Presented in this communication are four metal complexes based on 2-propyl-4,5-dicarboxylate-imidazole (H3PIDC), including two Co(II) coordination compounds, [Co(H2PIDC)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (1) and 2[Co(H2PIDC)2(H2O)2] · 5H2O (2), as well as two Zn(II) coordination compounds, [Zn(H2PIDC)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (3) and 2[Zn(H2PIDC)2(H2O)2] · 7H2O (4). They contain the same coordinated unit of [M(H2PIDC)2(H2O)2] (M = Zn or Co). Interestingly, among these four complexes, 1 and 2, or 3 and 4 crystallized in different space group, which may be related with the number of the crystallized H2O molecules.  相似文献

The reaction of methyl anthranilate, sodium nitrite, and 2,6-diamino-pyridine affords a new compound, 2,6-diamino-3-[(2-carboxymethyl) phenylazo]-pyridine (L), which has been characterized with X-ray crystallography and NMR spectrum. The reaction of L and CoCl2? 6H2O or Cu(ClO4)2? 6H2O gives a dinuclear cobalt(II) complex [Co2L2Cl3]Cl (1), and a copper(I) complex [CuL2]ClO4 (2),respectively. They are characterized by X-ray crystallography, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, NMR spectra, magnetic measurement and emission spectra. Magnetic behavior of 1 denotes the occurrence of intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions (J = ? 141.8 cm? 1). Complex 2 exhibits photoluminescence at 557 nm.  相似文献

Two new 3-D Cd(II) coordination polymers (CPs) with 3,5-bi(4-carboxyphenoxy)-benzoic acid (H3L), namely [Cd3(L)2(H2O)4]·4H2O (1) and [Cd3(L)2(H2O)3]·2H2O (2), were successfully synthesized under hydrothermal condition at 140 °C and 180 °C, respectively. Complex 1 is constructed from 1-D (–Cd–O–) rod-shaped SBUs (secondary building units) and ‘Y’-shaped L ligands. In complex 2, the 3-D network is mediated by 2-D [Cd(COO)2]n layered motifs and ‘T’ and ‘Y’-shaped L ligands. The results show that the reaction temperature plays a key role on the final structures of the complexes. The luminescent properties of the complexes have also been investigated.  相似文献

Two chiral Schiff base-containing complexes, [Cu(L1)](ClO4)2·H2O (1, L1 = (S,S)-N1,N2-bis((1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylene)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine) and [Ni(L2)2](ClO4)2 (2, L2 = (S,S)-N1-((1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylene)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine) were synthesized from the reaction mixture of 1H-imidazole-4-carbaldehyde, (S,S)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane and Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O or Ni(ClO4)2·6H2O in methanol. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the in situ generated chiral Schiff base ligands L1 and L2 are bisubstituted and monosubstituted, respectively, corresponding to the different metal ions CuII and NiII. Variable-frequency and -temperature dielectric properties of 1 and 2 have been studied.  相似文献

A new μ-oxo-bridged Cu(II) complex with cubane-like tetranuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu4(L1)4] · 4H2O (1) (H2L1 = 2-(3-methoxy-salicylidene-amino)-benzyl-alcohol), has been prepared, and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n and has a tetranuclear core of Cu4O4. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility measurements shown that complex 1 exhibits a strong antiferromagnetic interaction with J = −103.4 cm−1.  相似文献

Reactions of Co(II) with 5-(3-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-1H-tetrazolate (HIPT) resulted in three Co(II) coordination polymers (CPs), namely, {[Co(IPT)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (1), [Co(IPT)2]n (2), and {[Co3(IPT)2(CH3COO)2(OH)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (3). Compound 1 that obtained from CoCl2·6H2O at 120 °C is a 2D network based on Co(II) ions and μ2-IPT ligands. Compound 2 that obtained from CoCl2·6H2O at 170 °C exhibits a 3D framework based on linear trinuclear Co(II) SBUs and features a pcu network topology. Compound 3, which obtained by using Co(Ac)2 as salt, displays a 2D network based on 1D SBUs. The structures of compounds 13 are dependent on the temperatures and inorganic anions. The magnetic properties of compounds 23 were also explored.  相似文献

