掺Ce稀土铁石榴石单晶的制备及磁光性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用改进的助熔刑法生长块状Ce:YIG单晶,分析了它的晶体结构、测试了在近红外波段的磁光性能Ce~3+掺入铁石榴石十二面体位极大地增强了材料的法拉第旋转,在λ=0.78μm时,Y3Fe5O12晶体中每一个 Ce~3+替代 Y~3+;其F的增加量(dθF,/dx)达到 0.6×10~4deg/cm,比同量 Bi~3+替代时晶体F的增加量高2倍,在稀土铁石榴石中掺入Yb和Eu;由于其有弱的还原性,能抑制Ce~4的形成,增加 Ce~(3+)离子的替代量。  相似文献

本文用助溶剂熔盐法生长了具有高法拉第旋转角、低温度灵敏性的磁光石榴石单晶:(YBiGd)3Fe5O12(BiGd∶YIG)和(YGd)3Fe5O12(Gd∶YIG)。对所生长的单晶,经X射线和扫描电镜能谱测试,分析了结构和晶体组成。测试光吸收系数和比法拉第旋转角等磁光性能,并用分子场理论分析了晶体的饱和磁化场和法拉第旋转角随温度变化的关系。结果表明BiGd∶YIG非常适合光纤电流传感系统等一些磁光器件的应用  相似文献

首次合成了Sr10-n/2BinFe20Om(n=2,4,6,8,10等)系列氧化物透氧膜,它们具有较高的透氧能力,其中,样品n=10在1100K时的透氧率为0.90ml(STD)/(cm2·min),比Sr1-xBixFeO3高约两倍.Sr1-xBixFeO3(x=0.1,0.3,0.5)系列的透氧率随Bi含量增加而增大.通过两个系列氧化物的XRD和化学组成的对比,发现Bi离子含量和晶格空位浓度对透氧能力大小起决定性作用.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶技术在Si单晶基片上制备了具有层状钙钛矿型结构的Bi4Ti3O12x铁电薄膜,讨论了回火温度与时间对薄膜结构的影响,X射线衍射分析表明,经700℃和700℃以上温度回火的薄膜为具有层状钙矿型结构的Bi4Ti3O12多晶薄膜,该薄膜的电滞回线测试呈出剩余极化强度Pr=5μC/cm^2,矫顽场Ec=130kV/cm。  相似文献

研究了冷轧态SiC颗粒(dp=10μm)增强LY12复合材料(SiCp/LY12)的超塑性,着重探讨了变形机制。研究表明:(1)在温度T=803K(比熔点高26K),初始应变速度ε0=4.8×10^-4s^-1时,应变速度敏感系数m值为0.49,延伸率达240%;(2)超塑性变形后的晶粒尺寸约为10μm;(3)该事材料超塑性变形的主要机制是晶界液相和基体中动态回复调节的但却受界面液相和界面扩散流释  相似文献

利用DV-Xα方法分别计算了Fe^3+O^2-6和Fe^3+O^2-4原子族的能态密度和能级,在能级图的基础上,给出了0.5-0.9μm(1.6er-2.3ev)范围内Bi-YIG与吸收有关的跃迁能级,振子强度和跃迁线宽,并计算了相应的吸收谱,理论计算与实验结果符合较好。  相似文献

本文对八种新型功能晶体Li2B4O7、Bi12TiO20、Bi12GeO20、Bi12GeO20、Bi4Ge3O12、Sr1-xBaxNb2O6(x=0.33,0.48)、LiTaO3等在130~973K范围内的比热行为及其与相变、组分之间的关系进行了实验研究,给出了比热的多项式拟合方程,并与用纽曼-卡普定律及用Wikelmann经验方程的比热计算值作了对比,为晶体比热的估算提供了依据和方法。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
