Two new lanthanide (III) coordination polymers, namely, {[Eu3(μ3-HPyIDC)4]·Cl}n, (1) and {[Tb2(μ3-HPyIDC)2(μ2-Ox) (H2O)2]·4H2O}n (2) (H3PyIDC = 2-(3-Pyridyl)-1H-4, 5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid; Ox = oxalate), were successfully synthesized under hydro(solvo)thermal conditions and structurally characterized. Compound 1 displays a 3D framework with new (3,4)-connected {4.8.10}4{4.84.12}2{42.84} topology built by 3-connected μ3-HPyIDC nodes and 4-connected metal ions. Compound 2 exhibits a rare (3,4)-connected dmc topology, in which μ3-HPyIDC anions are 3-connected nodes and metal ions are 4-connected nodes. Moreover, the thermal stabilities and luminescence of compounds 12 were also investigated.  相似文献

Three new coordination compounds, {[Zn(btrp)(ip)]?2H2O}n (1), {[Zn(btrp)(hip)]?2H2O}n (2), and {[Zn1.5(btrp)(btc)(H2O)]?H2O}n (3) (btrp = 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane, H2ip = isophthalate, H2hip = 5-hydroxy isophthalate, H3btc = benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid) have been prepared via solvothermal method and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis. 1 possesses 2D (4. 4) net framewok. 2 is also a 2D infinite layer framework, and the resulting 2D structure is interconnected by hydrogen-bond and π…π interactions to lead to a 3D supramolecular architecture. 3 exhibits a novel 2D framework with three nonequivalent points, {5.62}{52.6}{54.82}. The fluorescence properties of 13 have been studied at room temperature.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers, namely, {[Cu2(IPT)(SO4)(OH)(H2O)]·H2O}n (HIPT = 5-(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)- 1H-tetrazolate, 1), {[Cd2(IPT)(NPA)(OH)]·H2O}n (H2NPA = 5-nitroisophthalic acid, 2), and {[Zn2(IPT)(IDC)(H2O)]·3H2O}n (H3IDC = 1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid, 3), were assembled from a bifunctional organic ligand containing both tetrazole and imidazole groups with/without the aid of carboxylate coligands. Compound 1 possesses 2D structure built by 1D [Cu2(IPT)(SO4)(OH)]n secondary building blocks and IPT linkers. The 2D networks are linked into 3D supramolecular framework via water chains in helical conformation. Compound 2 displays 3D pillar-layer framework with 2D layers based on tetranuclear Cd(II) SBUs and NPA2  pillars. Compound 3 exhibits a 3D framework constructed from the interconnection of 1D [Zn-IDC]n chains and binuclear Zn2(IPT)2 rings. The thermal stabilities of porous compound 3 and luminescent properties of compounds 2 and 3 have also been studied in detail. They exhibit intense solid-state fluorescent emissions at room temperature.  相似文献

Three novel coordination polymers{[CdL2(HL)(H2O)]·(H2O)}n (1), [Zn2(OH)L3]n (2) and [CoL2(H2O)]n (3) have been hydrothermally synthesized from M(NO3)2·nH2O (MII = CdII, ZnII and CoII) and an unsymmetrical tecton 3-(pyridin-4-yl) benzoic acid (HL). All complexes show interesting structural patterns, namely, unprecedented 1D double-stranded supramolecular clasp for 1, novel (3,5,6)-connected helical tubular double layer for 2, 2-fold interpenetrating cds network for 3. The fluorescent and thermal properties of complexes 1, 2 and/or 3 have also been investigated.  相似文献

Two zinc(II)-2-(4-pyridyl)-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylate frameworks, formulated as {[Zn3(HPIDC)3(DMF)2](DMF)2(H2O)2}n (1) and {[Zn4(HPIDC)4(DMF)4](DMF)2(FMA)2(H2O)}n (2) (H3PIDC = 2-(4-pyridyl)-1H-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid, DMF = N,N′-dimethylformamide, FMA = formamide) have been solvothermally synthesized depending on whatever solvents are used. In both structures, the HPIDC2  anions act as tripodal connectors to chelating with three zinc(II) cations while the zinc(II) cations coordinate with three HPIDC2  anions, to form the T-shape molecular building blocks [Znn(HPIDC)n], which further connect in interdigitating or alternating fashion to result in the assembly of two different 3,3-connected networks. The luminescence behaviors and solvent effect were also discussed.  相似文献