The reaction of the polynucleating ligand 1,3,5-tris[bis(2-pyridylmethyl)aminomethyl]benzene (LTDPA) with Cu(ClO4)2 · 6H2O afforded the trinuclear complex [Cu3(TTDPA)(H2O)7](ClO4)6 · 5H2O (1). When the reaction was performed in the presence of the squarate dianion, C4O42-, the compound {[Cu6(LTDPA)21,3-C4O4)3](ClO4)6 · 12H2O}n (2) was obtained. Both compounds have been characterized by X-ray crystallography, showing a trinuclear and a 1D polymeric structures for 1 and 2, respectively. Complex 2 is composed of unusual hexametallic building blocks. Magnetic susceptibility measurements (SQUID) reveal essentially uncoupled copper(II) ions in complex 1, whereas complex 2 shows weak antiferromagnetic coupling via the squarato bridges within magnetically isolated dicopper(II) subunits of the 1D chain.  相似文献

3,3-Di(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)pentanedioic acid (H4dtzpda) with four acidic hydrogen atoms can display different valence when reacted with different metal ions. Solvothermal reactions of H4dtapda with Eu(NO3)3·6H2O or Eu(NO3)3·6H2O/Cu(NO3)2·6H2O afford [Eu(Hdtzpda)(H2O)4]·4H2O (1) and [Eu2Cu(dtzpda)2(H2O)10]·6H2O (2), respectively, where only three acidic hydrogen atoms of H4dtzpda are deprotonated in compound 1 while all the four acidic ones are deprotonated in compound 2. In compound 1, Hdtzpda3  acts as a pentadentate ligand to bridge Eu(III) centers via the oxygen atoms of the carboxylate group while in compound 2, dtzpda4  is a hepadentate one via not only the oxygen atoms of the carboxylate group but also the nitrogen atoms of the tetrazole rings. The luminescence properties of the two compounds in the solid state show both intraligand and characteristic peaks of Eu3 + at room temperature.  相似文献

A novel hydroxo-bridged cyclic tetranuclear copper(II) complex with the guanazole ligand (3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole = Hdatrz), [Cu4(datrz)42-OH)2(NO3) (H2O)6] · (NO3) · 5(H2O) (1) has been synthesised and characterised by X-ray crystallography. In 1, the four copper(II) centres are linked by hydroxo bridges and the N1,N2-coordination of the deprotonated guanazole ligands. The core has considerably short Cu⋯Cu distances in the range of 3.3550(4)–3.3611(4) Å. Thermal analysis of 1 reveals that the cyclic framework constructed with hydroxo and guanazole ligands is stable up to 285 °C.  相似文献

A novel 3D coordination polymer [Zn2.5(L)(trz)2(H2O)2]·2H2O (1) (H3L = 5-(4-carboxybenzyloxy)isophthalic acid, trz = 1,2,4-triazole) has been synthesized hydrothermally. Compound 1 displays a 3D (3,8)-connected net with (53)2(58·64·78·84·94) topology. The luminescent property of 1 dispersed in different solvents as well as nitro compounds have been investigated systematically, demonstrating high detection sensitivity via a fluorescence quenching mechanism.  相似文献

The assembly of a semirigid tridentate N-donor ligand with Cd(II) ions afforded two novel coordination polymers, [Cd(tipa)(H2O)2·2NO3·2DMF·H2O]n (1), [Cd2(tipa)2Cl4·2DMF·6H2O]n (2), where tipa = tris(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl) amine. Structural analyses indicate that the two compounds feature 2D layered networks. A 3-connected uninodal net with point symbol of (82·10) is constructed in compound 1 by the connection of tipa and metal ions, in which the terminally coordinated water molecules prevent further extension of the layer. Compound 2 features [Cd2Cl4] motifs, which are bridged by tridentate tipa ligands into a 2D (3,6)-connected layer. The results show that tipa with different dihedral angles between benzene ring and terminal imidazole groups can act as versatile building blocks for the generation of various networks. Moreover, the photoluminescence properties of 1 and 2 in the solid state at room temperature have been investigated.  相似文献

