, on the basis of this model, its three dimensional subsystems are expanded, including: supporting environment subsystem, evolution path subsystem, and added value subsystem. The study can provide a reference for the enterprise's manufacturing strategy and manufacturing path. It will promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprise manufacturing model to improve service efficiency and reduce operating costs, and then realize the value-added of products and services.  相似文献

In the past decade, the booming of Internet challenges the middleware in three aspects: quality of service, balance of changes and stabilization, and across-Internet integration. This paper presents our work on distributed object computing middleware technology for these challenges, as well as the research and development on StarBus , which is a CORBA standard-compliant middleware suite with the features such as object request broker supporting multi-* quality of service, component model, and integration with Web Service. This paper comprehensively presents the design and characteristics of StarBus , and demonstrates how StarBus is enhanced to address the challenges of Internet computing through three case studies: inter-enterprise integration over Internet, application evolution through dynamic reconfiguration, and great massive information system building. Cloud manufacturing is a new manufacturing model that aims to provide on-demand manufacturing services to consumers over the Internet. Service composition is an essential issue as well as an important technique in cloud manufacturing (CMfg) that supports construction of larger-granularity, value-added services by combining a number of smaller-granularity services to satisfy consumers’ complex requirements. Meta-heuristics algorithms such as genetic algorithm, particle swarm optimization, and ant colony algorithm are frequently employed for addressing service composition issues in cloud manufacturing. These algorithms, however, require complex design flows and painstaking parameter tuning, and lack adaptability to dynamic environment. Deep reinforcement learning (DRL) provides an alternative approach for solving cloud manufacturing service composition (CMfg-SC) issues. DRL as model-free artificial intelligent methods enables a system to learn optimal service composition solutions through training, which can therefore circumvent the aforementioned problems with meta-heuristics algorithms. This paper is dedicated to exploring possible applications of DRL in CMfg-SC. A logistics-involved QoS-aware DRL-based CMfg-SC is proposed. A dueling Deep Q-Network (DQN) with prioritized replay named PD-DQN is designed as the DRL algorithm. Effectiveness, robustness, adaptability, and scalability of PD-DQN are investigated, and compared with that of the basic DQN and Q-learning. Experimental results indicate that PD-DQN is able to effectively address the CMfg-SC problem.  相似文献

This paper is a formal overview of standards and patents for Internet of Things (IoT) as a key enabler for the next generation advanced manufacturing, referred as Industry 4.0 (I 4.0). IoT at the fundamental level is a means of connecting physical objects to the Internet as a ubiquitous network that enables objects to collect and exchange information. The manufacturing industry is seeking versatile manufacturing service provisions to overcome shortened product life cycles, increased labor costs, and fluctuating customer needs for competitive marketplaces. This paper depicts a systematic approach to review IoT technology standards and patents. The thorough analysis and overview include the essential standard landscape and the patent landscape based on the governing standards organizations for America, Europe and China where most global manufacturing bases are located. The literature of emerging IoT standards from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the Guobiao standards (GB), and global patents issued in US, Europe, China and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) are systematically presented in this study.  相似文献
