目的 观察干扰素氧驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果. 方法选择毛细支气管炎59例,随机分为治疗组32例与对照组27例,两组病人均采用规范综合治疗,在此基础上治疗组采用干扰素1ug/kg·次(最大量用至10ug)加生理盐水2~3mL氧驱动雾化吸入,每天2次.对照组采用利巴韦林10mg/kg·次(最大量用至100mg)加生理盐水2~3mL氧驱动雾化吸入,每天2次,疗程均为5d.结果 治疗组与对照组比较,在喘憋缓解、咳嗽缓解、肺部啰音消失及退热时间等方面,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01),未见不良反应发生.结论 干扰素氧驱动雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效满意. 相似文献

目的对比不同剂量的盐酸氨溴索佐治慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法选择慢性支气管炎急性发作105例,随机分为3组:分别给予0mg、15mg、30mg盐酸氨溴索负压雾化吸入,1d2次。所有患者的其他治疗措施基本相同。结果治疗甲、乙2组有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而治疗甲组与乙组的有效率、排痰效果等对比,差别无显著性(P>0.05),治疗组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作安全有效,剂量加大未见明显提高疗效,小剂量氨溴索雾化吸入即可取得良好效果。 相似文献

目的评价普米克令舒和沐舒坦注射液联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将临床确诊为毛细支气管炎患儿76例随机分为两组:两组均在给予利巴韦林注射液抗病毒感染、吸氧、止咳祛痰、维持水、电解质平衡等综合治疗基础上,治疗组38例加用普米克令舒和沐舒坦注射液联合雾化吸入;对照组38例只给予地塞米松雾化吸入。观察用药后患儿咳嗽、喘息、呼吸困难及肺部喘鸣音减轻、消退时间。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的症状、体征改善优于对照组,病程缩短,且显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未发现副作用及不良反应。结论普米克令舒和沐舒坦注射液联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎,可以明显改善症状及缩短病程,提高治愈率,值得临床推广。 相似文献

目的观察紫苑、款冬花、白芷佐治毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法160例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组100例,对照组60例,对照组给予抗感染、吸氧,口服β2受体激动剂等西医综合治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用紫苑,款冬花,白芷三味中药。观察2组症状、体征改善情况并作统计学分析。结果治疗组喘憋症状缓解、哮鸣音消失及总住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论紫苑,款冬花,白芷佐治毛细支气管炎疗效明显。 相似文献

Biological techniques for the removal of gaseous pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S) have proved to be effective, environmentally friendly, and economically viable. However, when high concentrations of H2S are treated, the process is severely restricted by the oxygen deficit in the liquid phase. The oxygen transfer efficiency provided by a membrane diffuser is evaluated under typical pressure and salinity conditions used for the biological treatment of H2S in biogas. The optimal operating parameters for enhanced oxygen transfer were determined. The addition of pure oxygen with a membrane diffuser to increase the oxygen transfer rate and the use of a nonaqueous phase to improve oxygen transfer in a bioscrubber system are also evaluated. 相似文献

随着我国东部老油田含水率逐年自然上升,产出污水既造成了环境破坏,又导致资源的浪费,因此,使用采出污水配制聚合物溶液进行回注的技术被各大油田广泛使用。而如今普遍使用的污水曝氧技术,虽然能够减小甚至消除污水中厌氧细菌对聚合物分解所造成的溶液黏度降低,但是过度的曝氧也会引起聚合物分子链发生断裂,从而减低溶液的黏度。采用室内实验,采用曝氧污水及厌氧污水配制聚合物溶液的方法,研究氧分子对于聚合物溶液黏度以及稳定性的影响。实验结果发现,使用曝氧污水所配制聚合物溶液的黏度要高于使用厌氧污水所配制聚合物溶液的黏度,在此基础上确定污水最佳曝氧浓度约为5 mg/L。 相似文献

The effect of oxygen concentration on the catalytic reaction of NOx with soot over BaAl2O4 has been studied by Diffuse Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (DRIFTS). The introduction of O2 into the NO flow can result in a reactant mixture of NO/NO2/O2. Increasing the O2 concentration from 2 % to 5 % in the NO‐containing flow promotes the formation of NO2 from the gas phase oxidation of NO. The reactant mixture with high O2/NO flow, allows for the formation of greater amounts of nitrate species than that with low O2/NO flow, which further promotes the reaction of soot with NOx and leads to a high conversion efficiency of NOx into N2 and N2O. In the absence of O2, N2O is not observed since the N2O produced at high temperatures has reacted with soot before it can be detected. 相似文献

The simulation of the temporal evolution of the various neutral gaseous species studied (O, O3, H, OH, HO2, H2O2) use corona effects. The physical conditions of the discharge were used. The reactions take place in dry or humid oxygen, after the dissociation of O2 and H2O by an electronic pulse. When water vapor is present, there is a probability of production of H2O2 in oxygen. Temperature and humidity have cumulative effects. With multiple pulses, the O3 maximal concentration is obtained for a limited number of pulses. 相似文献

Severe burn injury leads to a cascade of local and systemic immune responses that trigger an extreme state of immune dysfunction, leaving the patient highly susceptible to acute and chronic infection. When combined with inhalation injury, burn patients have higher mortality and a greater chance of developing secondary respiratory complications including infection. No animal model of combined burn and inhalation injury (B+I) exists that accurately mirrors the human clinical picture, nor are there any effective immunotherapies or predictive models of the risk of immune dysfunction. Our earlier work showed that the mechanistic/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway is activated early after burn injury, and its chemical blockade at injury reduced subsequent chronic bacterial susceptibility. It is unclear if mTOR plays a role in the exacerbated immune dysfunction seen after B+I injury. We aimed to: (1) characterize a novel murine model of B+I injury, and (2) investigate the role of mTOR in the immune response after B+I injury. Pulmonary and systemic immune responses to B+I were characterized in the absence or presence of mTOR inhibition at the time of injury. Data describe a murine model of B+I with inhalation-specific immune phenotypes and implicate mTOR in the acute immune dysfunction observed. 相似文献
