X0 4 5 0 1 首钢 80t转炉生产 2 0CrMnTiH齿轮钢首钢 3炼钢用 80t氧气顶吹转炉 LF 1 60mm× ( 1 60mm、2 0 0mm、2 4 5mm)连铸坯 半连轧机组生产直径≤ 5 6mm汽车用 2 0CrMnTiH齿轮钢。LF采用CaO SiO2 Al2 O3 精炼渣、底吹氩和喂丝工艺 ,连铸全保护浇注、结晶器电磁搅拌。所生产的2 0CrMnTiH钢平均S含量 0 0 0 7% ,P 0 0 1 1 % ,Cu0 0 1 4% ,铸坯中氧含量 ( 2 0~ 2 5 )× 1 0 -6,氮 ( 4 5~ 69)× 1 0 -6,氢 1 1 7× 1 0 -6。经检验该钢材J9和J15ΔHRC≤ 7,1 2热顶锻合格率 80 %。(崔京玉 陈 涛 陈京生 李本海 )X…  相似文献

衡阳华菱钢管公司采用 30tEAF LF 水平连铸 (HCC)工艺试生产了高压锅炉用 12Cr1MoVG钢110~ 14 0mm圆管坯。生产结果表明 ,当钢中 (As +Sn)含量为 0 0 6 4 %时 ,管坯经 5 80℃ 5 0 0 0h时效后 ,室温冲击功由 130J降至 15J;当在炉料中配加 30 %优质生铁 ,钢中 (As +Sn)含量为 0 0 2 9%时 ,经 5 80℃ 6 0 0 0h时效后 ,室温冲击功为 185J ,满足标准要求。在冶炼时控制钢中 (As +Sn)≤ 0 0 30 % ,O≤ 4 0× 10 - 6 ,N≤ 90×10 - 6 ,P≤ 0 0 15 % ,S≤ 0 0 10 % ,各类夹杂物≤ 1级时 ,圆管坯各项性能均能达到标准和使用要求。  相似文献

采用120 t顶底复吹转炉-LF-VD-Φ150~Φ200 mm圆坯连铸流程,通过控制铁水有害残余元素含量,强化转炉前期脱磷,控制终点[C]≥0.10%,出钢钢包渣厚≤50 mm,控制精炼终渣(FeO+MnO)≤1.0%,提高VD过程底吹氩流量至200~300 L/min,连铸全程保护浇注等措施,天钢完成J55(37Mn5),L80(TC80,0.24%~0.28%C,1.40%~1.55Mn),N 80(36Mn2V)和P 110(26CrMo4)级石油套管钢连铸圆坯的开发生产。生产结果表明,J55钢级的全氧含量≤25×10-6,P≤0.020%;N80、LS0和P110级别的全氧含量≤20×10-6,P≤0.015%;残余有害元素(Pb+Sn+As+Sb+Bi)≤140×10-6,夹杂物总量≤2.5级,圆管坯的中心疏松和缩孔等分别≤1.0级。  相似文献

通过80 t LD-LF(VD)-CC流程,采用转炉出钢铝沉淀脱氧,出钢后加铝粉强扩散脱氧工艺所生产的60Si2Mn弹簧钢铸坯总氧含量(T.O)为10×10-6,[S]0.005%,[P]0.010%.分析结果表明,LF末期和VD末期钢水中的夹杂物主要为CaO(Mgo)-Al2O3,-CaS-SiO2系;铸坯中的夹杂物主要为CaO(Mgo)-Al2O3-CaS-SiO2-TiN复合夹杂.因为连铸时保护浇铸不当,使[N]增加,促使铸坯含TiN夹杂.  相似文献

包钢钢联股份有限公司炼钢厂采用120 t顶底复吹转炉-100 t LF(VD)-5流Φ300 mm铸坯连铸工艺流程试生产X65管线钢13MnNbTi(%:0.10~0.16C、1.20~1.40Mn、0.03~0.05Nb、0.01~0.02Ti、0.025~0.05Al)。生产实践表明,通过铁水脱硫([S]≤0.005%),转炉挡渣出钢,精炼渣碱度≥3.0,VD处理≥13 min,可以使[S]≤0.005%、[P]≤0.015%、[H]≤1.5×10~(-6)。通过全程保护浇铸和结晶器电磁搅拌工艺,钢中氧含量(13~21)×10~(-6),平均氧含量16.44×10~(-6),铸坯表面质量良好,低倍组织0~1级。  相似文献
