A simplified turbulent model and a modified k-Σ two equation model are proposed todescribe the liquid velocity profiles in a bubble column taking into consideration of the effect of gasdrag force and gas hold-up.In the simplified mode1 the Reynolds equation of motion was adoptedand the turbulent viscosity was calculated from an empirical correlation which was deduced fromour experimental data.The calculated liquid velocity profiles were compared between the proposedmodel and the standard k-Σ two equation model as well as experimental data.The result shows thatthe proposed model simulates and predicts the liquid velocity field most satisfactorily and in goodagreement with the experimental measurement. 相似文献

The extraction of hydrogen peroxide by means of deionized water from anthraquinone working solution via anthraquinone process was carried out in a gas‐agitated sieve plate extraction column. The effects of the superficial velocity of air, dispersed phase and continuous phase on the overall plate extraction efficiency have been investigated. The corrections for the prediction of the overall plate extraction efficiency were presented. The correction proposed to predict the overall plate extraction efficiency in the air, water, anthraquinone working solution three‐phase system agreed satisfactory with experimental data with a maximum absolute deviation of 5.6 %. A new design method for gas‐liquid‐liquid three‐phase extractors is developed based on the multistage countercurrent extraction model. The calculated data by the model agreed well with experimental data and the average relative deviation was less than 10 %. Moreover, the model was used to predict a gas‐agitated sieve plate extraction column for industrial production of hydrogen peroxide. The results show that the plate numbers of gas‐agitated sieve plate extraction column are 30–40 % less than that of liquid‐liquid sieve plate column. 相似文献

Velocity field data were acquired for Taylor-Couette flow in the annulus gap between a rotating inner cylinder and a fixed concentric outer cylinder by using particle image velocimetry. The flocculation efficiencies were also obtained in the same Taylor-Couette flow under the conditions corresponding to the velocity field measurement. The flocculation efficiencies reached the maximum values due to the closed vortices, their contraction and expansion with time in wavy vortex flow. But out of the wavy vortex flow range, the comparatively low flocculation efficiencies were obtained due to the no-closed vortices which connected with each other. 相似文献

基于柱坐标系下的瞬态N-S方程,采用标准Smagorinsky-Lilly模型,对旋流分离器内的单相流动特性进行了大涡模拟研究,获得了旋流分离器内的瞬时流场、时均速度与湍动能分布,并将结果与雷诺应力模型(RSM)及实测结果进行了对比。结果表明,大涡模拟方法可以得到旋流分离器内的瞬态流场,且能够反映更多的流场细节;对时均速度的预测与实测数据吻合良好,精度优于RSM模型;对湍动能的模拟与RSM方法差异显著,但其结论更符合以往理论分析与实测的结果。相比采用时均方法的RSM模型,大涡模拟方法对此类旋流湍流具有更好的模拟能力。 相似文献

利用热膜流速仪、测量了矩形塔内光板上液体单相流动以及筛孔板上气液两相流动时的液体流速分布,实验主要考察气液两相错流时,气体鼓泡作用对鼓泡区下游液体流速分布的影响,实验结果表明,单相流动时,受壁面效应的影响,靠近塔壁的液体的速度最低,气液两相错流时,受气体阻力作用的影响,靠近壁面液体的速度反而大于远离壁面处液体的速度,气相流量越大对液相流场的影响作用越强。 相似文献

利用四参数流变模式描述钻井液的非牛顿流动特性,结合雷诺应力模型(RSM),研究钻井液非牛顿性对旋流分离流场的影响. 得到3种流体介质的速度场和压力场分布规律. 结果表明,流场模拟结果与实验结果吻合,模拟结果可靠. 虽然3种流体流场分布趋势相同,但同一位置非牛顿流体的静压力(4.02和3.77 MPa)和轴向速度(11.9和12.4 m/s)大于牛顿流体(3.22 MPa和11.7 m/s),切向速度(42.5和39.7 m/s)小于牛顿流体(47.5 m/s);四参数流体的静压力(3.77 MPa)和压力降(4.51 MPa)小于幂律流体(4.02和4.79 MPa),能量损失降低0.28 MPa,四参数流体的切向速度比幂律流体小2.8 m/s,且其零轴速包络面更靠近器壁,不利于流体介质分离. 相似文献