Two novel complexes, namely [Cd(L)2] (1) and [Zn(L)2(H2O)2] (2) have been synthesized (HL = 2-(4-isopropyl-4-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)nicotinic acid), which are characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum and X-ray crystal diffraction. While strong hydrogen bonds play central roles in the formation of the 3D structure, the combined influence of the weak interactions such as C–H?O bonds, carbonyl?π and C–H?π interactions are also evident in the structures. The preliminary investigation on the thermal and fluorescence property of the complexes are presented.  相似文献

Four new Cu(II) Complexes viz. [Cu(II)(1-amidino-O-methylurea)2]SO4·2H2O (1), [Cu(II)(1-amidino-O-ethylurea)2](SO4)2·2H2O (2), [Cu(II)(1-amidino-O-n-propylurea)2] SO4·2H2O (3), [Cu(II)(1-amidino-O-n-butylurea)2]2(SO4)2·2H2O (4) have been synthesized and characterized. EPR spectrum of complex 4 at RT consisted of fine-structure transitions (ΔMs = ±1) with zero-field splitting (ZFS) of 0.0485 cm?1 and a half-field signal (ΔMs = ±2) at ca. 1600 G, revealed formation of binuclear complex (S = 1). Whereas EPR spectrum of complex 2 in DMSO showed a mixture of mononuclear and binuclear complex in the ratio 0.75:1.0 with ZFS of 0.0385 cm?1. From the temperature dependence of the EPR signal intensity, the isotropic exchange-interaction constant J was evaluated.  相似文献

In this article, four new lead(II) coordination polymers based on a N,O-donor ligand 2′-(1 H-1,3,7,8-tetraaza-cyclopenta[l]phenanthren-2-yl)biphenyl-2-carboxylic acid (HL) have been hydrothermally synthesized, namely, [PbL2]·2H2O (1), [PbL2]·2H2O·CH3CH2OH (2), [Pb5L2(m-BDC)4]·3H2O (3) and [Pb2L2(p-BDC)] (4), where m-BDC = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate and p-BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate. Compound 1 shows a 2D bilayer structure, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular structure through π–π stacking interactions. Compound 2 shows a 3D supramolecular structure based on a zero-dimensional molecule by π–π stacking interactions of neighboring molecules. Compound 3 shows a 2D layer structure. Compound 4 displays a 1D chain-like structure, which is then stacked by π–π interactions to result in a 2D supramolecular structure. Solid-state luminescent spectra of four lead(II) complexes indicate intense fluorescent emissions.  相似文献

A pyrazolate bridged binuclear Pd(II) complex [Pd2(μ-dppz)2(Hida)2] · CH3OH · 2H2O (1) (dppz = 3,5-diphenylpyrazolate) with monoprotonated iminodiacetate (Hida) and a mononuclear Pt(II) complex containing Hdppz and 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate (2,6-dipic) [Pt(Hdppz)(2,6-dipic)] · CH3OH (2) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, ESI-MS and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The molecular packing for 1 shows a 2D network while that for 2 constitutes a left-handed 1D helix. Moderate luminescence property and antimicrobial activity against Bacillus subtilis have been noted for both.  相似文献

A pair of enantiomeric trinuclear Ni (II) clusters formulated as Ni3[(HLL-Thr)2(H2O)4(benzoate)2]·2EtOH (1) and Ni3[(HLD-Thr)2(H2O)4(benzoate)2]·2EtOH (2) (H3L = 3-hydroxy-2-[(2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzylidene)-amino]-butyric acid), have been successfully synthesized via the assembly of a pair of enantiomerically chiral amino acid Schiff-base ligands, benzoate anion with divalent nickel salt in an air-exposed water-ethanol solutions. The structures are characterized through single-crystal-X-ray diffraction analysis. The structures of complex 1 and 2 both contain enantiomeric linear trinuclear Ni3[(HL)2(H2O)4(benzoate)2]·2EtOH units in which Ni (II) ions are bridged by the mixed bridges of (μ-Ophenol)2(μ-COO)2. Circular dichroism (CD) spectra indicated the enantiomeric nature of the pair of clusters. Magnetic susceptibility studies in the temperature range of 2–300 K illustrated that complex 1 and 2 show ferromagnetic interactions between the Ni (II) centers within the trinuclear units while antiferromagnetic interactions among inter-trinuclear units.  相似文献

