An apparatus and comparative method for measuring the thermal conductivities of thermal insulators

A method and apparatus are considered for determining the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity, mainly for thermal insulators. Method of measuring the parameters of microwave transistors

A new method is proposed for measuring the parameters of microwave transistors as quadripoles. The parameters are determined from the scattering matrix of a measurement module that can be used on any transmission line. The method is most promising for the millimeter range of wavelengths.
