利用Gleeble-3500试验机进行热压缩试验,绘制了Inconel 600合金的热加工图,对热加工图不同区域对应的微观组织进行了研究,并利用热加工图给出的热加工窗口进行了实际的热挤压生产。结果表明,在大应变量0.6下变形时热加工窗口总体稳定在低应变速率0.01~0.1 s-1区域和高应变速率10 s-1下的1150~1200 ℃区域。实际生产的管材具有良好的宏观形貌,显微组织基本为存在孪晶的等轴再结晶晶粒,晶粒尺寸较退火态合金发生了细化。 相似文献

Maraging steels possess ultrahigh strength combined with ductility and toughness and could be easily fabricated and heat-treated.
Bulk metalworking of maraging steels is an important step in the component manufacture. To optimize the hot-working parameters
(temperature and strain rate) for the ring rolling process of maraging steel used for the manufacture of rocket casings, a
systematic study was conducted to characterize the hot working behavior by developing processing maps for γ-iron and an indigenous
250 grade maraging steel. The hot deformation behavior of binary alloys of iron with Ni, Co, and Mo, which are major constituents
of maraging steel, is also studied. Results from the investigation suggest that all the materials tested exhibit a domain
of dynamic recrystallization (DRX). From the instability maps, it was revealed that strain rates above 10 s−1 are not suitable for hot working of these materials. An important result from the stress-strain behavior is that while Co
strengthens γ-iron, Ni and Mo cause flow softening. Temperatures around 1125 °C and strain rate range between 0.001 and 0.1
s−1 are suitable for the hot working of maraging steel in the DRX domain. Also, higher strain rates may be used in the meta-dynamic
recrystallization domain above 1075 °C for high strain rate applications such as ring rolling. The microstructural mechanisms
identified from the processing maps along with grain size analyses and hot ductility measurements could be used to design

通过热疲劳裂纹图象采集和计算机分析系统,对Uddeholm热疲劳评定标准图谱进行分析;结果表明,Uddeholm标准图谱评定热疲劳程度尚不够完善,无法精确地评定热疲劳裂纹的级别。针对Uddeholm标准图谱的不足,提出损伤因子概念,并制作出一套相应的计算软件;用它定量地分析了进口8407和国产4Cr5MoSiV1热作模具钢的热疲劳性能,揭示了两种钢的热疲劳性能的变化规律,实现了热疲劳裂纹的计算机辅助评定。 相似文献

Today's markets require industrial forgers to manufacture complex near net shape or net shape parts at minimum unit costs. One way of meeting this challenge is to combine a cold or hot forming process with a subsequent cold sizing process in order to achieve the desired tolerances. In this context, a closed-die cold sizing process of a straight-toothed planetary gear has been investigated in terms of the occurring elastic die deflection which is a threat to accuracy in this and any other cold forming process. Two strategies have been employed to minimize the elastic die deflection. The first strategy consists in a correction of the die cavity's tooth profile based on the finished part's deviation from its theoretical shape determined through Finite-Element-Analysis (FEA). The key idea underlying the second strategy is an innovative tooling concept which compensates the elastic die deflection by means of a counter pressure generated by an elastomer ring embedded in the lower die. The advantages of this active concept have been confirmed in numerical and experimental investigations. 相似文献

Design and manufacture of aircraft requires deep multi-disciplinary understanding of system behaviour. The intention of the designer can get lost due to the many changes occurring to the product and the inability of the methods and tools used to capture it. Systems engineering and optimisation tools underpin industrial approaches to design, but are not without issue. The challenge is to find a route from concept to manufacture which enables designers to maintain their original intent.
