滑动速度对团球共晶体增强奥氏体钢基自生复合材料摩擦学性能的影响 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
利用MPx-2000型主轴盘销式磨损实验机和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了相对滑动速度对团球γ (Fe,Mn)3c共晶体增强奥氏体钢基自生复合材料(EAMc)摩擦学性能的影响.实验表明,在干摩擦磨损工况下,EAMc对G45钢摩擦系统的摩擦系数随相对滑动速度的增加呈递减趋势;而磨损率呈递增趋势,但始终远低于奥氏体中锰钢(单一奥氏体相);并且,随着相对滑动速度的提高,EAMC与中锰钢磨损量的差值呈递增趋势.通过对磨损表面和磨屑形貌的分析,发现EAMC在低载下主要磨损机制是磨粒磨损与剥层磨损;高载下的磨损机制主要为剥层磨损与氧化磨损.对偶件之间的粘着作用随相对滑动速度的提高而增加.运用临界转变温度理论与Archard磨损理论分析了相对滑动速度对EAMC摩擦学性能影响的机制. 相似文献

进行了在高碳(0.6~0.8%)、高硅(1.5~2.0%)普碳钢中加入适量铬(1.0~1.5%)和钼(0.5~0.8%),880~900℃奥民体化、280~330℃等温淬火,从而获得高强韧奥氏体-贝氏体钢的试验。结果表明,铬和钼对钢有明显强化作用。同时试验并分析了不同热处理制度对钢组织及性能的影响。 相似文献

采用TEM,SEM;电子探针和 MDL-10型动载磨料磨损实验机研究 Mg-Ce-AI复合变质团球状共晶体奥-贝钢(简称ABNE钢)复相组织的形成及抗冲击磨料磨损行为结果表明,钢中贝氏体组织由板条铁素体与残余奥氏体组成,团球状共晶体是(Fe, Mn)3C和奥氏体两相伪共晶组织 ABNE钢在中、低冲击工况下耐磨性优于奥-贝钢、奥-贝球铁、团球状碳化物中锰钢,其原因与国球状共晶体可有效地减轻磨料的侵入深度和阻碍微切削作用,以及磨损表面形成大量纳米晶粒和非晶态组织。在亚表层存在形变马氏体与形变贝氏体组织有关 相似文献

以硅、锰为主,研制了一类新型中碳低合金耐磨钢即铸态奥氏体-贝氏体耐磨钢.其特点是铸态下获得奥氏体、贝氏体为主的混合组织,具有高硬度(40~58HRC)、高韧性(αk≥15~45J/cm2)、优异的抗磨料磨损性能,铸态下使用不需重新热处理.奥氏体-贝氏体耐磨钢是传统奥氏体高锰钢的理想替代新材料. 相似文献

The needle-like and network carbides in as-cast high carbon wear-resistant manganese steelswill be nodularized and dispersed,by a large majority,in austenite aider modifying treatmentwith Mg system agents.The impact toughness of the steels is significantly improved and thehardness is also increased to a certain extent.As a result,the steels can be used in as-castedstate without any heat treatment and their wear resistance can be greatly enhanced. 相似文献

The majority of Ti is found to be preferentially precipitated in the form of TiC from mediummanganese steel melt.The TiC may contribute to the heterogeneous nuclei of fine austenitecrystallization,to the retardation of dislocation movement as well as to pile-up andproliferate the dislocations,thus,the matrix of the as-cast steel will be effectively strength-ened.It was also found that the TiC can be acted as the heterogeneous nuclei of the nodulareutectic carbide formation and caused the dispersion o fan abundance of the carbide in theinterstices between austenite dendrite arms. 相似文献

Nonstable growth of Al-Si eutectic in constrained condition has been investigated by means ofchange of the withdrawing rate in an unidirectional solidification system,In constantacceleration growth,a retarded effect of response of eutectic interflake spacing on the growthrate has been observed.The response mechanisms are cluster-branching and local terminationextension of Si-phase.In constant deceleration growth,the cluster-branching and termina-tion mechanisms of silicon still control adjustment of the interflake spacing,but the spacing isdetermined by the initial growth rate and does not respond to the decreasing growth rate. 相似文献
