简述了双季铵盐类缓蚀剂在金属腐蚀领域的研究进展。指出双季铵盐是一类新型的阳离子Gemini表面活性剂,由于具有低毒、较好的表面活性和良好的水溶性等特点,作为缓蚀剂具有广阔的应用前景。根据分子结构的不同,可以把双季铵盐分为对称型烷基双季铵盐、对称型杂环双季铵盐和不对称型双季铵盐,详细介绍了三类双季铵盐的缓蚀性能测试结果。指出双季铵盐类缓蚀剂的研究还缺乏系统性,合成环保易降解的双季铵盐、缓蚀机理研究和工业应用将成为今后双季铵盐类缓蚀剂的研究重点。  相似文献

以十二胺、甲酸和甲醛为原料制备出中间体长链叔胺,又以长链叔胺和1,3-二溴丙烷合成出双季铵盐杀菌剂,研究了长链叔胺和双季铵盐的合成工艺条件,应用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,双季铵盐收率可达85.4%。  相似文献

以乙二胺、甲酸、甲醇和氯乙酸乙酯为原料,合成了双季铵盐杀菌剂,以绿藻为模型,探讨了双季铵盐的浓度和投加时间对其杀菌性能的影响。结果表明,当双季铵盐的浓度为0.3 g/mL时,杀菌效果较好,3 d可实现79.25%的杀菌率,且投加时间越长,灭菌效果越显著。  相似文献

以三甲胺、1,3-二氯丙醇为原料合成了双季铵盐β-羟基丙基-α,γ-双(三甲基氯化铵)。结合其反应原理,考察了反应温度、反应物配比、反应物浓度、反应压力对双季铵盐收率的影响;在最佳反应条件下,双季铵盐收率≥99%。运用红外光谱对提纯后的合成产物进行了结构表征,测定了固体产物的熔点。  相似文献

利用自制的双卤代醚与长链叔胺,合成了双季铵盐杀菌剂,并对其结构进行了红外表征,评价了其杀菌效果,并与12 2 7进行了杀菌性能的对比。实验结果表明:双季铵盐对SRB具有良好的杀菌性能,而且杀菌能力也明显优于12 2 7,在菌量较高的情况下(1.5×10 8个·mL-1)杀菌浓度仅为5 0mg·L-1,就能10 0 %杀死SRB ,是一种很有应用前景的新型杀菌剂。  相似文献

二硝甲基唑类化合物是一类结构新颖的多氮含能化合物。综述了二硝甲基唑类化合物的合成方法和反应性质,并对部分含能化合物的性质进行了介绍。结果表明,二硝甲基唑类化合物的密度较大,且具有较高的正生成焓,但自身热稳定性较差,以其为阴离子合成出的离子盐具有较好的热稳定性。目前,二硝甲基唑类化合物的合成方法较成熟,但理论方面的研究不够深入。  相似文献

The viscoelastic properties of gum rubbers and the properties of corresponding compounds are discussed. Representative examples are given to illustrate the important influence of gum rubber on the compound properties. A method for evaluating strain amplification and strain-rate amplification is proposed. Examples are given to show the characterization of compounds with respect to the variation in gum rubbers and carbon black grades. This paper is on the enhancement of physical properties achieved through utilization of linear plasticizers in flexible PVC compounds. This paper also emphasizes the use of statistical methods and designs of experiments. In a series of experimental designs, electrical, oven-aging, and low temperature performance of commercially available phthalate plasticizers were evaluated. Test data will be given to show the effect of plasticizer functionality on the performance properties of flexible PVC compounds.  相似文献

Based on the theory of intermolecular forces and the Hildebrand relation, a generalized equation in terms of refractive index is proposed to estimate viscosity, thermal conductivity and diffusion coefficients of liquid non-polar compounds at various temperatures. Analytical equations are provided to estimate transport properties of n-alkanes in terms of molecular weight. Average deviations for all three properties of various hydrocarbons from C5 to C20 are within 1 % for a large number of data points. The proposed equation also predicts transport properties of some polar compounds with a reasonable degree of accuracy.  相似文献

Nitrogen heterocyclic fluorescent compounds and their possible dyeing pathway on acrylic fabrics was investigated. Their chemical spectral properties, including fluorescence and ultraviolet–visibility, were evaluated in this work. The colour fastness properties of these dyes attributable to light reflection and washing were examined. The CIE L*, a* and b* values after the dyeing process were studied and the colour fastness properties were also determined. Two quinoline derivatives showed stronger fluorescence properties and were also demonstrated to be non‐cytotoxic towards human HaCaT skin keratinocytes at a reasonable dose. These results led to speculation that these two compounds could be further used as dyes in various textile applications.  相似文献

A novel class of allyl compounds based on epoxy resins was synthesized and characterized. The synthesis of these allyl compounds was carried out by reacting corresponding epoxy resin with 2-allyl-4-methylphenol. The copolymers of 4,4′-bismaleimi-dodiphenyl methane with the allyl compounds were prepared and their properties were measured. Results show that modified bis-maleimide resins have excellent processing characteristics such as low softening point, good solubility in acetone, outstanding tack and drape properties, high thermal and hygrothermal stability, as well as improved toughness. Composites based on these copolymers and woven glass cloth also have good properties.  相似文献

In this paper, important properties of some new derivatives of dinitro triazolyl triazine as novel heterocyclic energetic compounds are evaluated and discussed by using some reliable models. The predicted properties are also compared with octahydro‐1,3,5,7‐tetranitro‐1,3,5,7‐tetrazocine (HMX) as a benchmark compound and 2,4,6‐trinitro‐1,3,5‐triazine (TNTA) as a theoretically new high performance energetic compound. It is shown that some of these compounds can be seen as interesting high‐nitrogen organic explosives with relatively low sensitivity which could be introduced for some important industrial applications. Since some of the new compounds have good oxygen balance, calculated specific impulses confirm that these compounds can be considered as suitable oxidizers in solid propellants.  相似文献
