Detecting bad information in mobile wireless networks based on the wireless application protocol

The scale of mobile wireless networks is increasing sharply. However, many websites in the WAP networks contain obscenity information, viruses, and Trojans. How to crawl, judge and locate these bad websites is a challenging problem. In this article, a WAP bad information detection system is proposed, which contains crawling, judgment and location subsystems to identify bad WAP websites. The distributed crawling is adapted to break the IP limitation of WAP networks. Text and image automatic classification are introduced in the judgment subsystem. The location subsystem can locate the bad sites and collect the evidence. The experiment results verify that our WAP bad information detection system has high efficiency and accuracy.

基于Web和WAP的警务动态管理系统

介绍了一个完整的电子政务解决方案-警务动态管理系统的构建,该系统是一个Web网站和WAP网站的有机结合,Web网站主要供室内用户使用,WAP网站部分主要供室外用户使用,尤其是该系统的WAP网站部分实现了“推”功能,极大地满足了用户的需求,并对构建过程中所用的核心技术进行了简介,通过系统的构建,说明了ASP.NET与传统ASP相比的优点所在。     

一种基于Java技术的WSP模拟实现及其在通信中的应用

文章简述了WAP体系结构以及WSP协议特点,给出了一个实现无线应用的移动终端模拟软件的体系结构,论证了使用Java技术开发移动终端模拟软件的可行性,最后提出了一种设计和实现WSP协议方法,为无线应用(WML网络浏览、彩信收发等)提供基于会话的数据传输服务,研制的模拟软件能很好地测试WAP网关的性能。     

The whey acidic protein family: a new signature motif and three-dimensional structure by comparative modeling

Whey acidic proteins (WAP) from the mouse, rat, rabbit, camel, and pig comprise two "four-disulfide core" domains. From a detailed analysis of all sequences containing this domain, we propose a new PROSITE motif ([KRHGVLN]-X-?PF?-X-[CF]-[PQSVLI]-X(9,19)-C-?P?-X-[DN]-X-?N? -[CE]-X(5)-C-C) to accurately identify new four-disulfide core proteins. A consensus model for the WAP proteins is proposed, based on the human mucous proteinase inhibitor crystal structure. This article presents a detailed atomic model for the two-domain porcine WAP sequence by comparative modeling. Surface electrostatic potential calculations indicate that the second domain of the pig WAP model is similar to the functional human mucous proteinase inhibitor domains, whereas the first domain may be nonfunctional.     

WAP在TCP／IP网络上的协议模拟方法

无线应用协议WAP是实现移动通信设备与Internet网络集成的关键技术和研究热点。本文在分析WAP协议栈和应用支持模型的基础上,阐述了基于TCP／IP平台的WSP／WTP协议模拟原理及方法,给出了节省无线传输带宽的WSP压缩编码方法,并探讨了WAP技术研究的新动向。本文所提出的集成化协议模拟思想,通过接口函数、编解码器函数及其典型过程得到了验证。

Critical factors of WAP services adoption: an empirical study

Mobile commerce is becoming increasingly important in business. Wireless application protocol (WAP) is one of the most widespread technical standards for mobile commerce. Following continuous technical evolution, WAP has now included various new features. However, WAP services continue to struggle for market share. Hence, understanding the adoption of WAP services is increasingly important for enterprises interested in developing mobile commerce. This study aims to: (i) identify the critical factors of WAP services adoption; (ii) explore the relative importance of each factor between WAP adopters and non-adopters; and (iii) examine the causal relationships among variables on WAP services adoption behavior. This study reports empirical test of the adoption of WAP services in Taiwan, based on the theory of planned behavior and innovation diffusion theory. The results indicate that the critical factors influencing the adoption of WAP services include connection speed, service costs, user satisfaction, personal innovativeness, ease of use, peer influence, and facilitating conditions. Some suggestions for subsequent researchers and practitioners seeking to understand WAP services adoption behavior are also provided.
