将骨重建过程与有限元分析相结合,对尖牙在一个治疗周期内的倾斜移动过程进行模拟并得到各阶段的应力分布。选用一个正畸患者的下颌尖牙,建立包括牙齿、牙周膜、牙髓、牙槽骨的三维实体模型,通过有限元计算得到初始应变分布。以牙周膜外表面的正应变作为牙槽骨吸收的力学刺激,计算出牙槽骨在每周的吸收量然后确定牙齿的倾斜角度;以牙齿移动后的位置重新建立模型,并施加衰减后的正畸力值再次计算牙周膜的应变分布,作为下一阶段的初始状态。结果表明,一个治疗周期内,尖牙的移动曲线基本符合典型牙移动的3个阶段;牙槽骨和牙周膜的应力逐渐下降,且最大应力都出现在牙根尖或牙槽骨嵴顶位置。实现了尖牙在正畸力作用下发生倾斜移动的动态过程的模拟,可为临床上制定方案和预测效果提供参考。  相似文献

失牙后未能及时修复将造成邻牙向缺隙侧倾斜,从而牙体缺隙侧应力集中,牙槽骨破坏。采用常规的修复方法难以获得好的修复效果或将对基牙造成更大的损伤,采用各向异性的数据建立修复前后具有可对比性的三维有限元模型,研究采用附着体修复方法,在修复前后不同受载情况下,得到了修复前后基牙的应力分布数据,结果表明:倾斜基牙单独承受牙牙时,基牙近中牙槽骨应力较高。附着体式固定义齿修复后,在承担牙力时,倾斜基牙的应力分布能明显得到改善。本研究为临床修复倾斜基牙提出了新的修复方法,并为采用附着体修复倾斜基牙提供了生物力学依据。  相似文献

采用三维光弹冻结切片法,分析了不同加载方式下牙周组织的应力分布规律。以牙齿、牙周膜、牙槽骨分别成型的组合模型来模拟我国12~15岁儿童的错合畸形矫治,得出了最佳加力方式——加水平正畸力的同时施加一力偶,可使牙齿产生较快整体移动,从而缩短了疗程。临床应用证明该方法可行,达到了预期效果。  相似文献

对发动机的滑动轴承进行了数值计算分析,求解了轴承的雷诺方程、粘度方程、密度方程与载荷方程,得到压力分布与油膜厚度分布,进而由接触力学分析得到轴承衬内的应力分布,应力分布影响材料的塑性变形,这对分析滑动轴承的胶合失效有实际意义。根据计算结果,建议由最大Mises应力来指导滑动轴承的设计。  相似文献

利用ANSYS软件,对机车轮对进行了应力、变形的非线性分析,并对轮箍加装扣环前后其配合面内的接触应力分布进行比较;详细讨论了直线持续牵引工况中,轴重、牵引力、水平侧向力等对机车轮对应力分布的影响,模拟分析了在加载作用下,加装扣环前后轮对配合面的应力分布情况。通过分析计算,确定了机车轮对轮箍加装扣环方案对轮对的强度的影响。  相似文献

对比分析区分牙釉质和牙髓与否对牙周组织应力分布的影响,指导建模时是否考虑牙釉质和牙髓。选用正常形态的下颌中切牙,基于CT扫描建立三维有限元模型,所有结构都采用各自的材料属性,在此基础上,将牙釉质、牙髓分别考虑为和牙本质相同的材料属性,施加与5种典型正畸牙移动相对应的载荷,对3个模型在相同载荷作用下牙周组织的von Mises应力进行比较。结果表明,将牙本质的材料属性赋予牙釉质和牙髓导致牙根的最大应力差异分别为21.43%和9.25%,而对牙周膜和牙槽骨的计算结果几乎没有影响。当研究对象是牙体时,模型应区分牙釉质和牙髓;而当研究对象是牙周膜和牙槽骨时,则可不做区分。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of different luting agents on the stress distribution within the crown, abutment and peri-implant bone of implant-supported all-ceramic single crown. A three-dimensional finite element model of an implant-supported single crown for the first premolar of mandible was created by COSMOS 2.85. Resin-modified glass ionomer and two different resin adhesives were used to cement the crown and abutment. Vertical 600 N and horizontal 225 N loads were applied to stimulate the condition of chewing. The stress distributions within the all-ceramic crown, abutment and peri-implant bone were analyzed. The experimental results show that the stress distributions of all-ceramic crown, abutment, implant and peri-implant bone were similar when different luting agents were used. The result of present study indicated that luting agents had no influence on the stress distributions of implant-supported all-ceramic single crown.  相似文献

