通过聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷(PO-PDMS)制备了有机硅改性水性聚氨酯树脂,并用以制备了水性皮革涂饰剂。研究考察了预聚体NCO/OH比值以及二羟基甲酸(DMPA)含量对水性聚氨酯分散液状态的影响,及有机硅含量对涂饰剂的模量、耐水性、耐热粘着性以及手感的影响。研究结果表明,预聚体NCO/OH比值在1.8,DMPA含量在3%~4%(质量分数,下同)时可以得到状态稳定的半透明带蓝光分散液。在水性聚氨酯中引入2%~10%的有机硅链段可以有效的改善皮革涂饰剂的耐水性、耐热粘着性以及手感。  相似文献

In the field of environmentally friendly coatings waterborne two-component polyurethane systems represent a new technology, combining the good film properties of solventborne two-component polyurethane coatings with the low VOC values of waterborne technology. Recently, waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings have matured to the point that they offer realistic alternatives to the corresponding solventborne systems in various application fields.

For industrial finishing and automotive refinish we are introducing rapid drying coatings exhibiting well-balanced range of properties at low VOC level. We developed high-performance OEM-clearcoats which combine good chemical resistance with excellent mar resistance. Waterborne soft-feel lacquers are already well established in the market.

Development of a new generation of water dispersible polyisocyanates as well as improvements in application technology have contributed substantially to this. Additionally, progress in understanding the fundamental principles of aqueous two-component-PUR systems like side reactions during pot life and film formation or the cause of blistering supported our developments.

We expect that waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings will gain a significant share of the market where high-performance coatings are demanded.  相似文献

The waterborne polyurethane–acrylate (PUA) was prepared based on isophorone diisocyanate, polyether polyol, dimethylol propionic acid, hydroxyethyl methyl acrylate, butyl acrylate (BA) and styrene (St). Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (UV-Vis) and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were employed to investigate the structures, optical transparency and thermal properties. Some physical properties of the aqueous dispersions such as viscosity, particle size and surface tension were measured. Some mechanical performances and solvent resistance of films were investigated. When the ratio of the BA/St was 30/70, the films had excellent water and alkali resistances. The obtained PUA composites have great potential application such as coatings, leather finishing, adhesives, sealants, plastic coatings and wood finishes.  相似文献

水性聚氨酯涂料若未经阻燃处理,存在引发火灾的隐患,因此水性聚氨酯的阻燃研究是水性聚氨酯功能化的重要方向之一。介绍了水性聚氨酯阻燃涂料的分类,按不同分类标准可分为共混复配型和反应型,膨胀型和非膨胀型。对水性聚氨酯阻燃涂料阻燃效应和阻燃机理进行了探讨,并重点介绍水性聚氨酯膨胀型阻燃涂料的研究现状。最后提出了现在水性聚氨酯膨胀型阻燃涂料存在的问题,并对水性聚氨酯膨胀型阻燃涂料的发展趋势进行了展望。  相似文献

The waterborne polyurethane (PU) prepolymer was first prepared based on isophorone diisocyanate, polyether polyol (NJ‐210), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), and hydroxyethyl methyl acrylate via in situ method. The crosslinked waterborne polyurethane‐acrylate (PUA) dispersions were prepared with the different functional crosslinkers. The chemical structures, optical transparency, and thermal properties of PU and PUA were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, ultraviolet–visible spectrophotometry, and differential scanning calorimetry. Some physical properties of the aqueous dispersions such as viscosity, particle size, and surface tension were measured. Some mechanical performances and solvent resistance of PUA films were systemically investigated. The experimental results showed that the particle sizes of the crosslinked PUA aqueous dispersions were larger than the PU and increased from 57.3 to 254.4 nm. When the ratios of BA/St, BA/TPGDA, and BA/TMPTA were 70/30, PUA films exhibited excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the film were 2.17 MPa and 197.19%. When the ratio of BA/St was 30/70, the film had excellent water resistance and was only 6.47%. The obtained PUA composites have great potential application such as coatings, leather finishing, adhesives, sealants, plastic coatings, and wood finishes. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Waterborne polyurethane coatings made from castor oil as polyol resource, replacing oil from fossil fuels are attracting lot of recognition during recent decades. In this review, castor oil and its modifications to synthesize various biobased waterborne polyurethane and their nanocomposite systems have been addressed. Various synthesis procedures for waterborne polyurethane dispersions and their applications as a coating material have been described. This review will be helpful to the green research community for selection of monomer and further development of biobased waterborne polyurethane utilizing advanced technology.  相似文献

以水性丙烯酸改性聚氨酯(PUA)乳液为基料,加入功能性颜填料和助剂,制备出一种高弹性水性聚氨酯橡胶涂料。对高弹性水性聚氨酯涂料与传统橡胶涂料进行了一系列模拟涂覆橡胶管的对比试验,结果表明:高弹性水性聚氨酯涂料可以很好地满足工艺要求。  相似文献
