邻氨基苯甲酸与氯化稀土配合物的固相合成及性质研究 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
应用固相反应法合成了稀土氯化物与邻氨基苯甲酸的配合物。对配合物进行了组成分析及热谱分析,确定了配合物组成为[RE(LH)2(L)C12]·6H2O(RE:Nd,Eu,Tb;LH:C6H4(NH2)COOH;L:C6H4(NH2)COO-)。通过IR光谱、紫外光谱及摩尔电导的测定推测了配位情况。溶解性实验表明配合物可溶于乙醇,但不溶于水。荧光光谱实验表明,固相反应合成的Tb3+配合物有较好的荧光性能。粒径测量表明:固相合成的配合物[Nd(LH)2(L)Cl2]·6H2O达到纳米级水平。 相似文献

用氯化稀土与邻氨基苯甲酸铵和2,2′-联吡啶在水溶液中反应,合成了邻苯甲酸-2,2′-联吡啶-Eu-La固体稀土配合物,经元素分析,其化学组成式为(Eu0.5La0.5)L3L′(其中L=邻氨基苯甲酸,L′=2,2′-联吡啶),测定了配合物的红外光谱和荧光光谱,实验结果表明,两配体与稀土离子形成了配位键;用不发光的 La∧3 离子取代EuL3L′配合物中部分Eu∧3 离子可以提高Eu∧3 离子的特征荧光发射强度。 相似文献

在无水甲醇体系合成水杨醛缩邻氦基苯酚席夫碱配体及两种含Cu(Ⅱ)席夫碱配合物,由元素分析初步确定各物质的组成,配合物的结构通过紫外光谱、红外光谱和热分析等手段进行表征。实验结果表明,席夫碱配体以亚胺基氮原子和酚基氧原子与金属离子配位,水分子则是以配位水的形式存在。 相似文献

A novel polymeric Schiff base was synthesized by the reaction of a Schiff base from 2,4‐dihydroxy benzaldehyde and aniline with acryloyl chloride and was polymerized in methyl ethyl ketone at 70°C with benzoyl peroxide as a free‐radical initiator. Polychelates were obtained in an alkaline solution of poly(2‐hydroxy‐4‐acryloyloxy‐N‐phenylbenzylidine) with aqueous solutions of metal ions such as Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Ca(II), Cd(II), Mn(II), and Zn(II). The polymeric Schiff base and polychelates were characterized with elemental analysis and spectral studies. The elemental analysis of the polychelates suggested that the metal‐to‐ligand ratio was 1:2. The IR spectral data of the polychelates indicated that the metals were coordinated through the nitrogen and oxygen of the phenolic ? OH group. Diffuse reflectance spectra, electron paramagnetic resonance, and magnetic moment studies revealed that the polychelates of the Cu(II) complex were square‐planar, those of the Ni(II), Mn(II), and Co(II) complexes were octahedral, and those of the Ca(II), Cd(II), and Zn(II) complexes were tetrahedral. X‐ray diffraction studies revealed that the polychelates were highly crystalline. The thermal properties of the Schiff base and polychelates were also examined. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Six new transition metal complexes (1–6) with Schiff base were synthesized and crystallographically characterized. Their urease inhibitory activities were evaluated. Three of them showed potent inhibitions against jack bean urease. Mn(II) complex (2) possessed the best jbU inhibitory activity with IC50 of 8.30 ± 0.93 μM, which was much better than those of the corresponding ligand and control ion. The investigation on the stability constants and the structure-activity relationships of the complexes indicated that the complexes interacted with the enzyme in the whole complex forms rather than the free ions. 相似文献

合成了3种间苯二胺水杨醛Schiff碱过渡金属配合物,其结构经UuVis、IR、元素分析、摩尔电导率测定等表征。荧光光谱表明,3种配合物都能强烈猝灭牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的内源荧光。生物活性实验表明,配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、大肠杆菌(Ecoli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)、绿脓杆菌(P.aeruginosa)均有不同程度的抑茵作用,其中对大肠杆菌的抑茵活性较强。3种配合物的抑菌活性均大于配体的抑茵活性。 相似文献

以D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐与对甲氧基苯甲醛、对甲基苯甲醛反应合成了两种新的D-氨基葡萄糖席夫碱(对甲氧基苯甲醛缩D-氨基葡萄糖席夫碱、对甲基苯甲醛缩D-氨基葡萄糖席夫碱),收率分别为67.9%、74.6%。使用UV1、HNMR和IR对产物进行了结构表征。测试了两种席夫碱甲醇饱和溶液对香蕉炭疽病菌、芒果炭疽病菌、芒果蒂腐病菌、芒果焦腐病菌、番木瓜炭疽病菌等植物病原真菌的抑菌性能。结果表明,对甲氧基苯甲醛缩D-氨基葡萄糖席夫碱对香蕉炭疽病菌、芒果蒂腐病菌、芒果焦腐病菌具有很强的抑菌活性,对甲基苯甲醛缩D-氨基葡萄糖席夫碱对香蕉炭疽病菌、芒果炭疽病菌具有很强的抑菌活性。 相似文献
