结合空气压缩机的结构特性设计一种管道压力反馈式空压机,可以有效降低能耗。利用Fluent软件对管道压力反馈式空压机主管道和测压管内压力分布进行数值计算。研究表明:喷嘴直径越小,在主管道及测压管内形成的负压越大;测压管直径对喷嘴和主管道内的压力分布影响较小;测压管与主管路夹角越小,喷嘴进气形成的高压区位置越低;喷嘴与测压管相对位置越小,测压管内的压力就越大。喷嘴直径为15 mm,测压管直径为10 mm,测压管与主管路夹角为45°,喷嘴与测压管相对位置为0时,测压管压力系数最小,节能效果最好。 相似文献

在天津大学电气与自动化工程学院流量实验室的气体流量试验装置上,通过改变管道内气体的压力,对涡街流量传感器的压力损失系数进行试验研究。对大量试验数据进行处理后发现,涡街流量传感器的压力损失系数会随着管道内气体压力的变化而有所变化。当管道内气体压力在0.1~1.1 Mpa的范围内变化时,压力损失系数会随着气体压力的增大而减小,变化幅度最大达到了7%。对压力损失系数随气体压力变化的规律进行分析,并给出压力损失系数随管道内气体压力变化的计算公式。 相似文献

The calibration of a pressure transducer that works in dynamic conditions is an unavoidable challenge. To address this challenge, an experimental setup has been designed and developed to simultaneously generate and calibrate the dynamic pressure. The system mainly comprises a pressure chamber that accommodates a step pressure generator and test chamber with a quick open valve and pressure sensor under calibration. Accordingly, an aperiodic type of step pressure generator with a quick open valve is particularly designed. This instrument can generate a positive step pressure with a rise time of up to 11 ms and a negative step pressure with a fall time of up to 12 ms within a working pressure range from the atmospheric pressure to 200 MPa. The volume ratio of the test chamber to the pressure chamber and its effect on pressure drop is critical in such systems. The effect of volume ratio on the dynamic performance parameters, namely, rise/fall time, is explored and inferences for optimizing these parameters are derived. A mathematical model for pressure drop in the test chamber has been developed and validated to precisely determine the magnitude of the step pressure input. Lastly, the experimental study of the effect of volume ratio on pressure drop has been conducted to diminish the pressure drop, thereby minimizing the uncertainty. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the pressure distribution at the stump/socket interface in amputees wearing the patellar-tendon-bearing socket. A specially built strain gauged type pressure transducer was used for measuring this pressure distribution in four unilateral transtibial amputees. Pressure and gait parameters were measured simultaneously while they were standing and walking. Pressure profiles were compiled at 10, 25 and 50 per cent of gait cycle and compared with the pressure profiles predicted by Radcliffe in 1961. The subject's anterior-posterior pressure profiles were different from each other. However, at toe-off, each subject exhibited an increase in pressure at the patellar tendon. Their medial-lateral pressure profiles were similar: exhibiting high pressure at the medial proximal and lateral distal regions except for one subject who exhibited high pressure at the lateral proximal region instead. The subjects' pressure profiles did not resemble Radcliffe's anticipated pressure profiles. This was because ground reaction force was not the only factor affecting the resulting pressure profiles. 相似文献

采用ICEM建立含均压槽的静压止推气体轴承的气膜二维计算模型,分析不同供气压力和气膜厚度下的气膜压力、速度分布,并计算不同供气压力和气膜厚度下的承载力和气体质量流量。结果表明:随着供气压力和气膜厚度的增大,均压槽内的气旋现象越来越明显;随着供气压力的减小和气膜厚度的增大,气膜压力趋近于线性分布;轴承的承载力随着供气压力的增大而增大,气体流量随着供气压力和气膜厚度的增大而增大。均压槽是影响气膜压力和速度分布的关键因素,而均压槽内的气旋现象是影响均压槽内部流场的主要原因之一,而随着气膜厚度的增大均压槽的这种影响会而逐渐减小。 相似文献

The advantage of Bridgman anvil pressure cells is their wide pressure range and the large number of wires which can be introduced into the pressure chamber. In these pressure cells, soft solid pressure mediums such as steatite are used. We have succeeded in adapting the Bridgman cell to liquid pressure mediums. With this breakthrough, it is now possible to measure in very good hydrostatic pressure conditions up to 7 GPa, which is about twice the pressure attainable in piston-cylinder cells. The pressure gradient in the cell, estimated from the superconducting transition width of lead, is reduced by a factor of 5 in the liquid medium with respect to steatite. By using nonmagnetic materials for the anvils and the clamp and due to the small dimensions of the latter, our device is specially suitable for magnetotransport measurements in dilution fridges. This pressure cell has been developed to measure very fragile and brittle samples such as organic conductors. Resistivity measurements of (TMTTF)(2)BF(4) performed in a solid and a liquid pressure medium demonstrate the necessity of hydrostatic pressure conditions for the study of organic conductors at high pressures. 相似文献
