为提高高性能混凝土的耐久性,通过分别在混凝土表面涂一层约3 mm的水性环氧树脂类防腐涂料、聚氨酯类防腐涂料和丙烯酸树脂类防腐涂料,来对比分析有防腐涂料和无防腐涂料的混凝土的抗氯离子性能、抗硫酸根离子性能和抗碳化性能等3种耐久性。试验结果表明,相比较于无涂料混凝土,含有防腐涂料的混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能、抗硫酸根离子侵蚀性能和抗碳化性能要好;聚氨酯防腐涂料对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能、抗硫酸根离子侵蚀性能和抗碳化性能等耐久性最强,水性环氧树脂防腐涂料次之,丙烯酸树脂防腐涂料最弱。 相似文献

复合铁钛粉改性环氧富锌重防腐涂料的研究 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4
通过选用纳米改性复合铁钛防锈颜料对环氧富锌重防腐涂料进行改性,制得了具有优异防腐功能的新型环氧富锌涂料;研究了复合铁钛粉的种类及用量对环氧富锌防腐涂料性能的影响;确定了环氧富锌涂料的最佳PV C值。结果表明,当选用纳米改性复合铁钛防锈颜料,用量为8%,涂料的PV C值为42%时,可较大幅度地改善环氧富锌涂料的密封性、附着力、厚涂性,耐盐雾腐蚀可达1542h。 相似文献

The objective of this paper concerns reduction of zinc metal content in organic coatings while preserving their high anticorrosive efficiency. The two goals can be achieved by using amorphous chalcogenides as components of the protective coating. Special attention was paid to materials containing Ge20Se80, Ge30Se70 and Ge40Se60, which were characterized by physico-chemical properties. An epoxy ester resin was used as binder for the investigated organic coatings. Organic coatings were prepared by combining zinc metal with amorphous chalcogenides. The resistance of the prepared films was evaluated using the results of mechanical tests. The anticorrosive efficiency of the prepared films was evaluated using the results of direct corrosion tests. Thus the following conclusion can be made from the results of anti-corrosive tests: the higher the pigment volume concentration of amorphous chalcogenides in the coatings, the higher the protective performance of the paint against corrosion. 相似文献

High corrosion protection of a polyaniline/organophilic montmorillonite coating for magnesium alloys
Epoxy coatings containing polyaniline (PANI) and polyaniline/organophilic montmorillonite (PANI/OMMT) powders were prepared on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy. The corrosion performance of the coatings was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and open-circuit potential analysis in 3.5% NaCl. The results indicate that the PANI/OMMT coating retained its high corrosion protection for AZ91D magnesium alloy after 6000 h of immersion. The protective mechanism conferred by the PANI/OMMT coating was also discussed. The effects of oxygen on the protective mechanism of PANI were evaluated by EIS measurements in a 3.5% deaerated NaCl solution. 相似文献
