炼钢连铸生产过程牵涉多个工序,是连续和离散混合的复杂系统.对宝钢股份薄板最新的炼钢连铸智能排程系统进行了详细介绍,首先阐述了炼钢连铸生产计划所涉及的相关问题及工艺约束,然后划分断点进行了模型架构的设计,并构建了流向平衡的数学模型,通过系统设计和开发,与9672系统进行了在线集成,在宝山基地得到成功应用.现场的使用情况表明,炼钢连铸智能排程系统在提高计划效率、减少调宽、提升中间包利用率等方面都有较为明显的应用效果.  相似文献

炼钢计划编制是钢铁企业生产运作管理的核心任务之一,合理的炼钢计划有利于炼钢生产平稳有序进行,同时优化调控各订单的生产节奏。以国内某不锈钢生产线为背景,考虑修磨机组的生产能力以及保温罩、保温炉等会影响产品组合的配套设施,通过建立数学模型,设计遗传算法(genetic algorithm, GA)实现炼钢计划的排程优化,解决了不锈钢产线炼钢计划排程中由修磨瓶颈导致的高温/低温装炉钢种交替生产、产品规格由宽到窄变化、长浇浇次和短浇浇次交替生产等复杂约束下的排程问题。试验结果表明,本文方法实现了以修磨机组为瓶颈设备控制生产节奏的智能炼钢作业计划编制,确保铸机、保温罩、修磨、保温炉与下游热轧工序协同顺畅,有效提升了炼钢计划的编制效率,每次计划编制时间由2 h缩短到1 min,计划编制自动化率达到95%,系统自动编制的炼钢计划满足了现场使用要求。  相似文献

车轮生产计划编制是交材生产计划管理的核心任务之一,合理的生产计划有利于调控各订单的生产节奏,使车轮生产平稳有序进行。以交材车轮生产计划排产为背景,考虑轧制、热处理、委外粗加工、精加工、检测的生产能力以及保温罩、磨具切换、上下工序间的物流周期等因素,通过建立数学模型,建立多目标组合优化算法(multi-objective combinatorial optimization algorithm, MOCOA)实现车轮计划的智能排产,解决了马钢交材车轮计划排产订单批量小、多规格、个性化背景下的生产计划排程问题。系统运行结果表明,本系统通过对整个工厂范围内的车轮订单的合同交期、机组产能、物料库存、工艺路径、物流周期、设备利用率、产线可用时间、外委单位的生产能力等进行反复平衡,形成各工序的机组联动的车轮生产计划,实现了单一计划编制由原来的2天缩短至2 h以内,有效提升了车轮排产计划的编制效率,缩短了20%的车轮产品制造周期,降低了20%的库存占用,实现了降本增效的智慧工厂生产要求。  相似文献

The models, algorithms and implementation results of a computerized scheduling system were introduced for the steelmaking-continuous casting process (SCCP) of a steel plant in China. The scheduling of SCCP in this plant required that each cast plan should be processed on time, the charges in the same cast should be processed continuously on the same caster, and the waiting time of the charges which are in front of each caster cannot exceed the given threshold. At the same time, the processing time of charges cannot be conflicted mutually in the same converters or refining furnaces. Based on the research background, a hybrid optimal scheduling approach and its application were discussed. Aiming at the main equipment scheduling, an optimal scheduling method was proposed which consisted of equipment assignment algorithm based on dynamic program (DP) technique and conflict elimination algorithm based on linear program (LP) technique. The approach guarantees that the charges are continuously processed on the same caster. Meanwhile, the requirement for high temperature ladle can also be satisfied due to the ladle matching function. Numerical results demonstrate solution quality, computational efficiency, and values of the models and algorithm.  相似文献

低氮焊丝钢成分控制的难点在于满足此类钢中低氧、低铝、低硅、低铬以及高锰成分的同时,还要满足低氮的成分要求。鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂采取了转炉弱脱氧减少出钢过程吸氮、LF升温不调成分减少增氮、RH真空状态下脱氧调成分及提高铸机可浇性等措施,结果表明,低氮焊丝钢在满足其它成分的同时,氮含量可以稳定控制在0.003 5%以下。  相似文献

 The steelmaking process scheduling problem by considering variable electricity price (SMSPVEP) was investigated. A decomposition approach was proposed for the SMSPVEP. At the first stage, mathematical programming was utilized to minimize the maximum completion time for each cast without considering variable electricity price. At the second stage, based on obtained relative schedules of all casts, a mathematical model was formulated with an objective of minimizing the energy cost for all casts scheduling problem. The two-stage models were tested on randomly generated instances based on the practical process in a Chinese steelmaking plant. Computational results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Based on the MAS rolling process in plate mill,the mathematical models of forward and backward slips of the wedges at plate head and tail were derived.According to the new model,the difference between the forward slip of the wedge and that of the normal part of the plate is obviously very small.The deviation is less than 2.5% in general.Thus,in actual application,the forward slip of normal part of the plate can be used to calculate the length of rolled plate instead of the derived model.The rationality of this simplified method was confirmed with the application in Shougang 3 500 mm plate mill.The test results showed that the wedges of plate head and tail are symmetrical.The plate width deviation is greatly decreased by using the MAS method.  相似文献

  从提高炼钢 连铸作业计划可执行性的角度,研究了能适应动态生产环境变化的作业计划编制方法。在考虑连铸机的连浇约束、炼钢 连铸生产工艺要求和作业时间不确定性的条件下,建立了以最小化工位作业冲突时间和尽可能早的安排连铸机开浇时间为目标的炼钢-连铸生产作业计划优化模型,并构建了一种分段实数编码和基因分区交叉操作的改良遗传算法,将其与沿生产流程时间并行倒推算法相结合形成优化算法来求解模型。某钢厂8 h的炼钢 连铸作业计划编制案例表明:建立的模型与求解算法能较好地解决炼钢-连铸作业计划的时间不确定性优化问题,可快速生成炉次间作业无冲突的优化生产作业计划。  相似文献

 In the steelmaking and continuous casting (SMCC) production process, operation time delay may lead to casting break or processing conflict so that the initial scheduling plan becomes unrealizable. Existing research methods are difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the model and successful application to actual applications. The rescheduling problem in response to operation time delay is firstly analyzed. This is then followed by the establishment of a novel multi-objective nonlinear programming model (MONPM). In specifications, a three-stage rescheduling method is proposed including the batches splitting (BS), forward scheduling method (FSM) and backward scheduling method (BSM). As a result, the real-time application shows that the proposed rescheduling method efficiently ensures the continuous casting and dramatically shortens the redundant waiting time for molten steel in very short rescheduling time.  相似文献
