为了对装甲车辆太赫兹辐射特性进行分析,以坦克为主要研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行三维瞬态温度场模拟,建立了装甲车辆的整体物理模型。并且着重对负重轮温度场进行计算研究,绘制了负重轮及履带加载负荷和边界条件后的图形,以及运动1 h后负重轮整体的温度分布图,分析了轮胎边缘点温度随时间变化的情况。结果表明:负重轮是装甲车辆太赫兹辐射成像中重要的识别因素,为后期研究目标与背景的太赫兹辐射特性奠定了基础。  相似文献

为提高负重轮的疲劳寿命 ,提出了一种双层橡胶轮缘的方案 .这种轮缘包括两层橡胶 ,内层橡胶加入了金属丝 ,外层橡胶不加金属丝 .用ANSYS软件对这种双层橡胶轮缘的应力应变和温度场进行了有限元分析 ,再用断裂力学理论估算了负重轮的疲劳寿命 .估算结果表明 ,负重轮采用双层橡胶轮缘结构可以减小发热 ,在不影响轮胎机械强度的前提下可以提高负重轮疲劳寿命  相似文献

在振动信号分析的基础上,提取了反映自行火炮变速箱故障的时域特征量和包络谱特征量.建立了基于BP神经网络的故障诊断系统,实现了自行火炮变速箱故障模式的自动识别,有效地检测了自行火炮变速箱的早期故障.通过实际所测的自行火炮变速箱故障数据验证,诊断结果表明选择的特征参数较好地识别变速箱常见故障.  相似文献

钻井油气层测试器是由液压动力短节、双PACKER 短节、反向注入短节、数字泵抽短节、传感器短节和取样筒短节组成的。这6 个短节是串联而成的。由于其工作环境恶劣, 所以对其进行可靠性分析是十分必要的。采用K-OUT -OF -N 模型来计算钻井中途油气层测试器的可靠度。利用Monte -Car lo 法求出每个短节的可靠度。应用概率理论推导出钻井油气层测试器系统的可靠度精确计算公式。利用独立的失效概率为q 的Ber noulli 试验序列、概率公式和递增凸函数的性质推导出了钻井油气层测试器的可靠度的近似计算公式。利用精确计算公式和近似计算公式分别计算钻井油气层测试器的可靠度, 结果分别为0.918 和0 .915 , 计算结果表明钻井中途油气层测试器有比较高可靠性。  相似文献

High speed train has a complex dynamic load structure. A structural load spectrum is the foundation to establish reliability test evaluation standard and design criteria. A bogie frame is the load transmission structure between wheel sets and car body. The damage consistency criterion necessary for establishing load spectrum is proposed. An establishment method for load spectrum for complex structures is provided. Damage consistency calibration of load spectra is also performed. In addition, the load spectra of bogie frame for 350 km/h high-speed-electric multiple unit (EMU) which has the highest actual operation speed currently are established under various operation conditions on Beijing-Tianjin Dedicated Passenger Line, based on the test data of bogie frame loads and stresses from key positions of fatigue of frame. 将传统虚拟维修系统的构建方法应用于某型自行火炮系统,存在难度大、虚拟效果不够好、开发及使用成本高的问题。将当今最新的模型构建以及虚拟仿真技术与传统方法的基本思想相融合,构建了某型自行火炮虚拟维修系统的开发框架,研究了实现系统所需的关键技术——模型简化与优化技术、拆卸序列的优化生成技术、光阻挡碰撞检测技术。并在该开发框架下实现了某型自行火炮虚拟维修系统。该系统不仅包含了一般虚拟维修系统的基本功能,更具备对运行设备硬件要求低、逼真度高、开发及使用成本小等特点。  相似文献