Using chiral imidazole Schiff-base as ligands, two couples of mononuclear iron(II) enantiomeric complexes fac-Λ-[Fe(R-L)3](ClO4)2·H2O (1), fac-Δ-[Fe(S-L)3](ClO4)2·H2O (2), fac-Λ-[Fe(R-L)3](BF4)2·H2O (3), fac-Δ-[Fe(S-L)3](BF4)2·H2O (4) (L = 1-(2-naphthyl)-N-((1-methyl-imidazol-2-yl)methylene)ethanamine) have been successfully synthesized and characterized. The CD spectra of 1 and 2, 3 and 4, were basically mirror images confirming their enantiomers. X-ray crystallography revealed that complexes 14 all crystallized in the chiral space group P213 with the iron(II) center surrounded by three bidentate ligands. Magnetic measurements revealed incomplete spin transition for 1, and gradual spin crossover (T1/2 = 150 K) for 3. However, the spin-crossover behaviors were vanished after grafting 14 to the Merrifield's peptide resin, and the iron(II) centers in the resin remained in a high-spin state in the temperature range of 2–300 K.  相似文献

Two new Co(II)-based coordination polymers, [Co(HL)(H2O)2] (1) and [Co(HL)(bpy)]·H2O (2) (H3L = 5-((4-carboxyphenoxy)methyl)benzene-1,3-dioic acid, bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The two compounds have been characterized by single crystal and powder X-ray diffraction analyses, infrared analyses, elemental analyses and thermogravimetric analyses. Compound 1 shows a 3D 2-fold interpenetrating hms framework, whereas compound 2 reveals a typical 3D pcu net. The UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra of compounds 1 and 2 have been investigated. Moreover, the magnetic susceptibilities of compounds 1 and 2 have been studied.  相似文献

An ether bridged tetracarboxylic acid ligand, 5-(3′,4′-Dicarboxylphenoxy)-isophthalic acid (H4L) was used to construct two Co(II) coordination polymers in presence of different nitrogen donor ligands such as 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bpy) and 4,4′-bis(pyrid-4-yl)biphenyl (bpbp). The products formed under hydrothermal conditions are formulated as [Co2L(4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)3]n (1) and {[Co(bpbp)2(H2L)]·H2O}n (2). The compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) measurement. Compound 1 shows an intriguing (3,4,5)-connected 3D framework with a point symbol of (42 · 62 · 82)(42 · 65 · 83)(62 · 8). Compound 2 is an unusual 3D supramolecular framework generated by the one-dimensional [Co(bpbp)(H2L)]n polymer chain. The magnetic properties of compounds 1 and 2 were examined, indicating antiferromagnetic interactions between the cobalt(II) ions in the temperature range of 2–300 K.  相似文献

Two novel cadmium complexes [Cd3(pta)2(H2O)4]n (1) (H3pta = 2,4,6-pyridinetricarboxylic acid) and {[Cd(H2pza)(H2O)2] · 2H2O}n (2) (H4pza = 2,3,5,6-pyrazinetetracarboxylic acid) were synthesized. In both complexes, Cd(II) ions show three different coordination numbers of six and seven in 1 and eight in 2, respectively. Complex 1 displays a three-dimensional network structure and 2 shows a one-dimensional chain structure. The one-dimensional chains in 2 are vertical or parallel to each other and form a three-dimensional network structure by hydrogen bonds. In addition, 1 emits intense fluorescence on excitation of 342 nm.  相似文献
