为了提高电子秤的抗干扰性和数据的准确性,介绍基于均值滑动滤波算法和STM32电子秤的设计。选用电阻应变片构成的惠斯通电桥传感器采集重物信号,24位HX711 A/D模块完成电信号的放大和转换,在STM32内实现软件滤波,采用滑动均值滤波算法,减小误差,提高数据的准确度。通过软硬件结合的方法进行校正。矩阵键盘输入控制指令实现设置单价、计算物品金额并实现金额累加和去皮等功能。实验测试表明,该电子秤测量范围是0~500 g,误差不超过±1 g,称重反应灵敏,5 s左右读数稳定。  相似文献

为了满足日常物品称重的需要,对电子秤进行了研究。在对主流电子秤研究的基础上,通过使用电阻应变式力传感器对5 kg以内的物品进行称量,以单片机AT89C52芯片为核心实现了物品重量采集、总价计算、超重报警、微调等功能,并可通过蓝牙实时发送数据至手机APP。实现了在日常生活中称重5 kg以内物品,满足了小超市出入库数据保存与监管的要求。  相似文献

简要介绍了电子称的任务要求,提出了以BF120-3AA电阻应变片为称重传感器、HX711为A/D转换器,采用单片机为处理器,配以键盘和屏显等设计简易电子秤的技术方案.并设计电源滤波、零点漂移抑制和线性化数据处理等技术,进一步提高了测量精度,精度可达1%,测量范围1~500克,满足赛题任务要求,系统达到了低成本、高精度和实用性的三者统一.  相似文献

文中介绍了一种基于NRF24L01的多点无线称重节点设计,主要阐述了称重系统中节点的结构及软件、硬件设计。在节点设计中,使用低功耗STC12C56A60S2型单片机、称重专用芯片HX711、NRF24L01无线数据传输模块,可将采集的数据上传到上位机软件中,实现多点无线称重系统设计。文中节点设计具有传感器信号调理测量电路简单、数据无线传输、低成本的特点。  相似文献

为了解决因微弱信号放大而影响电子秤精度的问题,采用了仪表放大器作为压力传感器前置放大器,解决了由放大环节带来的失调电压和温漂等问题。简要论述了电阻应变式称重传感器的工作原理、设计了系统硬件电路与软件。经测试设计的电子秤误差小于0.3%,且具有数据准确稳定、称量快捷等特点。  相似文献

The concept of cut-and-paste customization is introduced for the first time in designing integrated circuits based on mechanically flexible organic field-effect transistors, and is applied to electronic artificial skin. The electronic artificial skin comprise of three separate integrated circuits that are a pressure-sensor array, row decoders, and column selectors to read out pressure information over a large area. All of three integrated circuits are scalable in size because the pressure-sensor array is a simple repetition of sensor cells and the row and column decoders adopt wired-NAND circuits, which enables the cut-and-paste customization in size. The physical cut-and-paste procedure is employed by cutting a part of the integrated circuits and pasting it to another integrated circuit with a connecting plastic tape. The integrated circuits are designed with a standard SPICE simulator and layout design tool, and the operation is confirmed by measurement.  相似文献

An automatic electronic marine warning system for use under conditions of reduced visibility is described. The heart of the system is a rapid ringing bell for fog warning at anchor. A bell tone was recorded and analyzed, and simple electronic circuits were developed to produce a tone approximating this bell sound. Other circuits include a foghorn signal with electronic timing circuits for sounding either the foghorn or bell at intervals appropriate to the situation. Associated with this system is a loud hailer and listener, and provisions for monitoring the outputs of communications receivers or other audio circuits. The system operates from a 12-volt dc supply and is designed for use on small vessels where limited operating personnel are available.  相似文献

In this paper, a short distance wireless sensor node "AccuMicroMotion" for physiological activity monitoring is proposed for detecting motions in six degrees of freedom. System architecture, relevant microstructures, and electronic circuits to implement the sensor node are presented. A three-axis microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer and a z-axis gyroscope are designed and fabricated using a new deep-reactive ion-etch CMOS-MEMS process. The interface circuits, an analog-to-digital converter, and a wireless transmitter are designed using Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company 0.35-/spl mu/m CMOS process, wherein the interface circuits adopt chopper stabilization technique and can resolve a signal (dc to 1 kHz) as low as 200 nV from the microsensors; digitized outputs from the microsensors are transmitted by a 900-MHz amplitude-shift-keying radio-frequency transmitter that delivers a 2.2-mW power to a 50-/spl Omega/ antenna. The system draws an average current of 4.8 mA from a 3-V supply when six sensors are in operation simultaneously and provides an overall 60-dB dynamic range.  相似文献

该文提出了电路基础实验模块化的思想,给出7个基础实验模块的电路设计图,并给出了由这7个模块组成的两个小型综合实验电路系统的设计框图。在基础电路模块设计中充分考虑器件的通用性,提高实验的可行性,并与理论课的相关内容紧密结合,加深学生对基础理论的理解;在综合实验电路设计中既包含模拟电路的内容,又包含数字电路的内容,充分体现电路的综合性,并增加实验的趣味性,启发学生的创新意识,提高学生的综合电路设计能力。  相似文献

In this paper, analog techniques have been utilized to translate the mathematical formulation of arbitrary functions into electronic circuits which embody instantaneous DC relationships between sets of voltages having a limited dynamic range of variation. Suitable building blocks and electronic circuits have been designed to implement some of the basic functional operations. These functional operations were used to embody an analog modelling technique for the generation of free-form curves based on Bézier curve generation method. To draw a specified curve, the control parameters represented by a group of variable resistors are set at specified positions. These positions correspond to values of the control polygon vertices coordinates that uniquely define the curve shape. To change curve shape, the only requirement is to vary the control parameters represented by the variable resistors, and therefore, the user can use this electronic generation method as a shape designer. Using this analog modelling technique, one can generate curves at speed much more comparable to the alternative software modelling on a digital computer.  相似文献

A mechanism to demodulate a two-tone high-frequency oscillation in nonlinear electronic devices due to an external electromagnetic field is investigated. The results of a demodulation are low-frequency disturbances to the internal circuits of electronic devices. A method for the synthesis of nonlinear compensators on the basis of the operational equations of electronic devices is offered for protection against low-frequency noise. The nonlinear operator of the compensator is designed so that a cascade connection of the electronic device and the compensator is described by the linear Volterra functional. As an example, the compensation of nonlinear transformations of a detector at high-frequency oscillation is synthesized with the use of results of measurements. The accuracy of the executed compensation is estimated.   相似文献

The advent of greater concern with the safety and environmental effects of automobiles has resulted in the generation of many new electronic systems (similar to those used in industrial control), which are directed at making improvements in these areas. The implementation of these systems requires a new generation of low-cost linear integrated circuits specifically designed for operation from the single power supply that is available. The operational amplifiers and comparators that are described in this paper are among the first of this generation. These circuits offer both cost and applications advantages in the emerging automotive electronic systems and also in existing industrial control applications.  相似文献
