研究了系列低碳微合金Ti-Nb可焊钢中的N含量对模拟焊接热影响区(HAZ)高温奥氏体晶粒尺寸和冲击韧度的影响及其第二相粒子的作用.对试样进行了大热输入焊接热模拟,测定了高温奥氏体晶粒尺寸和焊后试样中的冲击韧度值,并用透射电子显微镜萃取复型法观察了典型试样中第二相粒子(Ti,Nb)N的形态及分布特征.结果表明,钢中Ti、N含量及第二相粒子的尺寸和数目与高温奥氏体晶粒尺寸及冲击韧度值具有很好的对应关系;钢中的N由于生成了细小弥散分布的第二相粒子(Ti,Nb)N而细化了高温奥氏体晶粒,改善了焊后韧性.低碳微合金Ti-Nb钢中适宜的含氮量有一个范围. 相似文献

新一代钢铁材料将是21世纪的主要结构材料,脉冲MAG焊是适合它的一种传统熔焊方法,为了促进400MPa新一代钢铁材料的焊接性研究及其工程应用,首先根据实测脉冲MAG焊的热循环曲线,确定了400MPa级新一代钢铁材料脉冲MAG焊的焊接热循环方程,并以此为基础建立了焊接HAZ的奥氏体晶粒长大方程和晶粒长大图,通过晶粒篚图,可以预测焊接HAZ各个部位的奥氏体晶粒篚的情况,研究结果表明,400MPa级新一代钢铁材料焊接热影响区的晶粒长大图的预测结果与其热模拟的实测数据吻合很好。 相似文献

根据等温条件下的铁索体晶粒长大公式,推导出了焊接热影响区(HAZ)铁索体晶粒长大的动力学方程,并结合焊接热循环的数值分析结果对TCS不锈钢热影响区晶粒长大进行了预测.在此基础上,对复合焊新型焊接工艺条件下TCS不锈钢HAZ的晶粒长大情况进行了数值计算,得到了3种工艺参数下TCS不锈钢复合焊HAZ内的晶粒尺寸.基于TCS不锈钢复合焊接接头的金相图片,测量了HAZ内的平均晶粒尺寸,对数值模拟结果进行了验证.初步讨论了晶粒尺寸随热循环温度的长大情况和热循环温度差异对晶粒长大的影响规律. 相似文献

将蒙特卡罗(MC)技术引入到晶粒生长模拟中,结合焊接工艺和热模拟试验,模拟了单相合金焊接热影响区(HAZ)晶粒生长过程。首先应用实验和统计学的方法确定了材料晶粒生长的动力学模型,然后计算了焊接热循环,同时基于蒙特卡罗技术编制了模拟程序。最后在不同焊接热输入情况下,模拟了晶粒生长过程。模拟结果动态演示了晶粒生长过程,并且体现了焊接热钉扎效应。模拟得出数据与试验结果非常接近,为评定焊接工艺和材料可焊性提供了依据。 相似文献

Accurate calculation of thermal cycles is a prerequisite to model grain growth in the heat-affected zone (HAZ). T improve the computation precision of thermal field and HAZ geometry, a coupled model of heat transfer and fluid flow is developed for laser + GMAW-P hybrid welding of TCS stainless steel. Utilizing computed temperature fields from the coupled model, the evolution of grain structure in the HAZ of TCS stainless steel in hybrid welding is numerically simulated by using a three dimensional Monte Carlo model. Simulation results show that more accurate HAZ grain structure can be obtained based on the coupled model of fluid flow and heat transfer, and the computed grain size distribution agrees well with the corresponding experimental results. 相似文献

研究了低碳钢、普通市售X65钢和高洁净度X65钢三种超细晶粒钢焊接HAZ的晶粒长大倾向。试验结果表明,这些超细晶粒钢都具有严重的晶粒长大倾向;低碳超细晶粒钢比X65超细晶粒钢有更为严重的晶粒长大,这是因为前者不含有能阻碍晶粒长大的稳定碳、氮化物形成元素Nb和Ti,而后者中含有这些元素;高洁净度X65超细晶粒钢的HAZ晶粒长大倾向小于普通市售X65超细晶粒钢。这是因为钢中杂质元素含量越多,α→γ转变温度越低,即Ac3点越低,在同样的焊接热循环条件下,普通市售X65超细晶粒钢中的γ晶粒在高温停留时间就越长,晶粒长大的程度也就越大。 相似文献

The Monte Carlo (MC) simulations of grain growth in the heat affected zone (HAZ) of titanium alloys and ultra fine austenite steels are widely used. In single-phase alloys, the pinning effect of the grain boundary precipitates is one of the important factors to influence grain growth. However, it has not been considered in most of the simulations. In this study, both thermal pinning and precipitates pinning effects were taken into account to simulate grain growth in HAZ of austenite stainless steel SUS316 during gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) process. By using heat transfer and fluid flow model, the thermal process of welding that influences grain structure evolution is obtained as well. The results of the simulation agree with the experiment and demonstrate that the grains in HAZ grow discontinuously when a large amount of carbides lie on the grain boundary. 相似文献

A technique named Impacting Trailed Welding (ITW) was proposed, aimed at refining the grain size of the HAZ in multi-pass welding. The key idea of ITW is to obtain a large deformation in the HAZ during one weld pass, and get it recrystallized during the next weld pass. Theoretical analysis suggests that the deformed HAZ can get completely recrystallized and the degree of the successive grain growth is lower than the normal grain growth, so that the grains can be dramatically refined. The average grain size was reduced by a factor 2 through the application of the ITW technique, and remained close to the grain size of the base material. The results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. 相似文献
