本文以羟基丙烯酸分散体和氨基树脂为主要反应物制备了水性氨基烤漆,研究了二丙二醇丁醚( DPnB)、乙二醇丁醚( BCS)、二乙二醇丁醚( DGBE)、丙二醇甲醚( PM)、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)、异丙醇( IPA)6种成膜助剂对水性氨基烤漆性能的影响。通过对样品进行动态、静态流变性的表征以及粒径测试,研究了各成膜助剂的作用机理。结果表明: PM对氨基树脂和羟丙分散体树脂都有较好的相容性,其作用在水相和分散体粒子之间,有利于分散体在成膜前体系的稳定性。同时使用 PM为成膜助剂时,漆膜具有较快的表干速度,干燥后表现出较好的力学性能。经 130 ℃烘烤 25 min后,漆膜的 60 °光泽达 89. 5,柔韧性达 1 mm,冲击正冲 50 cm,反冲 50 cm,铅笔硬度 H,说明 PM是本研究氨基烤漆体系的最佳成膜助剂。 相似文献

介绍了一种高硬度单组份自交联水性木器漆的制备,通过水性聚氨酯分散体和水性丙烯酸乳液进行复配,选择合理复配比例,并讨论了成膜助剂对涂料综合漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:水性聚氨酯分散体E与丙烯酸乳液A按质量比1:1复配,漆膜各性能达到最佳。通过FTIR分析可知,两种树脂发生的自交联反应,两者之间存在氢键的作用。选用二丙二醇甲醚(DPM)与二丙二醇丁醚(DPnB)为成膜助剂,按质量比1:1复配,漆膜硬度较高,表面效果好,其他性能也显著提高。 相似文献

介绍了一种单组份水性木器底漆的配方设计,讨论了不同的木器底漆专用丙烯酸乳液种类及用量、成膜助剂种类及用量、打磨填料的种类及用量、抗沉降剂用量等对漆膜性能的影响,制备了漆膜综合性能优异的底漆。研究结果表明:丙烯酸酯H的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)为70.9℃,具有较佳的机械性能;成膜助剂二丙二醇正丁醚(DPnB)与二丙二醇甲醚(DPM)复配,用量分别为体系的3.5%和6.5%,漆膜可在5℃时成膜,具有较高的硬度;以1250目的滑石粉MK-7作为打磨填料,用量占体系的10%,轻微打磨达到飘粉效果,具有较好的打磨性能;以纤维素醚E230X作为抗沉降剂,用量为体系的0.2%,底漆的储存稳定性能达到最优。 相似文献

A novel, waterborne epoxy system comprised of non-ionic stabilized dispersions of a solid epoxy resin and an amine curing
agent has been designed for ambient-cure coatings. The performance characteristics of coatings formulated from the new system
have been compared to a standard system. The new system produced formulated coatings with robust performance over a wide range
of amine-to-epoxy stoichiometries (65 to 130%). At 100% stoichiometry, the new system was found to have lower VOC, faster
hardness development, better gloss, and higher impact resistance than the standard system. The new formulations also exhibited
superior water and salt spray resistance, and a definitive viscosity rise at the end of potlife. Unlike the standard system,
coating morphology of the new waterborne system was found to be similar to a solvent-based coating. For the new system, good
coalescing solvents, as judged by gloss and gloss potlife, were found to have low solubility parameters and high boiling points.

Hybrid waterborne alkyd–acrylic dispersions with solid content of 40%, free from any surfactant and exempt of any organic solvent, were successfully synthesized by a melt co-condensation reaction between an acrylic prepolymer bearing carboxylic groups and a long-oil alkyd resin. Spontaneous emulsification of the ensuing hybrid resin was achieved by the addition of an aqueous ammonia solution that neutralized the carboxylic functions. The key role of the carboxylic groups on the stabilization process and on the storage stability of the dispersion was assessed and it was shown that the insertion of anhydride moieties within the acrylic prepolymer ensured the efficient coupling between the acrylic and the alkyd resin and prevented the phase separation. These dispersions are easy to implement and might be used to prepare high quality zero VOC coatings in terms of drying time, stability and gloss. The most stable dispersion was also used in the formulation of air-drying waterborne lacquers and their coating properties were evaluated. 相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,多种交联体系为功能单体,采用水性固体丙烯酸树脂(SR-675、QZ-7001、QZ-7002)和聚合型乳化剂NRS-10搭配作为体系的表面活性剂,通过预乳化半连续乳液聚合工艺合成了木器高光面漆用丙烯酸酯树脂。探究了水性固体丙烯酸树脂酸值、Tg、相对分子质量以及用量;NRS-10用量、引发剂(APS)用量和树脂Tg对树脂及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:当采用水性固体丙烯酸树脂SR-675且用量占单体总量的20%(下同)、NRS-10占0.5%、APS占0.75%,树脂Tg设计为40 ℃时,合成的丙烯酸酯树脂制备成木器面漆,涂膜光泽高、附着力好、耐水性好,铅笔硬度可达2H。 相似文献
