对曲折矩形槽波导新型慢波系统的高频特性进行了研究,通过理论分析和数值计算,得到了它的色散曲线和耦合阻抗,并分析了结构参数变化时对色散特性和耦合阻抗的影响。曲折矩形槽波导结合了曲折波导散热能力强、色散特性好、容易加工和矩形槽波导单模工作、低损耗、大尺寸等优点,因此这种新型的慢波系统有可能在毫米波及亚毫米波段的行波管中具有较好的发展前景。  相似文献

Using the Fourier transform and the mode matching technique, the circular groove guide is analyzed. While deriving a series of simultaneous equations basing on boundary conditions, we get the characteristic equation of this guide structure that is strict than those before. Leaky wave characteristics of modified NRD (Nonradiative Dielectric) guide with parallel plate length are systemically investigated. A technique is used to investigate the leaky property of the guide structure, whichis formulated by effectively combining the multimode network theory with the mode-matching method. In the paper, two phenomena are carefully studied: First, the asymmetric position of the dielectric rod generates a leaky hybrid mode that could produce cross talk between components of the circuit. Second, when the length of metallic plate is finite, another type of leaky mode creates which influences and even couples to the normal leaky guide mode under appropriate circumstances.  相似文献

Loss and dispersion characteristics of groove guide are two practically important factors in the design for millimeter wave system consisting of groove guide. In this paper, a new method is presented for analyzing loss and dispersion characteristics of the groove guides with arbitrary groove cross-sections. The method is based on the combination of an equivalent active transmission line equation and the staircase approximation. Numerical results of dispersion and attenuation properties for some groove guides with different groove profiles are given. The effectiveness and practicality of the present analysis are confirmed by the data given in the literature.  相似文献

本文给出了部分介质填充单槽和非对称双槽波导的横向等效网络。以此为基础,用微波网络方法分析了各种槽波导的色散特性,并将所得到的数据与用其它方法得到的结果进行比较,两者吻合好。证实本方法在保持有高的计算精度的情况下极大地简化了分析和求解过程。文中通过对宽带槽波导定向耦合器的具体设计,证明了本方法在槽波导电路分析和设计中的重要实际意义。  相似文献

本文应用广义阻抗边界条件研究了二维平板结构上介质填充凹槽的散射特性。通过选择合适的系数,广义阻抗边界条件可以模拟槽内任何特征的材料.将凹槽内的介质填充层由其表面上的简单边界条件来替代,所得的积分公式可用CGFFT法求解,且对任意入射角的表面散射场能作出精确的预估。  相似文献

Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is used to calculate the driving-point impedance of the circular groove guide diode mount. A simple way is proposed to approximate the curvilinear metal boundary of circular groove guide. Discrete equations are obtained from the Ampere's law and Faraday's law. Perfectly matched layer (PML) is applied on the open boundary of circular groove guide. At last program is made to obtain the field components. The driving-point impedance can be achieved from the ratio of the Fourier transform of the voltage and the Fourier transform of the current. The cutoff frequency and field pattern of the dominant mode are also obtained with well agreement with the theoretical results, this verifies the validity of the FDTD program.  相似文献

随着忆阻器理论研究的不断深入和圆满实现,加上其独特的物理性质,其应用前景将非常乐观。该文提出了忆阻器有P型和N型两种,对其物理性质进行了分析研究,得出了它们具有对偶特征。基于此,忆阻器间可以通过适当的连接和参数选择,对外呈现出线性特性,而各自仍具备忆阻器的固有属性。同时,给出了忆阻器及其串并联的一种等效分析电路拓扑结构,仿真结果表明,该方法有效、结论正确,从而为忆阻器的理论和应用研究,特别是忆阻器网路的构建开辟了新途径。  相似文献

The leaky characteristics of the NRD guide with arbitarary profile of cross section are systematically studied by a method which combines staircase approximation with multimode network theory and mode-matching procedure. Emphasis is laid on the investigation of the effect of the different profile dimensions on the leakage characteristics of the NRD guide. Discretized wave equation is used to update the tangential electric field on the boundary of coarse- and fine-grid. Rectangular groove guide with multiple grooves has been analyzed by finite element method (FEM) in this paper. The electrical field patterns of the dominant mode and the first higher-order TE mode have been presented for groove guide with single-, double-, triple-, and quadruple-rectangular grooves. The electromagnetic field of the dominant mode is distributed with a concentration in the groove regions, while the electromagnetic field of the first higher-order TE mode is mainly distributed in regions between grooves. The low loss characteristic has been found not only in single-groove guide, but also in multiple groove guide.  相似文献

In this paper, the dominant mode in groove guide is analyzed by finite element method. For the guide with a shallow groove, the electric field lines (abbreviated as E lines) are perpendicular to the parallel plate, which is different from the literatures, and the dominant mode distribution is irrelevant to the groove width; for the guide with a narrow but deeper groove, the E lines are parallel to the plate region, which represents the characteristics of lower attenuation, for the guide with a deeper and wider groove, a complicated E lines are obtained. These results reveal that the dominant mode distribution in groove guide is varied, which replenish our understanding of groove guide, and the results have important values in design, manufacture, and application of groove guide.  相似文献
