VN合金在HRB400钢筋生产中的应用

介绍了VN合金在HRB400热轧钢筋生产中的应用，对采用VN合金与普通FeV50生产的400MPa级钢筋的性能进行了对比，研究了VN微合金化对钢筋性能和组织的影响，比较了使用两种合金的生产成本。     

宣钢抗震钢筋钒微合金化效果对比

对比了宣钢采用单纯的钒氮合金和微氮合金+钒氮合金两种微合金化工艺生产的HRB400E、HRB500E抗震钢筋中钒微合金化效果。分析结果表明,单纯采用钒氮合金微合金化生产的HRB400E钢筋中未发现有VN析出相的证据,HRB500E钢筋的VN析出效果很明显,但未发现有V(CN)析出相的证据;采用微氮合金+钒氮合金微合金化生产的,HRB400E钢筋中具有VN析出相,HRB500E钢筋中有V(CN)析出证据,且析出效果很明显。     

VN合金化对20MnSiV钢筋钢组织的影响

对比研究了VN合金化和Fe-V合金化的20MnSiV钢筋钢的显微组织和钒析出物。结果表明：用VN合金化的20MnSiV钢筋钢的铁素体量较多,珠光体量较少;钒析出物的量明显较多。顶计用vN合金生产的20MnSiV钢筋钢将具有较高的屈服强度和较低的冲击转变温度。     

钒氮微合金化HRB400E减量试验

福建三安钢铁有限公司对不同V含量采用VN合金微合金化生产的HRB400E钢筋与常规VFe合金微合金化的HRB400E钢筋进行试验.试验结果表明:生产小规格产品时,钢中V含量采用VN合金可以比VFe合金降低37.5%,吨钢降低生产成本44.1元;生产大规格产品时,钢中V含量采用VN合金可以比VFe合金降低27.8%,吨钢降低生产成本32.7元.     

钒氮微合金化HRB400E减量试验

福建三安钢铁有限公司通过对不同V含量采用VN合金微合金化生产的HRB400E钢筋与常规VFe合金微合金化的HRB400E钢筋进行试验.试验结果表明:生产小规格产品时,钢中V含量采用VN合金可以比VFe合金降低37.5％,吨钢降低生产成本44.1元;生产大规格产品时,钢中V含量采用VN合金可以比VFe合金降低27.8％,吨钢降低生产成本32.7元.     

500MPa级高强钢筋生产工艺及性能控制

论述了当前500 MPa级高强钢筋的发展趋势,分析了生产过程中转炉终点控制、化学成分优化、脱氧合金化工艺、软吹制度、连铸生产工艺、加热制度等对性能的影响。从国内外不同VN合金制造工艺差别角度,讨论了400 MPa及500 MPa钢筋钒微合金化原理,对比采用不同类型VN合金微合金化对性能控制的差异,开展了90 d时效性能变化对比。通过线性回归,确定了钒、碳、锰对性能由强到弱的影响,分析了生产过程中氮元素对性能的影响,发现从工艺操作上适当增加游离氮含量有益于性能提高。     

VN合金化对HRB400钢筋力学性能的影响

研究了添加VFe合金与VN合金生产HRB400钢筋对力学性能的影响及其强化机理。结果表明:采用VN合金生产的HRB400钢筋强度明显提高,VN的细化效果比VFe好,大量细小弥散的V(C,N)析出相是钒氮钢筋强度增加的主要原因。同时分析认为,为确保钢筋力学性能合格,炼钢工序应提高化学成分的均匀稳定性,其中钒含量应控制在0.05%以上,轧钢工序应严格执行加热和停轧降温制度。HRB400钢筋最佳的生产工艺是VN复合微合金化加控轧控冷工艺。     

钒微合金化HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的生产实践

在20MnSi中添加适量VN合金,采用微合金化配合轧后快速冷却工艺生产φ22～φ32mmHRB400热轧带肋钢筋,分析VN合金对热轧带肋钢筋组织和性能的影响,确定V的加入量为0.04%～0.06%。生产中严格控制轧制节奏、负公差轧制,控制开轧温度为1070～1150℃,配合在终轧后控制冷却,产品力学性能均达到了国家标准要求。     

钒氮合金在HRB400钢筋中的应用

介绍济钢采用钒氮合金微合金化工艺生产HRB400钢筋的情况。研究了钒氮微合金化对钢筋组织、性能的影响,分析了钒氮微合金化的化学成分与力学性能的关系。研究结果表明,使用钒氮合金生产HRB400钢筋的工艺是可行的。     

HRB400热轧带肋钢筋新合金化工艺的研究

介绍了HRB400热轧带肋钢筋生产工艺流程,研究了强化合金+Fe V替代VN合金生产HRB400的可行性。结果表明,采用强化合金+Fe V的合金化工艺,完全可以达到采用VN合金化工艺的水平,钢筋力学性能稳定,是一种新的降低HRB400热轧钢筋成本的合金化工艺。
