络合沉淀法制备BaTiO_3超细粉末 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3
在分析BaTiO_3前驱体形成机理的基础上,提出了以草酸作为络合剂,用络合沉淀法制备超细BaTiO_3新工艺。用化学分析法测定产物Ba/Ti比,用XRD、TEM、BI-90激光散射粒度仪对产物的晶型、粒度及形貌进行表征。结果表明:采用该法合成的前驱体,微观组分确定,粒径小,粒度分布窄,近似球形,煅烧后为高纯超细BaTiO_3粉末。 相似文献

溶胶–凝胶法合成Nd:YAG粉体及透明陶瓷的制备 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以Y2O3和硝酸盐为原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶–凝胶法合成了Nd0.03Y2.97Al5O12(Nd:YAG)干凝胶,经不同温度焙烧后制得前驱粉体,然后将粉体经1700℃真空烧结制备了Nd:YAG透明陶瓷。对柠檬酸的络合作用进行了探讨,对粉体及透明陶瓷的结构、形貌和光学性能进行了研究。结果表明:柠檬酸与硝酸盐发生络合反应形成有机网络结构,有效减轻了粉体颗粒间的团聚;950℃焙烧后得到纯相Nd:YAG粉体,颗粒细小并呈片状;Nd:YAG透明陶瓷致密度高(理论密度的95%),晶粒尺寸约为10μm,在1060nm处的透射率为63%。 相似文献

PTCR陶瓷化学镀镍电极溶液中镍离子型体分布和络合剂的作用 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
通过热力学平衡的方法 ,研究 Ba Ti O3系陶瓷 PTCR元件进行化学沉积金属镍电极时常用的醋酸盐 -镍离子、甘氨酸 -镍离子和柠檬酸盐 -镍离子体系化学镀镍溶液中各种型体镍离子的分布。实验表明 ,加入络合剂会影响化学镀镍的速度 ,醋酸盐会使化学沉积速度升高 ,而甘氨酸和柠檬酸盐会使化学镀镍速度明显下降 ,这可能和化学镀镍过程的混合电位、络合剂的空间位阻及镍 -配位原子间的结合力等因素有关。通过本文的研究表明 ,选择合适的络合剂对于化学镀镍的稳定操作 ,意义是十分重大的 相似文献

以Fe2O3、LiH2PO4为原料,蔗糖为碳源,草酸为添加剂,采用流变相辅助碳热还原法制备了LiFePO4/C复合材料。研究了草酸添加量、烧结温度以及碳含量对所制LiFePO4/C复合材料电化学性能的影响。结果表明:通过适量草酸可有效提高LiFePO4/C的电化学性能,并且当草酸添加量为LiH2PO4摩尔量的1.5倍、烧结温度为700℃、碳质量分数在8.8%左右时,所制材料表现出最佳电化学性能:其0.2C倍率下放电比容量可达154 mAh/g;5.0C高倍率下具有约120 mAh/g的可逆放电比容量;1.0C倍率下循环充放电1 000周容量保持率达98%。 相似文献

制作了一种新型微型结构CO2传感器,该传感器采用Al2O3陶瓷片作为衬底,sol-gel法制备的固体电解质NASICON(sodiumsuperionicconductor)材料为离子导电层,复合碳酸盐Li2CO3-BaCO3(摩尔比为1:1.5)为敏感电极。该传感器在CO2浓度为(500~5000)×10–6体积分数范围内表现出良好的敏感特性,灵敏度达到67.3mV/decade(毫伏/10×10–6体积分数),并且功耗由原来的1.08W降到0.72W。微型元件的响应恢复时间分别为20s和58s。 相似文献

采用一步水热法,以钨酸钠(Na2WO4·2H2O)为原料,草酸(H2C2O4)为结构导向剂,在FTO衬底上制备了具有高活性(002)面的WO3纳米片薄膜.利用XRD,FESEM对薄膜的物相和形貌进行了分析,通过UV-Vis,PL对薄膜的能带结构和载流子的分离能力进行了表征,通过电化学工作站对WO3薄膜的光电性能进行了研究.分析了草酸用量对WO3 纳米片薄膜的晶体取向、形貌尺寸和光电催化性能的影响.结果表明:草酸用量为0.30 g时,WO3纳米片薄膜的(002)面衍射峰强度最高,具有良好的光电催化性能. 相似文献

In chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) of Cu, organic acids are often used as additives of slurries. This paper studied the effects of citric acid, oxalic acid, glycolic acid and glycine on Cu CMP performance. Our experiments explored the difference of these organic acids in surface reactions with Cu. The results showed that organic acids could chelate the passive film of Cu, and oxalic acid would further form precipitates with copper ions to change the chemical and mechanical action during CMP. Potential-pH diagrams, electrochemical polarization and impedance analyses were used to examine the behaviors of Cu in various organic acid slurries. The results indicated that the proposed equivalent circuits from impedance analysis for Cu CMP system could provide a good index to surface roughness. Furthermore, we also discussed the effects of used organic acids on reducing particle contamination after Cu CMP by measuring the difference of isoelectric points between Cu and α-Al2O3. The result showed that the addition of organic acid could efficiently decrease particle contamination. 相似文献

Monoclinic natrium superionic conductors (NASICON; Na3Zr2Si2PO12) are well-known Na-ion solid electrolytes which have been studied for 40 years. However, due to the low symmetry of the crystal structure, identifying the migration channels of monoclinic NASICON accurately still remains unsolved. Here, a cross-verified study of Na+ diffusion pathways in monoclinic NASICON by integrating geometric analysis of channels and bottlenecks, bond-valence energy landscapes analysis, and ab initio molecular dynamics simulations is presented. The diffusion limiting bottlenecks, the anisotropy of conductivity, and the time and temperature dependence of Na+ distribution over the channels are characterized and strategies for improving both bulk and total conductivity of monoclinic NASICON-type solid electrolytes are proposed. This set of hierarchical ion-transport algorithms not only shows the efficiency and practicality in revealing the ion transport behavior in monoclinic NASICON-type materials but also provides guidelines for optimizing their conductive properties that can be readily extended to other solid electrolytes. 相似文献

In this study, various cleaning solutions containing chelating agents with carboxyl acid group (-COOH), such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, citric acid and oxalic acid, were developed for post-poly-Si CMP cleaning. The chelating agent and tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) were simultaneously added into 2% ammonium hydroxide alkaline solution to promote the removal efficiency on particles and metallic impurities. The effectiveness of various cleaning recipes and their interaction mechanism with the poly-Si surface were studied. We could explain the surface behavior of various cleaning solutions by the different molecular size and charge of chelating agents. Based on the mechanism, the behavior of surface particle and metallic impurity can be realized. The co-existence of TMAH with citric acid or oxalic acid in the alkaline cleaning solutions can significantly enhance the electrical properties of capacitors 相似文献

对铝基板在草酸体系下阳极氧化成膜温度进行了研究,发现膜的起始破坏温度为32.5℃,而与草酸电解液的浓度关系不大。通过XRD、SEM对膜层进行了分析,并测试了膜层的绝缘性能。结果表明:氧化膜层是以非晶态形式存在的,膜表面存在直径80nm左右的针状物,形成Al(OH)3水合物。较高溶液温度下,草酸的溶解作用加剧了膜层断面开裂、膜质疏松等缺陷,严重影响着膜层的绝缘性能,温度不超过32.5℃,能得到均匀、致密的膜层。 相似文献

以sol-gel法制备的NASICON(Na3Zr2Si2PO12)为基体材料,掺杂了V2O5的TiO2为辅助电极材料,制备了一种管式结构的固体电解质SO2传感器。当工作温度为300℃时,以V2O5与(V2O5+TiO2)的质量比为5%的材料为辅助电极材料时,传感器对体积分数为(1~50)×10–6的SO2表现出了较好的气敏性能,传感器的电动势E值与SO2浓度的对数呈很好的线性关系,传感器的灵敏度为78mV/decade。同时,传感器对50×10–6的SO2的响应恢复时间分别为10s和35s,且有较好的选择性。 相似文献