The failure of bone injury repair surgery is mostly due to the stress shielding effect caused by the difference of elastic modulus between the implant prosthesis and human bone, resulting in a great damage to patients. To solve this problem, in this study, the influencing factors of the elastic modulus of implant prosthesis were investigated, the relationship between the elastic modulus of the implanted prosthesis and the influencing factors was analyzed, and then a design method of the implant prosthesis to reduce the stress shielding effect by adjusting the unit module to control the elastic modulus was established. This method was used for the biomechanical simulation to simulate the displacement and stress distribution between the implant prosthesis and the surrounding bone tissue, and then the reliability of the method was verified. The implant prosthesis with an elastic modulus consistent with that of the experimental dog bone was made by this method, and used for the animal experiments. The effects of implant prosthesis with different modulus on the growth of surrounding bone tissue were observed, and at the same time, the reliability of the implant design method and the results of biomechanical simulation were verified. It is confirmed that this method can effectively reduce the stress concentration of implant prosthesis by more than 15.4% and increase the growth of bone tissue by more than 21%.  相似文献

通过建立三维线性有限元模型来分析在集中载荷作用下小腿肢体残端的应力分布,且分析了不同边界条件对肢体残端应力分布的影响。此模型基于残肢、骨的三维几何形状,考虑残肢表面的不同位移约束条件、小变形假定,同时假定软组织和骨都为线弹性材料。得到了在集中载荷作用并考虑位移约束条件下肢体残端的最大主应力和剪切应力分布情况,并对此进行了比较和分析,此模型可以预测在不同载荷作用和不同位移约束条件下肢体残端的应力分布,可作为假肢优化设计的依据。  相似文献

In order to investigate the influence of abutment material on the stress of implant-supported all-ceramic single crown, a 3D finite element model of implant-supported mandibular first premolar was computed by COSMOS/M 2.85 software. Alumina, zirconia, and titanium were used as abutment materials respectively. Vertical 600 N and horizontal 225 N load was applied on the occlusal surface. The results show that the stress distribution of implant-supported single crown was similar for different abutment materials. Maximum stresses within the crown were higher when titanium abutment was used. Maximum stress of titanium abutment was lower than that of ceramic abutment. Within the screw and fixture, maximum stresses had no difference under vertical loading but higher as titanium abutment was used under horizontal loading. There was no difference of maximum stress within the bone when different abutment materials were used. The present findings indicate that the abutment material had no influence on the stress distribution of implant-supported all-ceramic single crown but maximum stress when the titanium abutment was lower than that of ceramic abutment.  相似文献

针对植入性下肢假肢采用传统的一段式骨植入体,长期植入下由于对植入体周围的骨产生应力屏蔽效应继而引起骨质疏松,从而导致植入体松动、脱落而失效的问题,设计了一种新型的多段式结构的植入体。基于人体CT扫描数据建立了相关股骨和骨内植入体模型,针对低、中和高位下肢截肢步行最大生理载荷情况下,采用三维有限元分析方法,对新设计周围骨应力进行了分析研究,并与传统一段式骨植入体和健康自然骨的应力分布情况进行了比较。结果表明新型植入体植入后相比于一段式应力屏蔽和集中的程度得到了有效减轻,与自然状态下骨的应力较为接近,低、中位截肢下应用较好,高位下应力集中较明显,并能保持其在体内的稳定性。  相似文献

The influence of platform-switched abutment on stress distribution within the surrounding bone,fixture,abutment,and screw under various loading conditions were studied.Two 3-D finite element models representative of an implant-supported metal crown for the mandibular first molar and its surrounding bone were computed.Model A simulated the implant with non-platform-switched abutment and model B was for platform-switched abutment.A load of 100 N was applied vertically and obliquely at the center fossa,the tip of the buccal cusp and the distal fossa,respectively.The results show that the distribution of Von Mises stress in the two models is similar.When platform-switched abutment is used,the maximum Von Mises stress within the surrounding bone is lower;however,this value is higher within the fixture and screw.  相似文献
