近年来,钛合金、高温合金、高强钢等难加工材料在航空航天领域得到广泛应用。由于此类难加工材料的高强度、高硬度、高韧性及高耐磨性等特点,导致在用传统加工工艺加工过程中出现刀具磨损严重、工件质量低、生产成本高等问题。低温切削技术的应用,降低了刀具磨损,提高了刀具使用寿命,改善了工件的表面加工质量,保证工件加工精度。同时,该技术省去了切削液及废液处理的费用,降低了加工成本,提高了加工效率。因此,低温切削技术成为难加工材料加工的主要技术之一。阐述了低温切削技术的发展及在难加工材料加工过程中的应用,指出了低温切削技术存在的问题,为低温切削技术的发展和难加工材料的加工提供指导。 相似文献

Virtual prototype is an important idea to resolve design problems of railway vehicle. A different development method, which is based on national product and autonomous development, and would like to reflect the specialty of railway vehicle development in China, is presented. According to the developing process of railway vehicle, the research contents and developing method are pointed out. The integration between CAD and performance analysis software on dynamics and strength is mainly considered. In CAD environment, the properties for dynamics computing are extracted directly from the model and exported with model. This method can avoid data losing caused by model rebuilding in CAE software, and increase the direct dependence of product CAD. Then the vehicle model with properties will be used for real-time dynamics and kinematics analysis and simulation. Therefore, the strength of the parts can be analyzed. The results of dynamics and strength analysis will be fed back to optimize the design model. All operations are dispatched by a control platform, and all data are managed according to the principle of PDM. Testing results show this method is correct. 相似文献

Grinding processes are generally utilized for finishing hard and brittle materials with a view to achieving both high accuracies and stock removal rates. As a result of the mechanisms involved in grinding hardened steels, virtually all of the input mechanical energy is transformed into heat energy. When grinding hardened parts, the proportion of heat entering the work-material can lead to thermal damage, but in grinding unhardened materials it may be possible to use the heat for surface hardening of components. This paper deals with the investigation toward proving this idea as a realistic possibility. The primary experiments prove that advanced grinding processes are suitable for surface strengthening of soft-annealed or tempered parts. This new kind of heat treatment process called “grind-hardening” will be illustrated in this paper. 相似文献

Quality is an important aspect of any manufacturing process. Only high quality products can survive in the market. The consumer not only wants quality, precision and trouble-free products, but also wants them at attractive prices. When a product consists of two or more components, the quality of that product depends upon the quality of the mating parts. The mating parts may be manufactured using different machines and processes with different standard deviations. Therefore, the dimensional distributions of the mating parts are not similar. This results in clearance or interference between the mating parts. In some high precision assemblies, it may not be possible to have closer assembly clearance variation with interchangeable system. Selective assembly meets the above requisite and gives an enhanced solution. Selective assembly is a method of obtaining high precision assemblies from relatively low precision components. In this paper, a new selective assembly method is proposed to minimize the clearance variation and surplus parts for a complex assembly which consists of the components viz. piston, piston ring. In this assembly, each component will have more than one quality characteristic contributing for the assembly, for e.g., piston diameter will assemble with cylinder inner diameter; piston groove diameter will assemble with piston ring inner diameter, etc. In selective assembly each quality characteristic will fall in different groups. Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA) is used to find the best combination to obtain the minimum clearance variation in this assembly. 相似文献
