20钢经渗碳加淬火与回火,获得回火马氏体组织。其渗碳层的硬度及耐磨性虽能满足零件的使用要求,但变形较大,存在重复加热等缺点。该钢经渗碳处理后,再进行高频感应加热表面淬火,不仅能使表面达到高硬度、高耐磨性,而且简化了工艺流程,提高了生产效率,减少了热处理变形。  相似文献

为了研究回火温度对生物基熔纺氨纶纤维力学性能的影响。设定了50,100,120℃3个温度对纤维进行回火处理。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法、凝胶渗透色谱法、差示扫描量热法分别研究了回火温度对生物基熔纺氨纶纤维的官能团、分子量分布、结晶面积等的影响,单丝强力测试了回火温度对生物基熔纺氨纶纤维断裂强度、断裂伸长率、300%定伸长应力、300%弹性回复率的影响。研究结果表明,回火温度导致的官能团变化对生物基熔纺氨纶的力学性能影响较小。回火温度为100℃时,该纤维的大分子生成和小分子析出相对降低,大分子含量为8.4%,硬段区的结晶峰为一个,结晶面积为1.75 J/g。随着回火温度增加,大分子增加,结晶面积减少,试样的断裂强度增加、断裂伸长率也增加,300%定伸长应力和300%弹性回复率呈下降趋势。综合考虑回火温度、大分子含量、硬段结晶等因素,回火温度为100℃时,生物基熔纺氨纶的力学性能最佳。  相似文献

Mast cells are involved in allergic and other inflammatory diseases. The polyphenol resveratrol is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and may be used as nutraceutical in mast cell associated diseases. We analyzed the effect of resveratrol on mast cells in vivo in ovalbumin-induced allergic enteritis as well as experimental colitis in IL-10−/− mice which received resveratrol via drinking water. Treatment with resveratrol prevented the increase in mast cells in both allergic enteritis and chronic colitis in duodenum as well as in colon. Further, it delayed the onset of diseases symptoms and ameliorated diseases associated parameters such as tissue damage as well as inflammatory cell infiltration in affected colon sections. In addition to the findings in vivo, resveratrol inhibited IgE-dependent degranulation and expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α in IgE/DNP-activated as well as in LPS-activated bone marrow-derived mast cells. These results indicate that resveratrol may be considered as an anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory plant-derived component for the prevention or treatment of mast cell-associated disorders of the gastrointestinal tract.  相似文献

室温离子液体(ionic liquids, ILs)作为一种新型的绿色环保溶剂,由于其特殊的功能化结构及热稳定性好、挥发度低和溶解能力强等特点,目前被广泛应用于纳米材料的制备领域。本文重点介绍了离子液体在纳米材料制备中的应用及相关研究的最新进展,结合一些示例对本领域进行了概述,其中包括离子液体作为溶剂,例如作为反应介质和稳定剂;模板剂,例如利用离子液体的微结构(胶束和囊泡、液晶凝胶、乳液和微乳液)作为纳米材料合成中的模板和软模板;反应物,例如作为反应中的还原剂和反应组分;以及离子液体微乳液在纳米材料制备中的特殊用法进行了总结,并讨论了离子液体在快速发展的纳米材料制备领域中的存在挑战和机遇。  相似文献

Green seeds are used as a grading factor in estimating chlorophyll in canola and rapeseed in the Canadian and U.S.A. grading systems. This work examines the effect that sampling and perception have on the estimation of green seeds as well as the effect that sampling has on the determination of chlorophyll. Individual seed analysis indicated that in order to be considered as green, seeds needed to contain between 200 and 400 mg/kg chlorophyll. Variation due to binomial sampling played a predominant role in the error in determining the green seed levels in canola. Sampling of large numbers of seeds, as in the loading of export shipments, reduced the error. Binomial sampling also contributed to the error in chlorophyll determination even with sample sizes as large as 500. Differences in perception of green also were noted between individuals with coefficients of variation as high as 50% at the 1% green seed level. The combination of perception error and sampling error may result in samples of 1,000 seeds drawn from a mass with 2% green seeds having green seed counts ranging from 0.96 to 3.04%, 19 times out of 20.  相似文献

Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) reside in a hypoxic microenvironment that enables glycolysis-fueled metabolism and reduces oxidative stress. Nonetheless, metabolic regulation in organelles such as the mitochondria and lysosomes as well as autophagic processes have been implicated as essential for the determination of HSC cell fate. This review encompasses the current understanding of anaerobic metabolism in HSCs as well as the emerging roles of mitochondrial metabolism and lysosomal regulation for hematopoietic homeostasis.  相似文献

Ezrin is one of the members of the ezrin/radixin/moesin (ERM) family of proteins. It was originally discovered as an actin-binding protein in the microvilli structure about forty years ago. Since then, it has been revealed as a key protein with functions in a variety of fields including cell migration, survival, and signal transduction, as well as functioning as a structural component. Ezrin acts as a cross-linker of membrane proteins or phospholipids in the plasma membrane and the actin cytoskeleton. It also functions as a platform for signaling molecules at the cell surface. Moreover, ezrin is regarded as an important target protein in cancer diagnosis and therapy because it is a key protein involved in cancer progression and metastasis, and its high expression is linked to poor survival in many cancers. Small molecule inhibitors of ezrin have been developed and investigated as candidate molecules that suppress cancer metastasis. Here, we wish to comprehensively review the roles of ezrin from the pathophysiological points of view.  相似文献

Immobilisation of both enzymes and whole‐cell systems is of major importance in the improvement of the stability, activity and reusability of these biocatalysts. This review describes the use of the naturally occurring polysaccharide carrageenan as a support for the immobilisation of biocatalysts. Carrageenan is a food‐grade and biocompatible support material extracted from red seaweeds. Before focusing on the use of carrageenan as an immobilisation support, an overview is given of the present uses of biocatalysts in industrial processes. The basic concepts of enzyme and whole‐cell immobilisation are discussed, as well as the background of carrageenan as a biopolymer. Several examples of enzymes and whole‐cell systems immobilised in carrageenan are discussed. A list of the most relevant patents in this field is presented as well as a list of enzymes and cell systems immobilised in carrageenan as described in the literature.  相似文献
