本文通过实验方法就釉浆颗粒的细度对搪瓷光泽性能的影响作了一些探索。实验表明,搪瓷的光泽性能随釉浆颗粒细度的增加而提高,但过细的颗粒却又使光泽性能降低,所以,控制釉浆的颗粒度组成是十分重要的。作者认为,釉浆中大颗粒的存在使熔化速度交慢,烧成后釉面中有大量未完全熔化的颗粒,使光泽性能降低,而过细的釉浆又会在很低的温度下产生收缩,导致裂纹的产生,也使光泽性能降低,本文列举的最佳颗粒度组成可供工厂参考。 相似文献

Effect of body composition on crazing .—-Six bodies of each of 2 standard clay compositions were prepared with variable clay and flint content and after biscuiting at cone 8 were glazed with 21 earthenware glazes and glost fired at cones 4 and 6. The results indicated that the variability of the silica content of clays would not be great enough to produce crazing in a well-balanced glaze. Effect of proportion and composition of frit .—-A standard whiteware glaze was compounded in 6 different ways and several other glazes in 2 ways. It was found that the method of compounding had no effect on crazing but it affected the gloss and fusibility. Increase in the percentage of material fritted increased the gloss and fusibility. With the same percentage of frit the best glost and highest fusibility were obtained when the flint and part of the clay were included in the frit. Effect of some variations in glaze composition .—-Substitution of CaO by Na2O, pound for pound, as well as direct addition of Na2O, increased crazing, improved gloss and increased the fusibility. Direct addition of feldspar increased crazing slightly and diminished gloss, but did not noticeably affect the fusibility. Substitution of 1½1/2 parts of feldspar for one part of flint to maintain the same fusibility increased crazing and diminished gloss. Direct addition of CaO improved gloss, increased fusibility and slightly reduced crazing. 相似文献

使用常用陶瓷原料钾长石、钠长石、烧滑石、方解石、氧化锌高岭土、氧化铝,并引入少量熔块,制备一种6°丝滑高耐磨仿古保护釉,探究随着BaO含量增多,析出晶体钡冰长石(K0.6Ba0.4Al1.42Si2.58O_8)增多,对光泽度,摩擦系数,耐磨性能,硬度,防污性能的影响。采用XRD、SEM、耐磨仪、光度计、硬度仪进行测试与表征。结果证明,随着BaO含量增多,釉面光泽度和防污性能下降,但其耐磨度、硬度得到优化;但BaO含量为8.51%时,釉面效果丝滑,光泽度为6°,其耐磨度可达到4级,硬度5级。 相似文献

Studies were made of the effects of magnesium, calcium, barium, strontium, and zinc oxides on the gloss, texture, and opacity of one-fire, zirconium silicate-opacified glazes at cone 11. The opacity was determined with a Hunter multipurpose reflectometer and the gloss was observed visually. 以熔块釉为基础釉,通过添加MnO2和CuO两种金属氧化物,成功制备了亮银灰色金属光泽釉。系统研究了MnO2与CuO的质量比K、加入量及冷却制度对釉面效果的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了釉层微观形貌。研究结果表明:(1)取2~3当CuO加入量为2.25~3%,MnO2为6~9%时,釉面出现高亮金属光泽。如果CuO含量低于1.5%,釉面不易出现金属光泽效果。MnO2的继续加入,有使釉面出现暗黑且无光的趋势;(2)快速冷却较随炉冷却更容易使釉面出现金属光泽效果;(3)快速冷却后试样釉层分布着亚微米级球状晶体,且平行于釉面规则生长,这极有可能是釉面出现高亮金属光泽的重要原因。 相似文献

A lead-free frit containing high amount of copper and its glaze conceived for fine porcelain stoneware tiles were investigated. The glazes obtained under industrial firing were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, optical and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersion spectroscopy. The mechanism of the red color formation on the surface was explained. The results indicated that the glaze presents a metallic gloss and iridescent colors on the surface, mainly associated to the formation of CuO crystallites and Cu metallic particles. Moreover, the Cu glaze showed a good chemical durability; this is particularly interesting because commercial Cu frits usually present poor chemical properties. 相似文献
