运用气相色谱质谱对桂丁挥发油的化学成分进行分离鉴定,共鉴定出101种化合物,经气相色谱峰面积归一化法确定:其各组分相对含量总和占总挥发油质量的99.035%,挥发油中鉴定出19种醛类化合物,占挥发油总质量的94.104%,其中主要成分为反式肉桂醛(84.100%)、邻甲氧基肉桂醛(7.377%)、苯甲醛(0.921%)等化合物。桂丁挥发油具有抗菌、抑菌、降血糖、抗血栓及抗肿瘤等药理作用。 相似文献

地笋中挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为了分析地笋(Rhezoma Lycopi)挥发油的化学成分,用药典方法提取地笋挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)获得其总离子流图,对各个色谱峰进行了定性,并用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对质量分数,共鉴定了57个化合物,占总挥发油质量的87.12%。酯类为地笋挥发油的主要成分,占总挥发油质量的49.82%,其中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯质量分数最高,为20.19%。该文较系统地分析鉴定了地笋挥发油成分,为其化学成分的研究提供了参数。 相似文献

为了促进白刺属植物在医药和精细化工等领域中的应用,该研究采用超临界CO2萃取法和溶剂浸渍法提取唐古特白刺果油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行了分析,从超临界CO2萃取出的白刺果油中分离鉴定出51种化学成分;从浸渍法提取出的白刺果油中鉴定出22种成分;两种方法提取的果油共有14种相同化学成分,含量较高的主要有:二十九烷、二十七烷、亚油酸乙酯、γ-生育酚、VE(α-生育酚)、γ-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、等。该研究工作的新颖性,已为新疆维吾尔自治区科委石河子大学图书馆2007年1月15日出具的第20070000000005号《科技查新报告》所证实。 相似文献

Supercritical CO2 extraction (SC-CO2) of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed oil and its chemical composition and antioxidant activity were investigated. A central composite design combined with response surface methodology was used to study extraction conditions including pressure, temperature, and time. The optimum extraction conditions were 28.5?MPa extraction pressure, 41?°C extraction temperature, and 118?min extraction time, where 3.78?% yield was predicted. Fenugreek seed oil extracted under optimum conditions by SC-CO2 was mainly composed of 28.3?% C18:3, 33.45?% C18:2, 9.89?% C16, 8.1?% C18:1, 3.7?% C18, 0.71?% C20, and 0.61?% C22. The fenugreek oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acids (nearly 70?% of the total fatty acids), and polyunsaturated fatty acids accounted for 61.42?% (mass percentage) of the total amount. The 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical-scavenging activity increased from 12.5 to 88.4?% when the concentration was increased from 1 to 12?mg/ml. The reducing power of the seed oil was concentration-dependent. The antioxidant activity of the supercritical fluid extraction extract was superior to those obtained by Soxhlet extraction. 相似文献

考察当归挥发油的不同提取方法。文中用超临界CO2流体萃取法和微波辅助萃取法研究萃取当归挥发油。实验表明:超临界CO2萃取最佳工艺条件为萃取压力25 MPa、分离釜Ⅰ解析温度55℃、萃取温度45℃,提取率约1.9%;微波辅助萃取最佳工艺条件为无水乙醇为提取溶剂,微波功率800 W、微波辐射时间150 s、液料质量比为4.71∶1,提取率约11.2%。微波辅助萃取法取得当归油的收率高于超临界CO2萃取法。微波辅助萃取法萃取当归挥发油收率高,但外观品质较超临界萃取的当归挥发油差。 相似文献

In this work the extraction of grape seed oil by means of liquid and supercritical carbon dioxide as solvent is described. The operating conditions to determine the maximum extraction yield were studied. The efficiency of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) was similar to that obtained by conventional liquid extraction, but the quality of the supercritically extracted oil was higher, equivalent to a degummed, liquid- extracted oil. It is considered that SFE is competitive with conventional liquid extraction, because the solvent distillation and oil refining stages can be omitted. 相似文献
