基于MSComm的L200+型氦质谱检漏仪数据监测系统软件设计与实现

本文针对L200+型检漏仪检漏数据无法自动存储、无法显示数据变化趋势等不足,在面向对象的开发环境利用MSComm控件实现计算机和检漏仪的串口通讯.在此基础上设计并完成了L200+型氦质谱检漏仪数据监测系统软件的设计和编写,实现了L200+型氦质谱检漏仪检漏数据的自动存储、处理及显示,在实际工程中得到了较好的应用.     

航天器氦质谱真空容器总漏率检测的灵敏度及可信度探讨

依据航天器氦质谱真空容器总漏率检测原理,讨论了检漏仪和真空容器直接相连、同真空容器主真空泵并联、在前级泵和主真空泵间等连接方式,逐项研究了总漏率测试的最小可检漏率、反应时间,分析各种连接方式的应用特点,认为对大型航天器氦质谱真空容器检漏系统,检漏仪连接在前级泵和主泵之间可得到较好的灵敏度和反应时间.通过测量不确定度的分析与评定,确定一般航天器氦质谱真空容器总漏率检测的相对标准不确定度小于10％.     

基于FMECA的ZQJ-291H型氦质谱检漏仪可靠性分析

本文通过故障模式影响及危害性分析的方法对ZQJ-291H型氦质谱检漏仪各组成部分的不同故障进行分析,研究其对系统工作状态的影响。意在识别设备使用过程中的薄弱环节,为该型氦质谱检漏仪的设计、制造、使用等环节提高可靠性的改进提供有效依据。研究结果表明,影响ZQJ-291H型氦质谱检漏仪可靠性的主要因素为泵油退化和离子源老化,因此建议对离子源损耗方面加大研究力度,进而提高检漏仪的可靠性。     

低温容器的氦质谱检漏

分析了大、小型低温容器的氦质谱检漏的各自特点及应注意的问题，讨论了部分国产氦质谱检漏仪的应用特点。     

中国环流器HL和欧洲联合环JET的检漏技术进展

对HL环流器系列装置,开发了蒽-丙酮荧光液渗透检漏用于真空内衬的零部件检漏,灵敏度可以达到10-9Pa.m 3.s-1,示漏位置分辨小于0.5mm;对大容器真空检漏,采用四极质谱计和氦质谱检漏仪相配合的检漏法;对压力容器检漏,开发了真空罩吸枪-氦质谱检漏系统,还研制了适于抽除大量水汽的检漏真空机组。对氘氚放电的JET,使用普通的氦质谱检漏仪(扇形磁体型)受到真空室壁释放所吸留的氢同位素的、尤其是氘的严重干扰,因为示漏气体氦(4H e,4.0026u)与氘(D2,4.0282u)的质量数十分相近。在氦质谱检漏仪入口处串接选择性抽气泵——用液氮冷阱来抽除可凝气体、用分子筛泵或10K低温泵来抑制氢同位素本底,并前置一个涡轮分子泵来压缩加强采样气流等。这种加强组合能使原先的氦质谱检漏系统灵敏度提高3个量级以上。     

氦质谱检漏仪现场校准方法研究

目前,用户采用单只标准漏孔对氦质谱检漏仪进行校准,由于受检漏仪线性范围的影响限制,不能对其全量程范围进行校准。为了满足对氦质谱检漏仪全量程范围内的现场校准,将一系列不同量级漏率的薄膜渗氦型标准漏孔分别接入氦质谱检漏仪,得到一组标准漏孔检漏仪示值,通过对标准漏孔漏率值与检漏仪示值的关系曲线进行数学拟合,得到氦质谱检漏仪全量程测量范围示值与漏率值之间的拟合公式。其校准过程简单,能够提高氦质谱检漏质量。     

氦质谱检漏仪用的嗅敏探枪法及特性

本文对氦质谱检漏仪的嗅敏探枪法在大气中的分压灵敏度进行了理论计算并对加压容器上的模拟微小漏孔在大气中的泄漏情况进行了理论分析,实验证明呈准分子流状态。实测结果表明,当使用JLH—1或HZJ—1型氦质谱漏仪探测时,其有效最小可检漏率为10~(-7)托·升/秒;如果用ZLS—23型氦质谱检漏仪,可以算出其有效最小可检漏率为10~(-9)托·升/秒。同时还实测了移动式探测速度与灵敏度的关系。指出了上述方法检验大型容器的可能性。     

HL-2A装置真空室总体检漏

介绍中国环流器2号A偏滤器托卡马克装置真空室总装检漏及结果.根据其真空室特点设计了不同结构的检漏子系统,用氦质谱检漏仪、四极场质谱计与氦质谱检漏仪相结合的方法(双质谱法)分别进行零部件和真空室总体检漏,对有关检漏技术问题进行了讨论.

Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
