不饱和聚酯改性丙烯酸树脂及其涂料的研制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
合成了低相对分子质量不饱和聚酯树脂,再与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯等单体进行自由基聚合,制得含羟基的不饱和聚酯改性丙烯酸树脂。由该改性树脂与异氰酸酯制得的涂层,其干性、丰满度、光泽、硬度等综合性能优于一般羟基丙烯酸树脂制得的涂层。讨论了各种合成因素对树脂及涂膜性能的影响。  相似文献

大连交通大学的杨莉等人以多种丙烯酸酯类单体为原料合成羟基丙烯酸树脂,将硅酸乙酯部分水解缩聚制得聚硅氧烷;用硅氧烷对丙烯酸树脂进行接枝改性,制得以丙烯酸树脂为主链,具有水解特性及低表面能的硅氧烷为侧链的接枝共聚物;以此为原料得到自抛光及低表面能的复合型防污涂料。采用红外分析仪、热重分析仪对接枝共聚物进行了结构表征。结果表明,羟基丙烯酸树脂的质量分数为70%,  相似文献

以溴化四丁基铵作催化剂,用丙烯酸改性F-44环氧树脂,合成了一种既含有丙烯酸基又含有环氧基的光敏酚醛环氧树脂。研究了丙烯酸基的引入量对树脂光学性能、力学性能等的影响。结果表明,当改性树脂中的丙烯酸基与环氧基之比等于1:1时,所制得的树脂具有优良的光化学活性,用改性树脂制成的漆膜具有优良的力学性能、耐溶剂性能和耐酸碱性能。  相似文献

采用丁基缩水甘油醚对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,合成了一种高固体分高韧性的水性丙烯酸树脂,并用其制备了卷材面漆。通过研究一系列对树脂及涂膜性能影响的因素,确立了合成水性丙烯酸树脂的最佳配方:丁基缩水甘油醚用量为30%,催化剂用量为1%,羟基含量为3%。上述配方制得树脂为微黄透明溶液,固体分为41%,黏度仅为2 035m Pa·s,涂膜柔韧性突出。  相似文献

An intercrosslinked network of varying percentages of N,N′-bismaleimido-4,4′-disphenyl methane (BMI), vinyl ester oligomer (VEO) modified unsaturated polyester (UP) matrices have been developed. Vinyl ester oligomer was prepared by reacting commercially available epoxy resin GY 250 (Ciba-Geigy) and acrylic acid was used as toughening agent for unsaturated polyester resin. BMI-VEO-UP matrices were characterized for their mechanical properties, viz tensile strength, flexural strength and unntoched Izod impact test as per ASTM standards. The dielectric strength and water absorption measurements were also performed according to ASTM standards. Data obtained from mechanical studies, dielectric strength and water absorption indicate that the introduction of VEO into unsaturated polyester resin improves mechanical properties and affects the moisture resistance according to its percentage concentration. The incorporation of BMI into the VEO modified unsaturated polyester system improves mechanical properties, dielectric strength and resistance to moisture absorption according to its percentage concentration.  相似文献

Interpenetrating networks of varying percentages of bismaleimide (BMI) in vinyl ester oligomer (VEO) modified unsaturated polyester (UP) matrices have been developed. Vinyl ester oligomer was prepared by reacting commercially available epoxy resin GY 250 (Ciba‐Geigy) and acrylic acid, and used as a toughening agent for unsaturated polyester resin. Unsaturated polyesters modified with 10, 20, and 30 wt % vinyl ester oligomer were made. The VEO toughened unsaturated polyester matrix systems, further modified with 5, 10, and 15 wt % bismaleimide (BMI). BMI–VEO–UP matrices were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, and heat deflection temperature analysis. The matrices, in the form of castings, were characterized for their mechanical properties according to ASTM methods: tensile strength, flexural strength, and unnotched Izod impact test. Data obtained from mechanical studies and thermal characterization indicate that the introduction of VEO and BMI into unsaturated polyester resin improves thermomechanical properties according to their percentage concentration. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Block copolymers of unsaturated polyester were prepared by condensation polymerization of hydroxyl or carboxyl terminated liquid rubbers with maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, and propylene glycol. The condensate obtained was mixed with styrene monomer to get an unsaturated polyester resin formulation. In this study, copolymers of unsaturated polyesters with hydroxy terminated polybutadiene, carboxy terminated nitrile rubber, and hydroxy terminated natural rubber were prepared. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at break, toughness, impact strength, surface hardness, abrasion resistance, and water absorption were evaluated after the resin was cured in appropriate molds for comparison with the control resin. The fracture toughness and impact resistance of CTBN‐modified unsaturated polyester show substantial improvement by this copolymerization without seriously affecting any other property. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 介绍了以聚酯树脂和特种助剂对罩光清漆进行改性,制得了适合巴士客车使用的丙烯酸聚氨酯罩光清漆。分析了聚酯树脂和特种助剂对罩光清漆的丰满度、抗划伤性能、流平性和施工性能的影响。结果表明当选用高固含、高羟基聚酯树脂对丙烯酸树脂进行改性时,涂料具有较好的丰满度和抗划伤性能;当流平剂选用丙烯酸类和有机硅类搭配使用时,可大大提高罩光清漆的流平性能;当触变剂BYK-410的用量为0.3%时,清漆一次涂装干膜60μm不流挂,当DBE慢干剂用量为2%时,涂料具有好的施工性能。  相似文献

A general-purpose unsaturated polyester resin with 2:1 mol ratio of styrene to polyester unsaturation was modified with three vinyl monomers and two hydroxyl terminated polybutadienes. Tensile, flexural, and puncture impact properties were examined. The three acrylate monomers were tetraethylene glycol dimethylacrylate, 1,3 butylene glycol dimethacrylate, and trimethylpropane trimethylacrylate with weight percents of 2.5, 5, 15, and 30. Two hydroxyl terminated polybutadienes with slightly different contents of hydroxyl functionality were also employed in the weight percents of 2.5, 5.0, and 10.0. Results showed that an increase in the number of crosslinks and crosslink density resulted in a deterioration in the mechanical properties. The addition of an immiscible polybutadiene polymer to the polyester resin also showed a decrease in the mechanical performance of the resulting thermoset materials.  相似文献

用单官能团醇对不饱和聚酯树脂改性,合成了苯乙烯含量为30%的W01树脂,对W01树脂的挥发性和反应性进行了测定,研究了成膜助剂对W01树脂性能的影响,并与通用型191树脂和一种亚克力板层间粘合用不饱和聚酯商品树脂进行了比较;指出结合成膜助剂的W01树脂能进一步降低苯乙烯的散发。  相似文献