A new water-stable 3D metal–organic framework (MOF), [Cd2L2]·NMP·MeOH (1, H2L = 2-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-dioxoisoindoline-5,6-dicarboxylic acid, NMP = 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone) has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 exhibits a 3D open-framework with a 2D metallic plane pillared by L2  fragments. Meanwhile, luminescent studies indicate that the luminescence intensity of 1 was strongly dependent on different metal ions. Most interestingly, 1 exhibited significantly quenching effect toward Cu2 +, which implies that it may be used as a luminescent probe for the detection of Cu2 +.  相似文献

The self-assembly reactions of the flexible ligand 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butane (btb) and rigid ligand 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (bdc) with Zn(II) or Cd(II) give two novel coordination polymers {[Zn(bdc)(btb)](H2O)5}n (1) and {[Cd2(bdc)2(btb)(H2O)2](H2O)7}n (2). Coordination polymer 1, a supramolecular isomer of [Zn2(bdc)2(btb)2](H2O)2 [X.L. Wang, C. Qin, E.B. Wang, Z.M. Su, Chem. Eur. J. 12 (2006) 2680], is a special 2D (6,3) network, with six Zn(II) atoms at six corners and four bdc and two double btb at six edges. Coordination polymer 2 exhibits a distorted 3D cubic topology that is built from dimer Cd2 units. The blue luminescent emission maxima at 420 and 439 nm for 1, 440 and 455 nm for 2 were observed in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

An organic–inorganic hybrid 1D helical chain arsenomolybdate {[Cu(en)2][Cu(en)(H2O)][(Cu(en)2(H2O)] [AsIIIAsVMo9O34)]} · 2H2O (1) (en = ethylenediamine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV and CD spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction, TG-DTA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The asymmetric unit of 1 consists of a monocapped trivacant Keggin [AsIIIAsVMo9O34]6  subunit, a pendant [Cu(en)2(H2O)]2 + cation, a pendant [Cu(en)(H2O)]2 + cation, one bridging [Cu(en)2]2 + cation and two lattice water molecules. It should be noted that 1 illustrates a one-dimensional (1D) helical chain assembled by {[Cu(en)(H2O)][(Cu(en)2(H2O)][AsIIIAsVMo9O34)]}2  clusters and [Cu(en)2]2 + linkers.  相似文献

Two novel homochiral helical Zn(II) coordination polymers, {[Zn2(nap-l-thr)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n (1) and {[Zn2(nap-d-thr)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n (2) (H2nap-l-thr = N-(2-hydroxy-1-naphthylmethylidene)-l-threonine, H2nap-d-thr = N-(2-hydroxy-1-naphthylmethylidene)-d-threonine) have been successfully synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV–visible and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It is interesting to note that both complexes are a pair of enantiomers: 1 exhibits 1D right-handed helical chain of [Zn-COO] and 2 is 1D left-handed helical chain of [Zn-COO]. There are various hydrogen bonds between the adjacent helical chains which result in a 2D homochiral supramolecular layer structure. Notably, under similar synthetic procedure by using the NO3, CH3COO, Cl salts of Zn2 + ion as a starting reagent, and identical compounds were obtained. In addition, the chiral nature of complexes 1 and 2 are confirmed by the results of circular dichroism (CD) spectra measurements. Thermal stability and luminescence properties were also investigated.  相似文献

