Computer supported collaborative work (CSCW) technology and grid technology are integrated to solve the resource-sharing problems in collaborative design, analysis, and manufacture. The application of grid technology in collaborative manufacturing is presented. Function requirement of collaborative manufacturing grid (CMG) is analyzed for product design, analysis, and manufacture. A concept of the CMG is put forward, and its corresponding architecture is set up based on grid middleware. Grid services in the CMG are realized based on the Globus Toolkit. A grid portal of the CMG based on the Web is developed, and advanced graphical interfaces are provided for potential users. Functions of workflow based on CMG are presented, and its management is discussed for automatic workflow creation and execution in a grid environment. A prototype system is established via a case study of the sightseeing lift. It validates the resource-sharing and cooperative work in the CMG.  相似文献

A collaborative design environment can be viewed as a multi-agent system where each design agent has knowledge about specific domains and can solve different problems. Several agents combine to solve a complex problem through knowledge sharing and inter operation. It is essential to construct an integrated knowledge base to improve the efficiency and consistency of complex problem-solving. An ontology-based knowledge integration framework in a collaborative design environment is presented in this paper. Ontology provides standard vocabulary, technical terminology and a domain model for knowledge integration. The representation and construction of ontology are critic problems for knowledge integration. An object-oriented concept graph representation is presented to represent ontology. It has advantages of both object-oriented methodology and Sowa’s conceptual graph. It can be translated into predicate calculus conveniently, and can represent the intension of concepts. In order to improve the efficiency of ontology construction, a semantic-based approach is presented. Firstly, a semantic affinity based clustering algorithm is presented to generate concepts from the term set of multi-agent systems. Then, ontology is constructed based on knowledge.  相似文献

为方便网格工作流的时间管理,提出了一个服务的时间模型,为服务内部流程自动生成一个与之具备等价时间信息的服务,进而提出了网格工作流模型.该模型将网格工作流的时间问题转化为服务的时间问题,并设计了算法,以判定能否满足网格工作流中的时间约束,计算网格工作流的最短执行时间,以及活动的最早和最晚结束时间,从而较好地实现了网格工作流的时间管理.  相似文献

针对网络化制造模式下协同产品配置设计的信息需求,探讨了一种基于语义网的协同产品配置模型。在该模型中提出了一种基于语义网的协同产品配置模型的体系结构,构建了基于语义网的协同产品配置设计过程模型。通过定义协同产品配置信息的语义元数据描述模型来构建统一的协同产品配置本体,并对散布于网络上的协同产品配置资源进行语义标注,使网络化制造环境下协同产品开发企业之间能够共享产品配置信息,提高分布式协同产品配置设计的信息交互效率以及协同产品开发水平。将该模型应用于某网络化协同设计平台,对模型的有效性进行了验证。  相似文献

基于黑板模型的基本思想,在Internet上构造基于Web的可视化网络黑板结构,并采用Schema描述黑板结构中的信息与语义模型,实现异构数据源的信息交换。给出了基于多Agent的网络黑板控制机制,以及网络黑板系统各模块的实现结构及功能。构建了基于网络黑板的异地协同设计系统原型模型,对设计任务采用任务分解知识库和人工两种分解方式完成,实现产品异地网上协同设计。  相似文献

This paper describes a preliminary attempt at using the Semantic Web paradigm, particularly the Web Ontology Language (OWL), for domain-specific engineering design knowledge representation in a multi-agent distributed design environment. Ontology-based modeling to the engineering design knowledge on the Semantic Web is proposed as a prelude to the meaningful agent communication and knowledge reuse for collaborative work among multidisciplinary organizations. Formal knowledge representation in OWL format extends traditional product modeling with capabilities of knowledge sharing and distributed problem solving, and is used as a content language within the FIPA-ACL (Agent Communication Language) messages in the proposed multi-agent system architecture. As an illustration, engineering design knowledge of automatic assembly systems for manufacturing electronic connectors, which contain a group of electro-mechanical components, is represented in OWL format, with its inherent structure-function-process relationships defined explicitly and formally, to facilitate semantic access and retrieval of electro-mechanical component information across different disciplines. The proposed approach is viewed as a promising knowledge-management method that facilitates the implementation of computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) in design of Semantic Web applications.  相似文献

