考察了不同规格胶粉及不同脱硫程度的脱硫胶粉对橡胶改性乳化沥青性能的影响,结果表明,采用100目胶粉即可制备出橡胶改性乳化沥青,但乳化沥青的性能较差;采用活化度为50%左右的100目脱硫胶粉制备乳化沥青时,脱硫胶粉的用量相比于胶粉可大幅提高;在通过外掺100目50%左右活化度的脱硫胶粉(质量分数15%,以沥青计,下同)和质量分数2%的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物改性的乳化沥青中添加质量分数1%的丁苯胶乳,所制备橡胶改性乳化沥青无筛上剩余物,5 d储存稳定性为2.9%,蒸发残留物的25℃针入度、软化点和5℃延度分别为55 (0.1 mm)、64.5℃和22.5 cm,能够满足乳化改性沥青的技术指标要求。 相似文献

As an eco-friendly technology for pavement preventive maintenance, microsurfacing (MS) has the potential properties of cost-saving and excellent performance benefits in repairing distress. MS also improves the surface function, especially skid resistance, of old pavements that have gradually decayed under the coupled effects of long-term environment and loads. Reasonable assessments of the long-term skid and wear resistance of the MS can provide support for accurate decision-making on preventive maintenance, which in turn reduces maintenance costs and saves maintenance costs, and ensures traffic safety. To evaluate the long-term skid and wear resistance of MS in different natural and traffic environments, this paper investigated the change of British pendulum number (BPN), rutting depth, and mass loss rate of waterborne epoxy resin-SBR compound emulsified asphalt micro-surfacing (WER-SBR MEAMS) under different environmental factors and traffic conditions based on the self-developed accelerated loading abrasion instrument. The factors considered in the experiment include temperature, rainfall, UV radiation, speed, and load. The results showed that temperature and vehicle speed had a detrimental effect on the durability of WER-SBR MEAMS, which was more pronounced after 10,000 wear loading cycles. Reducing immersion time and slowing down the aging rate can improve the durability of WER-SBR MEAMS. Further, the influence degrees of different factors on the skid and wear resistance of MS were evaluated using the gray correlation method. From the results of the gray correlation analysis, the correlation coefficients between external variables and BPN, rutting depth, and mass loss rate are all greater than 0.8, which indicate that all the variables involved have relatively obvious and regular effects on the skid and wear resistance of WER-SBR MEAMS. 相似文献

在我国公路由建设向养护和改扩建转变的阶段,大量废旧沥青混合料(RAP)的处治和使用成为一大难题,同时水泥混凝土的原材料来源也在不断减少,因此,将废旧沥青混合料资源化并合理利用于混凝土的生产中,是缓解资源紧缺和实现绿色化工程的有效手段。本文将RAP和乳化沥青掺入水泥混凝土中,利用正交试验分析了RAP掺量、水灰比和乳化沥青掺量对水泥混凝土力学性能的影响。得出了各因素对水泥混凝土抗压性能的影响排序为水灰比>RAP掺量>乳化沥青掺量,对水泥混凝土抗折强度的影响排序为乳化沥青掺量>RAP掺量=水灰比。 相似文献

To improve the efficiency of repairing asphalt pavements, a rapid-hardening magnesium-based cement emulsified asphalt (MCEA) mortar was developed. The effect of mix parameters on the properties of MCEA sample was systematically discussed, including asphalt to cement (A/C) ratio, asphalt and cement (S/(A+C)) ratio, water to cement (W/C) ratio, and MgO to phosphate (M/P) ratio, as well as the fresh properties, mechanical behavior and microstructure of MCEA sample were investigated. The results show that the initial setting time of MCEA paste is within 30 min, and the fluidity is 60–180 mm, which can effectively improve the efficiency of pavement repair engineering. Meanwhile, by adjusting the mix proportion parameters, the setting time and fluidity can be adjusted according to engineering needs. The compressive and flexural strengths of plain magnesium phosphate cement mortar reach 46.45 and 7.7 MPa, respectively, and they decrease with the increase of A/C, W/C, and M/P ratios. With the increase of S/(A+C) ratio, the area of emulsified asphalt encapsulated particles decreases, which improves the mechanical properties of MCEA mortar. Increasing the A/C ratio results in an increase in the residual MgO content and a decrease in the struvite content in the MCEA paste. Meanwhile, the residual MgO content in the MCEA paste prepared by the S-type emulsified asphalt is significantly lower than that of the N-type MCEA paste, which is related to the water content of the emulsified asphalt. In addition, the incorporation of emulsified asphalt also increases the porosity of the MCEA sample, but the N-type emulsified asphalt can play a role in refining the pore structure of the sample. 相似文献

以N-(2-羟基-3-十八烷基氨基)丙基三甲基氯化铵(A)、木质素季铵盐(B)和N-[2-羟基-3-十二烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚(9)]丙基三甲基氯化铵(C)为乳化剂制备了乳化沥青。对乳化沥青的性能测试表明,当乳化剂A,B和C单独使用的用量分别为乳化沥青总质量的0.5%,2.5%和2.5%时,乳液能够稳定存在5 d;当使用由乳化剂A和B或A和C以1∶1至9∶1的质量比组成的复配乳化剂,用量为乳化沥青总质量的0.5%时,制备的乳化沥青的稳定性明显地优于单独使用乳化剂A,B或C制备的乳化沥青。使用由乳化剂A和B以质量比2∶3组成的复配乳化剂,用量为0.5%时,所得到的乳化沥青的破乳时间为259 s;由A和C以质量比1∶1组成的复配乳化剂,用量为0.5%时,所得到的乳化沥青的破乳时间为223 s;而单独使用乳化剂A,用量为0.5%时,破乳时间仅为191 s。 相似文献
