学校管理受惠于ISO9000质量管理体系

为了更多地了解ISO9000标准认证的实质，规范学校的管理秩序，我校于2002年尝试引入ISO9000标准，并于当年通过了认证。ISO9000标准认证给学校管理带来了什么？     

SW-CMM与ISO9001模型比较研究

首先对SW－CMM与ISO9001进行比较研究，然后论述了SW－CMM与ISO9001之间的关系，并探讨回答了使人们感到困惑的三个问题，取得ISO9001认证的组织大约相当于SW－CMM哪具等级？取得SW－CMM第2级（或第3级）的组织是否可以认为满足ISO9001要求？对中国的软件组织是应该取得SW－CMM认证还是ISO9001认证？最后结合我国软件产业实际情况，提出一些建议。     

《ISO9000认证》栏目2006大盘点

《ISO9090认证》栏目开办一年来，得到了广大读者的大力支持。全国各地的学校和读者纷纷为栏目投稿，其中还包括很多通过ISO9000认证的学校。他们将自己通过ISO9000认证，最终强化了教育质量管理的切身体会，热情地介绍给同行及广大读者，并收到了良好的交流效果。     

财富？累赘？——ISO下的流程规范

基于ISO9000和CMM的软件质量管理系统的研究

本文在研究ISO9000和CMM质量管理的基础上，分析了Browser/Server结构下软件质量管理平台的主要组成框架和技术，其中主要包括工作流和文档流的管理以及软件过程管理和改进的框架。通过研究在开发过程中工作流和文档流的管理，以及各个工作单元之间的有机协调和控制，并结合中间过程的数据记录、统计、分析和决策，实现了项目跟踪和监控，从而保证了软件开发过程的质量和企业生产成熟度能力的提高，并实现持续地软件过程改进。     

坚持走可持续发展之路，KTC通过ISO环境体系认证

3月底，经过瑞典SGS认证机构严格认证审核之后，专家团一致肯定，深圳市康冠电脑技术有限公司的各个方面已经通过机构认证，获得了ISO14001：2004环境体系的标准认证。     

ISO9001与软件工程质量体系

本文在总括介绍了ISO9000质量管理与质量保证系列标准的基础上，对我国软件开发企业适用ISO9001标准进行了研究。     

sun企业服务部获ISO9002质量体系认证证书

继1997年11月30日．SLN公司香港企业他务部顺利通过ISO9002质量管理体系认证之后．SUN中国大陆和台港地区企业服务部也于今年9月先后通过了ISO9002质量管理体系认证,至此,SUN公司整个大中华区企业服务部均获得了世界权威质量管理体系认证机构（BSI)颁发的ISO9002质量体系认证证书。这不仅是对全部门员工目标一致．     

艾讯科技获得ISO 14001环境管理系统标准认证

CMMI在ISO9000中的应用研究

本文对软件开发中的ISO9001与CMMI进行了比较分析,认为ISO9001和CMMI既有区别又相互联系,两者不可简单的相互替代,要想做到平滑过渡,应在职责和权限、名词定义、软件生产过程的策划方面多加注意,先建立ISO9001质量管理体系,作为CMMI实施的平台,待通过ISO9001认证以后,再结合CMMI的要求,提高标准,向CMMI靠拢。     

Preparing for ISO 17799

Abstract

The information security industry has finally developed and published standards. This article examines each of the ten areas identified in the standards document, ISO 17799, and identifies key points the security professional should address in his or her security program. While there are other standards (BS 7799, ISO/TR 15369), this article concentrates on the recommendations of the International Standard ISO/IEC 17799:2000, “Information Security Management, Code of Practice for Information Security Management.” The International Organization for Standardization (ISO)¹ and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) form a specialized system on worldwide standardization. National bodies that are members of ISO and IEC participate in the development of international standards through technical committees. The United States, through the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), is the secretariat. Twenty-four other nations (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, China, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Portugal, Japan, Republic of Korea, the Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, South Africa, Australia, Canada, Finland, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Italy) have participant status and 40 other nations are observers.     

File recovery by ISO FTAM

File recovery enhances the reliability and robustness of a network file management system. This capability of error detection and recovery is examined in an FTAM implementation. The issues of docket design, checkpoint insertion, recoverability, as well as interface transparency, are discussed in the paper. The impact of the recovery on the end-to-end performance and the effectiveness of the error recovery protocol in the light of failures are also examined by means of performance measurements. The result shows that the advantage gained by error recovery outweighs the protocol overheads incurred in the process.     

ISO 14001: the green standard

ISO 14001 is a comprehensive Environmental Management System (EMS) that, when adopted, enables organizations to formulate corporate objectives in the context of environmentally oriented legislative requirements and general environmental concerns. ISO 14001 helps control the environmental effects of an organization's activities by helping each complying organization clearly define its environmental policies. The ISO 14001 system encompasses the organizational structure, responsibilities, and means of implementing environmental management. But it does not establish pollution control standards; instead, it offers a system to help companies prevent and control pollution in the context of applicable standards. The ISO 14001 system can be tailored to fit each company's particular needs and operational conditions. As a series of recommendations, not a series of requirements, ISO 14001 basically measures a firm's conformance to its own environmental policy, not its environmental impact. Although the ISO 14001 standard is broadly defined and very flexible, its strength as a standard is its requirement that a company strive for constant improvement in environmental effects. As the best formalized standard for environmental friendliness the world has yet seen, ISO 14001 will likely serve to distinguish one company from another in the global marketplace     

基于ISO9000的软件质量保证模型

软件危机出现了40多年依然未得到根本的解决,究其原因,业界人士已充分认识到缺乏规范有效的软件质量保障技术和手段是一个主要的原因.随着长期社会化生产的发展,全面质量管理已经形成了一整套理论和体系,并出现了一些国际标准和业界标准.旨在针对我国软件产业的现状,提出一个符合我国国情的软件质量保证模型和实现框架.     

Runtime Checking for ISO Standard Pascal

Changes to Pascal, embodied in the proposed ISO Pascal standard, affected Fischer and LeBlanc's runtime error checking implementation designed for Wirthian Pascal. Three kinds of runtime errors became obsolete; two were introduced, and one was apparently neglected. A criticism is made of Fischer and LeBlanc's conclusion that runtime errors will always be with us.