3,3-Di(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)pentanedioic acid (H4dtzpda) with four acidic hydrogen atoms can display different valence when reacted with different metal ions. Solvothermal reactions of H4dtapda with Eu(NO3)3·6H2O or Eu(NO3)3·6H2O/Cu(NO3)2·6H2O afford [Eu(Hdtzpda)(H2O)4]·4H2O (1) and [Eu2Cu(dtzpda)2(H2O)10]·6H2O (2), respectively, where only three acidic hydrogen atoms of H4dtzpda are deprotonated in compound 1 while all the four acidic ones are deprotonated in compound 2. In compound 1, Hdtzpda3  acts as a pentadentate ligand to bridge Eu(III) centers via the oxygen atoms of the carboxylate group while in compound 2, dtzpda4  is a hepadentate one via not only the oxygen atoms of the carboxylate group but also the nitrogen atoms of the tetrazole rings. The luminescence properties of the two compounds in the solid state show both intraligand and characteristic peaks of Eu3 + at room temperature.  相似文献

A new ligand 1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-2-(3-(1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)benzimidazol-2-yl) propyl) benzimidazole (L) and its Cu(II) complex (1) have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically and structurally. The Cu(II) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole groups, two oxygen atoms of the nitrate anions and one oxygen atom of a water molecule forming distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. The ligand and its complex have been utilized as a fluorescent sensor for 4-(2-aminoethyl)benzene-1,2-diol. A plot of F0/F  F0 vs 1/Conc (4-(2-aminoethyl)benzene-1,2-diol) at a selected wavelength of 306 nm with (L) that shows a straight line behavior, supports the validity of the assumption of 1:1 complex formation and the association constant of (L) with 4-(2-aminoethyl)benzene-1,2-diol is calculated to be 9868 M 1. Sensor (L) is found to be selective for 4-(2-aminoethyl)benzene-1,2-diol over aromatic amines, phenols, amino catechol (L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine) and 4,6-ditertiarybutyl benzene-1,2-diol.  相似文献

Two organic–inorganic hybrid compounds with the formula {[MnIII(Salen)(H2O)]4MoO4}·Cl2·16H2O (1) and {[MnIII(Salen)(H2O)]4WO4}·(CH3COO)2·11H2O (2) (Salen = Di-[2-hydroxyl-3-methoxyl-benzaldehyde] ethylenediamine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, UV–vis spectroscopy, TG analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analysis revealed that compounds 1 and 2 consist of a [MoO4]2  or [WO4]2  building unit and four {[MnIII(Salen)(H2O)]+ metal–organic moieties, respectively. In the crystal structure, the [MoO4]2  or [WO4]2  tetrahedra coordinated with four MnIII ions, resulting in the penta-nuclear heterometallic tetrahedra cluster compounds, which were rarely observed in the Mn-Salen system. Magnetic study revealed that there was antiferromagnetic coupling in the two compounds.  相似文献

The reaction of Cu(II) salts with 2,6-bis[bis(2-pyridylmethyl)aminomethyl]-4-t-butylphenol (Lt-Bu-OH) afforded two bridged-phenoxido/hydroxido complexes. The dinuclear bridged acetate species [Cu2(μ-Lt-Bu-O)(μ-CH3COO)](PF6)2 (1) and the 1D polymeric doubly-bridged-chlorido {[Cu2(μ-Lt-Bu-OH)(μ-Cl)2](ClO4)2·4H2O}n (2). The two complexes were structurally characterized. Both complexes revealed ferromagnetic interactions; moderate in complex 1 (J = + 30.8 cm 1) and very weak (J = + 2.25 cm−1) in 2.  相似文献

Two entangled coordination polymers [Cd2(bib)(bdc)2]n (1) and [Cd2(bib)(bda)2]n (2) were synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction (bib = 1,4-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)butane, bdc = 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate, bda = 1,4-benzenediacetate). 1 exhibits an unusual 6-connected self-catenated 3D network based on Cd2(COO)2 dimer with the point symbol of (44·610·8). 2 exhibits a 3-fold interpenetrating 3D pcu network based on Cd2(COO)2 dimer. The different conformations of bib ligands (the anti–anti–anti conformation in 1 and gauche–anti–gauche conformation in 2) play the key role in the construction of different structures in 1 and 2. The title compound [Co(en)2(H2O)]{[Co(en)2]2As8V14O42(SO4)} · 3H2O (1) (en = ethylenediamine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis. The single crystal diffraction analysis shows that compound 1 exhibits {[Co(en)2]2As8V14O42(SO4)}n2n layers act as ligand of coordination cations [Co(en)2]2+, and water molecules are inserted in the layers. The magnetic measurement indicates a weak antiferromagnetic exchange coupling within the molecular unit, which is deemed to attribute to the contribution of Viv and Co2+.  相似文献

