针对单点渐进成形几何精度差的问题,提出了一种双点渐进成形加工技术。以1060铝为研究对象,确定目标零件,从成形轨迹和进给量两个方面编制双点渐进成形工艺和单点渐进成形工艺。然后根据编制的工艺在渐进成形设备上编制数控程序,制作了单点与双点渐进成形样品。再使用FARO便携式三坐标测量仪,测量了双点渐进成形与单点渐进成形样品的几何精度。最后,提出了一种对比分析数据的方法,对单点渐进成形和双点渐进成形的几何精度进行了定量的对比分析。实验结果表明,在工艺参数相同的前提下,双点渐进成形的几何精度远高于单点渐进成形的几何精度。 相似文献

综合考虑挤压工具对待成形件曲面的可接近性和数控渐进成形效率,提出了三轴与五轴数控渐进复合成形策略及其成形轨迹规划方法。通过识别待成形件STL模型的三角面片各边的凸凹性,以三轴数控渐进成形挤压工具对模型各曲面的可接近性,将模型曲面划分出三轴数控渐进成形与五轴数控渐进成形加工的区域,进而对成形轨迹进行分区规划并在相应的曲面分区内分别生成出三轴数控渐进成形和五轴数控渐进成形加工轨迹。算法应用实例表明,该方法能够实现三轴与五轴数控渐进复合成形所需曲面分区及其成形轨迹规划与生成。 相似文献

为了解决双面数控渐进成形中板材件无支撑悬空区域存在变形的问题,提出一种背板辅助的双面数控渐进成形方法。该方法以背板对板材的支撑作用,抑制板材件非成形区的非理想变形,进而提高成形质量。研究了面向复杂板材件基于背板的双面数控渐进成形策略和对于一个给定待成形板材件标准模板库模型自动生成所需背板计算机辅助设计模型的算法。该算法根据板材件类型的不同,通过提取待成形板材件标准模板库模型的特征轮廓,采用顶点偏置方法生成出背板计算机辅助设计模型,并采用数值模拟和实际成形实验对所提背板辅助双面数控渐进成形方法进行了验证和评估。有限元分析和实验结果表明,双面数控渐进成形中背板的使用能够有效提高成形件的成形质量,具有可行性和可应用性。 相似文献

Based on the continuum damage mechanics (CDM), both the total damage growth force and the damage equivalent stress has been firstly derived. Material and damage are considered to be anisotropic in this theoretical model. A new damage-based plastic yield criterion, where the damage equivalent stress is taken as the yield function, and the corresponding damage evolution equation has been established. A relation between the damage variable and the plastic deformation has been proposed. This relation can be applied to obtain the damage history in terms of Moiré photo-mechanics technology in this work. In addition, from the anisotropic damage-based plastic yield criterion presented, the large-scale finite element codes ABAQUS/Explicit in conjunction with the damage experimental results has been then used to calculate some mechanical variable fields in metal forming process. It has finally been verified that the position corresponding to the maximum value in damage equivalent stress field accurately coincides with the initial place of macro-crack given by Erichsen cupping tests carried out by authors. 相似文献

Sectional multi-point forming (SMPF) technology provides a new solution for forming large-size sheet metal. With this technique,
large-size parts of sheet metal can be manufactured on a smaller multi-point forming press. But the force status and deformation
of the workpiece are complicated in SMPF; the local severe plastic deformation will be produced easily in the transition region,
and strain-hardening will be commonly produced subsequently. The hardening is difficult to eliminate in subsequent processes,
which will largely affect the final deformation quality. In this paper, the generation of local severe plastic deformation
was discussed; NURBS-based modeling method was used to construct the shape of the assortative region to suppress the defect.
Experiments proved that the method is fairly effective. Finally, a plan was suggested to raise further the forming limit of
materials and enhance the work efficiency by combining multi-point press forming with assortative region method. 相似文献
