文章设计了以西门子过程控制理论实训系统SMPT-1000中的蒸发器为被控对象,根据工艺流程,结合过程控制理论与PLC技术,以安全、稳定为控制要求,完成基于PCS7的控制系统的设计与实现[1]。上位机采用工控机搭建的良好人机监控界面SMPTLAB实时监控系统运行,下位机使用西门子S7-400 PLC实现对SMPT-1000蒸发器自动控制回路的数据采集及相关的PID回路控制[2-3]。实验结果表明,该设计的蒸发器液位高度稳定控制在一定的范围内。 相似文献

A systematic approach to construct fault trees for advanced process control systems is presented in this paper. For illustration purpose, the proposed method is explained with a specific feedback scheme, i.e., the cascade control strategy. The digraph configuration of a standard system is first described and analyzed in detail. On the basis of a series of qualitative simulation studies, all failure mechanisms can be identified and summarized with a set of generalized fault-tree structures. The fault trees produced with the conventional digraph-based techniques are shown to be not as comprehensive as the ones constructed with the proposed approach. To demonstrate the correctness of our analysis, the successful application of the proposed structures to a heat exchange process is presented. In addition, the resulting fault tree is compared with one obtained from a single-loop feedback control system and the trade-off between the two in system reliability and control performance is assessed accordingly. 相似文献

Comprehensive analyses for the buck-boost, pulse width modulation DC/DC converters applying peak current current-mode control are given. The analysis provides closed-form solutions for steady-state output, small-signal loop gain, and conducted susceptibility. This paper presents a detailed study of the clock jitter error in multi-bit continuous-time ΣΔ modulators with non-return-to-zero feedback waveform. It is demonstrated that jitter-induced noise power can be separated into two main components: one that depends on the modulator loop-filter transfer function and the other dependent on input signal parameters, i.e. amplitude and frequency. The latter component, not considered in previous approaches, allows us accurately to predict the resolution loss caused by jitter, showing effects not taken into account previously in literature despite the fact that they are especially critical in broadband telecom applications. Moreover, the use of state-space formulation makes the analysis quite general and applicable to either cascade or single-loop architectures. Closed-form expressions are derived for in-band error power and signal-to-noise ratio that can be used to optimize modulator performance in terms of jitter insensitivity. Time-domain simulations of several modulator topologies (both single-loop and cascade) intended for VDSL application demonstrate the validity of the presented approach. 相似文献
