针对目前铸造充型流动模拟最为常见VOF方法的不足,建立了基于Level Set方法的气液两相流数学模型及求解方法.应用所建立的模型,模拟了气泡的运动过程,并通过水模拟试验进行了验证,模拟结果表明,Level Set方法可以有效地模拟铸造充型过程中的气液两相流动,是铸造模拟技术发展的新方向. 相似文献

利用商业软件Flow-3D,模拟了A356合金半固态触变压铸和普通压铸的充型流动过程。模拟结果表明:相同模具结构中的半固态压铸和普通压铸充型过程,半固态流动平稳,普通压铸由于湍流流动,因而容易出现气孔、卷气夹杂等缺陷。半固态触变压铸和普通压铸具有相同的流动通道。 相似文献

Although the shell mould casting process has a wide range of application in many fields,the prediction of casting defects is still a problem.In the present work,a typical leaf spring bracket casting of ZG310-570 was fabricated by shell mold casting.The finite element model and ProCAST software were utilized for simulating the filling and solidification processes of the casting;and the formation mechanism of the gas pore,and shrinkage porosity defects were analyzed.The results indicate that the gas pore and shrinkage porosity defects are formed due to air entrapment,insufficient feeding and non-sequential solidification.Subsequently,through changing the position of risers,adding a connecting channel between the risers,and setting blind risers at the U-shaped brackets,an optimized gating and feeding system was established to improve the quality of the casting.After optimization,the gas pore and shrinkage porosity defects of the leaf spring bracket casting are effectively eliminated.The experiment results with the optimized casting process are in good agreement with the numerical simulation,which verifies the validity of the finite element model in the shell mould casting. 相似文献

为研究冷却速度对铝合金铸件气孔形成的影响,分别采用潮模砂型、树脂砂型和金属型浇注壁厚10mm、25mm、40mm的铸件,观察截取试样的气孔分布。试验结果表明,冷却速度较慢的铸件气孔数量较多,形状不规则、大小不一,且气孔分散程度大;冷却速度较快的铸件气孔数量少,形状为小圆形且集中分布。潮模砂型铸件因砂型中的水分增加了铝液中的含氢量,铸件中的气孔数量较多;树脂砂型铸件因其凝固时间长,形成的氢气在铝液中溢出一部分,减少了铸件中的气孔量;金属型厚壁铸件由于成分过冷严重,铸件中心部位的气孔数量比边缘部位多。 相似文献

A continuous casting technique was developed to fabricate, in a pressurized hydrogen atmosphere, lotus-type porous copper with long cylindrical pores aligned parallel to the solidification direction. The molten copper dissolving the hydrogen was pulled downward to be solidified through a cooled mould at a given transference velocity. This technique has the benefit of producing long-sized lotus-type porous metal slabs as long as 700 mm. The effects of the hydrogen gas pressure and the transference velocity on the porosity and the pore morphology were investigated. The porosity was independent of the transference velocity but dependent on the hydrogen gas pressure. The average pore diameter and pore length were affected by the changes of both the transference velocity and hydrogen gas pressure. The change of transference velocity affected the pore formation position near the slab surface. The porosity and pore size were therefore well controlled by the transference velocity and hydrogen gas pressure. It is concluded that the continuous casting technique is a promising method for the mass production of lotus-type porous metals. 相似文献