Complete and partial deprotonation of new ligand 4-[(1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylamino]benzoic acid (H2L) under hydrothermal conditions lead to the formation of two novel coordination polymers [ZnL]n (1) and [Ag(HL)]n (2). Complex 1 displays a rare three-dimensional (3,6)-connected rtl framework with (4 · 62)2(42 · 610 · 83) topology, while 2 has a one-dimensional chair-like structure including significant argentophilic Ag–Ag interactions. Both 1 and 2 show remarkable thermal stability and complex 1 was found to show strong blue luminescence with emission maxima at 381 nm upon excitation at 347 nm in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis shows that {[Cu2(CTA) (H2O)] · 5 H2O}n constitutes infinite one-dimensional parallel chains along the c-axis with water columns running down the crystallographic a-axis. The inclusion of water molecules is reversible and is confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction studies. The magnetic data (2–300 K) reveal that there are alternate ferro- (J = 0.29 cm−1) and antiferromagnetic (J = −2.5 cm−1) interactions.  相似文献

Two-dimensional (2D) metal-organic supramolecular polymer [Co22-4,4′-bipy)22-be)2(be)2]n 1 (4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, be = benzoate) has been synthesized by low-temperature solid-state reaction and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, TGA, IR spectra and UV–visible spectra. The 2D structure is built from the linkage of secondary building units of binuclear [Co22-4,4′-bipy)22-be)2(be)2] clusters by a mixed connector of 4,4′-bipyridine and benzoate. The third-order non-linear optical (NLO) properties of the 1 were also investigated and they exhibit the reverse saturable absorption and self-defocusing performance with modulus of the hyperpolarizability (γ) 8.30 × 10−30 esu for 1 in a 2.70 × 10−4 mol dm−3 DMF solution.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers {[Cu4(OH)2(btrb)2(btc)2]·4H2O}n (1) and {[Cd2(btrb)(adc)2(H2O)]·H2O}n (2) were synthesized with hydrothermal method and characterized (btrb = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-4-ylmethyl)benzene, btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate, adc = 1,3-adamantanedicarboxylate). 1 shows an unusual (3,10)-connected two-dimensional metal–organic framework based on the tetranuclear copper(II) cluster [Cu43-OH)2]. 2 is an interesting three-dimensional network based on the one-dimensional metal–organic nanotube. 1 shows good photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methyl blue (MB). Reactions of Zn(II) salts, presynthesized 5-(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-1H-tetrazolate (HIPT) and various carboxylate ligands result to three new coordination polymers (CPs), namely, [Zn2[(IPT)2(ox)]}n (H2ox = oxalic acid, 1), [Zn2(IPT)2(mNBDC)]n (H2mNBDC = 5-nitroisophthalic acid, 2), and [Zn2(IPT)(CA)(H2O)]n (H3CA = citric acid, 3). Compound 1 can be seen as constructed from 2D [Zn(IPT)]n layers with (6,3) topology and pillared by ox2 . It is a 3D (3,4)-connected framework with InS topology. Compound 2 has 2D bilayer structure based on 2D [Zn(IPT)]n single layer and mNBDC2  linkers. Compound 3 is a 3D pillar-layer framework built by Zn–CA bilayers and IPT pillars. The results showed that the coordination modes, configurations of IPT, and the structure of carboxylate co-ligands have great influence on the structures of the final network. The choice of carboxylate can decide the result of CPs in Zn–IPT chains/net subunits plus carboxyl linkers or Zn–carboxylate chains/net subunits plus IPT linkers. The thermal stabilities and luminescent properties of selected compounds have also been studied.  相似文献