在认为企业业务的本质是流程性和重组性的前提下,提出了按照统一建模的技术方法,把企业业务按照以事务性工作流模型为核心,进行组织模型、资源模型和相关数据模型的建模;给出了一种面向“人机交互”的事务性工作流模型,并分析了该模型在事务处理和协调调度方面的能力;进一步讨论了在工作流模型的“运行”层面提高柔性的“推拉”模型技术及该模型的构成。在实现技术方面,为了达到建模阶段对系统柔性的要求,分析了系统设计中面向对象方法的应用,并提出在分布式对象计算的技术框架下采用多Agent技术设计工作流模型中的相关活动节点,可以进一步增强系统的柔性。  相似文献

A product-oriented process workflow management model is proposed based on the multi-agent technology. The autonomy, inter-operability, scalability and flexibility of agent are used to cooperate the whole process planning and achieve the full share of resource and information. Thus, unnecessary waste of human labor, time and work is reduced and the computer-aided process planning (CAPP) system's adaptability and stability are improved. In the detailed implementation, according to the products' BOM (Bill of materials) in structural design, the task assignment, management control, automatic process making, process examination and process sanction are combined into a unified management to make it convenient for the adjustment, control and management.  相似文献

在研究分布式协同产品概念设计系统的基础上,将网格技术、代理和可扩展标记语言技术相融合,以解决分布式环境下多领域设计的协作、模型数据的集成和共享等问题,提高了产品概念设计系统的鲁棒性和问题求解的有效性。从复杂产品概念设计的过程,分析了系统的需求,建立了基于网格服务的复杂产品概念设计系统,阐明了系统的组织结构、通信方式、工作原理和工作流程,给出了产品概念设计支撑平台中涉及的机械、电子、控制和软件等领域的智能代理的统一描述,构建了一个支持分布、异构的多领域协同工作的产品概念设计支撑平台,展望了概念设计技术在仿真系统中的进一步应用。  相似文献

This paper studies the stabilizability and formation control problems of multi-agent systems with antagonistic interactions. The agents run a bipartite consensus protocol using a signed Laplacian which is different from the conventional one. By taking advantage of the proposed structurally balanced independent strongly connected components(SBiSCCs) of the signed graph, a sufficient and necessary condition is presented to solve the decentralized stabilizability problem of multi-agent systems with antagonistic interactions. Besides, formation control is considered and the sufficient and necessary condition is provided by applying the proposed results. 为提高工作流模型在分布式执行过程中的自动化程度.解决语义异构问题,提出了一种基于本体的业务过程执行语言语义标注方法,构建了业务工程执行语言流程树和Web本体描述语言领域本体树.针对业务工程执行语言流程中的每个概念,分别从三个角度计算其与Web本体描述语言领域本体中所有概念之问的语义相似度,并选取与该概念复合相似度最大的概念建立映射关系.通过语义消歧过程.消除业务工程执行语言流程中存在的语义异构,并生成语义消歧树,进而基于一系列映射规则,将语义消歧树转化为Web服务本体描述语言描述的语义工作流模型.最后给出应用实例,并采用F1-measure对所提出的语义消歧方法进行评估.  相似文献

Manufacturing enterprises are now facing serious challenges that have been evident and moreover closely associated with the dynamics of globalization. After analyzing the features of process preparation and grid technology, a grid-based agile process preparation system is presented. Firstly, the concept of digitization agile process preparation is put forward and a proposed framework to support DAPPS is followed. Secondly, with grid technology introduced into process preparation research, a six-layer agile process preparation system grid (APPSG) is constructed. Thirdly, by studying the mapping between tasks and workflow the application process of APPSG is derived. Finally, the application steps are illustrated by an example. The research in this paper, however, is beneficial to the application of manufacturing grid and information sharing of national defense industry.  相似文献

针对船舶直流幅压电网短路故障电流上升率高、幅值大的特点,对一种结合电流上升率和电流幅值的短路故障判据算法进行了研究,提出了一种基于TMS320F2812 DSP处理器平台的短路电流自动录波软件设计方案,对录波软件的工程实现方法、工作流程和通信协议设计等作了重点说明,利用脉冲功率发生器测试电路对录波软件的效能进行了测试.研究结果表明,该录波软件能够实现短路故障电流自动检测及短路全过程电流波形自动记录且实时性强,能为船舶电网事故后分析提供重要的数据.  相似文献

为了解决复杂产品研发设计工作流建模问题,提高产品研发设计工作流管理系统在运行中对动态变化的响应能力,提出了一种基于Petri网的柔性建模方法。该方法结合面向对象和分层的思想对Petri网进行扩展,利用优先级、变迁触发规则等属性规则描述了模型的柔性。该方法不仅可以降低产品研发设计工作流建模的复杂度,还可以支持产品研发设计工作流管理系统对资源调度、动态选择和异常响应的柔性控制。最后通过一个实例说明了该方法的可行性。  相似文献