The prediction of the wheel wear is a fundamental problem in heavy haul railway. A numerical methodology is introduced to simulate the wheel wear evolution of heavy haul freight car. The methodology includes the spatial coupling dynamics of vehicle and track, the three-dimensional rolling contact analysis of wheel-rail, the Specht's material wear model, and the strategy for reproducing the actual operation conditions of railway. The freight vehicle is treated as a full 3D rigid multi-body model. Every component is built detailedly and various contact interactions between parts are accurately simulated, taking into account the real clearances. The wheel-rail rolling contact calculation is carried out based on Hertz's theory and Kalker's FASTSIM algorithm. The track model is built based on field measurements. The material loss due to wear is evaluated according to the Specht's model in which the wear coefficient varies with the wear intensity. In order to exactly reproduce the actual operating conditions of railway,dynamic simulations are performed separately for all possible track conditions and running velocities in each iterative step.Dimensionless weight coefficients are introduced that determine the ratios of different cases and are obtained through site survey. For the wheel profile updating, an adaptive step strategy based on the wear depth is introduced, which can effectively improve the reliability and stability of numerical calculation. At last, the wear evolution laws are studied by the numerical model for different wheels of heavy haul freight vehicle running in curves. The results show that the wear of the front wheelset is more serious than that of the rear wheelset for one bogie, and the difference is more obvious for the outer wheels. The wear of the outer wheels is severer than that of the inner wheels. The wear of outer wheels mainly distributes near the flange and the root; while the wear of inner wheels mainly distributes around the nominal rolling circle. For the outer wheel of front wheelset of each bogie, the development of wear is gradually concentrated on the flange and the developing speed increases continually with the increase of traveled distance.  相似文献

自走式农业机械的失稳问题一直是困扰农业机械发展的难题。对自走式农业机械的静态稳定性进行研究,有利于降低其工作时发生失稳的概率,避免失稳带来的危害,同时保证其作业的可靠性。文章首先总结了国内现有的自走式农业机械静态稳定性的研究现状,并与国际标准进行对比,突出了国内外对带摇摆轴的自走式农业机械静态稳定性分析的不同;其次介绍了附着系数、重心高度、轮/轨距、轴距、轮胎/履带宽度等因素对静态稳定性能影响的研究现状,并总结了能够提高自走式农业机械静态稳定性的底盘调平、可变底盘和动量飞轮3种技术的研究成果;最后分析了目前自走式农机静态稳定性研究尚存的不足,并对提升静态稳定性的发展进行了展望。  相似文献

A new kind of material cast polyurethane elastomers (CPUE) is introduced to take the place of rubber on load-bearing wheel for the first time. Based on load-bearing wheel dimensions, material properties and operat-ing conditions, the structure of wheel flange is optimized by zero-order finite element method. A detailed three-di-mensional finite element model of flange of load-bearing wheel is developed and utilized to optimize structure of wheel flange. Its service life, which is affected by flange structure parameter, is analyzed by comparing the opti-mization results with those of prototype of wheel. The results of optimization are presented and the stress field of loar-bearing wheel in optimal dimension obtained by using finite element analysis method is demonstrated. The fi-nite element analysis and optimization results show that the CPUE load-bearing wheel is feasible and suitable for the tracked vehicle and has a guiding value in practice of the weighting design of the whole tracked vehicle.  相似文献

为解决转向架防腐厚涂层固化问题,依照相关标准和规范,对防腐涂层厚度作出规定,要求总干膜厚度为250μm左右,并对腻子的刮涂重量限制在5~8 kg以内,对转向架的焊接质量提出了更高的要求;分析了转向架防腐厚涂层涂覆、固化工艺以及高速动车转向架专用防腐涂料的最优组合,有利于涂层强辐射固化工艺设计和工艺过程安排;短波辐射加热器为涂层固化的关键部件,采用抛物面与椭圆面组合的特殊结构设计,更有利于深层定向辐射,使防腐涂层的底部溶剂迅速挥发,增强了涂层的附着力,尤其适合轮对轴的厚涂层固化要求;强辐射固化设备参数化设计及虚拟装配,为不同厂家相关产品防腐涂层固化设备设计提供了快捷便利的参考。  相似文献
