噻唑偶氮羧酸型试剂作为重要的分析化学显色剂,已应用于镍、钴、铜等的测定〔１～３〕。为进一步改善试剂的分析性能,我们设计并合成了一个新试剂２－［２－（６－甲基苯并噻唑）偶氮］－５－二氨基苯甲酸（６－Ｍｅ－ＢＴＡＥＢ）,其结构如下：并研究了它与Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）...     

二安替比林基－（2－溴）苯基甲烷与钒（Ⅴ）的显色反应研究

合成并鉴定了二安替比林基─（２─溴）苯基甲烷（ＤＡＯＢＭ）,研究了它与钒（Ⅴ）的显色条件。在Ｔｗｅｅｎ─８０和Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）存在下,ＤＡＯＢＭ与Ｖ（Ⅴ）在Ｈ３ＰＯ４（１＋１０）介质中生成橙色产物,λｍａｘ＝４９０ｎｍ,ε＝１．５５×１０６Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１,Ｖ（Ⅴ）的浓度在０．１～０．９μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于中草药和矿样中钒的测定,结果满意。     

5－Br－PADAT分光光度法测定微量铂

本文研究了显色剂５－（５－溴－２－吡啶偶氮）－２,４－二氨基甲苯（５－Ｂｒ－ｐＡＤＡ）与铂（Ⅱ）的显色反应。在正丙醇存在下,在０．２￣１．０ｍｏｌ／ＬＨ＿３ＰＯ＿４介质,Ｈ飞介质中,放置３５ｍｉｎ,铂与５－Ｂｒ－ｐＡＤＡＴ形成稳定的１：１蓝紫色配合物,其最大吸收波长在６０２ｎｍ处,表现摩尔吸光系数为７．９×１Ｏ￣４·ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１．铂量在０～２５μｇ／２５５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。应用本法测定了催化剂中微量的铂,结果满意。     

镍－PAN极谱络合吸附波的研究

在含有５０％乙醇,２０×ｌ０￣－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ１－（２－吡啶偶氮）－２－萘酚（ＰＡＮ）的０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨ＿４Ａｃ缓冲溶液（ｐＨ７．２）中,Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）－ＰＡＮ络合物在单扫示波极谱仪上产生一灵敏的导数极谱波,峰电位在－０．６５ｖ（ｖｓＳＣＥ）,峰电流与Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）浓度在３．０×１Ｏ￣－９～４．０×１０￣－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内呈线性关系,检测限达２×１Ｏ￣－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。机理研究表明,峰电流是由吸附在电极表面的络合物中的ＰＡＮ经不可逆还原而产生的。方法已应用于钢中镍的测定,结果满意。     

二安替比林苯基甲烷含氧衍生物的合成及其分析应用研究

合成了９个二安替比林苯基甲烷含氧衍生物：二安替比林－（２－羟基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡＯＨＭ）、二安替比林－（３－羟基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡｍＨＭ）、二安替比林－（４－羟基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡｐＨＭ）、二安替比林－（２，４－二羟基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡＤＨＭ）、二安替比林－（２－甲氧基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡｏＭＭ）、二安替比林－（４－甲氧基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡｐＭＭ）、二安替比林－（３，４－二甲氧基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡＤＭＭ）、二安替比林－（２－羟基－３－甲氧基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡＨＭＭ）、二安替比林－（３－甲氧基４－羟基）苯基甲烷（ＤＡＭＨＭ）     

4，4＇－二偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯与汞显色反应的研究及应用

研究了新显色剂４,４＇－二偶氮笨重氮氨基偶氮苯与汞（Ⅱ）的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂ＯＰ存在下,于ｐＨ１０．０的Ｎａ＿２Ｂ＿４Ｏ＿７－ＮａＯＨ介质中,形成橙红色配合物,最大吸收波长５１５ｎｍ,表观摩尔吸光系数１．６×１０￣５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）。汞的浓度在０～１４μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围符合比尔定律。研究了测定汞的各种条件和共存离子的影响。测定了工业废水和天然水中的微量汞,结果满意。     

新显色剂AAATP的合成及其与钯的显色反应研究

本文报道了新显色剂２－（４－安替比林偶氮）－４－甲基－５－氨基苯膦酸的合成及其在分析上的应用。试验结果表明,在强酸性溶液中,试剂仅与钯形成络合比为１：２的红色可溶性的稳定配合物,其最大吸收波长为５２５ｎｍ,表现摩尔吸光系数为５,５×１０￣４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１,钯浓度在０～３５μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内遵守比尔定律。试剂对钯具有高选择性,所拟方法简便、快速,不经分离即可直接进行含钯试样的分析,结果满意。     

二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺与铅显色反应的研究及其应用

研究了新试剂二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺对铅的高灵敏度、高选择性的光度测定方法。在酸性介质中,铅与二溴对甲基偶氮甲磺形成络合比为１：２的蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长为６４２ｎｍ,摩尔吸光系数为８．２８×１０￣４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）。已应用于铜合金中微量铅的光度测定,不需分离,方法简便,快速、准确。     

2－（3，5－二氯－2－吡啶偶氮）－5－二甲氨基苯胺与铜（Ⅱ）反应的分光光度研究及其应用

研究了２－（３,５－二氯２－吡啶偶氮）－５－二甲氨基苯胺与铜（Ⅱ）的反应事件。在ｐＨ３．５～４．５范围内,试剂与铜（Ⅱ）形成１：１的稳定配合物,其最大吸收波长为５８６ｎｍ,表观摩尔吸光系数为５．４５×１０￣。铜（Ⅱ）浓度在０～２４μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。方法简便、快速、选择性好,利于铝合金中微量铜的测定,结果满意。     

新试剂TADCAP的合成及钢样中镍的测定

报道了新显色剂２－（２－噻唑偶氮）－５－［（Ｎ，Ｎ－二羧基甲基）氨基］苯酚（ＴＡＤＣＡＰ）的合成及其与镍的显色反应。在ｐＨ７．４，络合物的最大吸收波长为５６２ｎｍ，络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε５６２＝７．２×１０~４，络合物的组成Ｎｉ~２＋：Ｒ＝１：２．求得络合物的表观稳定常数Ｋ＝１．７×１０~（１２）。建立的方法用于标准钢样中镍的测定，结果与标准值一致；回收率为９９．５％～１０１，８％。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
