除尘灰的合理利用一直是钢铁厂面临的问题之一,近年来国内重点钢铁企业都在将干熄焦除尘灰配入喷吹煤中进行高炉喷吹,实现了除尘灰的资源化利用。为了明悉不同除尘灰进行高炉喷吹时工艺性能的区别,提升高炉消纳除尘灰的能力,对首钢京唐公司所产干熄焦除尘灰CC9、供料系统除尘灰C8和CCJ1及其与煤粉混合喷吹的可行性进行分析,并根据研究结果在首钢京唐3号高炉进行工业试验。研究结果表明,3种除尘灰均具有高固定碳含量和低的挥发分,燃烧性能比高炉喷吹煤粉差,在配加比例不超过5%情况下,干熄焦除尘灰CC9混煤与供料系统除尘灰C8以及CCJ1混煤燃烧曲线接近,供料系统除尘灰可以配加到煤粉中进行高炉喷吹。从工业试验结果来看,配加5%供料系统除尘灰对高炉喷吹煤粒度、除尘灰成分以及高炉炉况和燃料消耗均不会造成较大影响,可以替代干熄焦除尘灰,弥补除尘灰高炉喷吹资源缺口。 相似文献

The potential of air classification of dusts from dry off‐gas cleaning for improved recycling of these dusts is investigated. By air classification, a dust can be separated into a coarse fraction and a fine fraction. Some components which are usually unwanted in recycled dust like alkali chlorides and Zn and Pb are often enriched in the fine dust fraction. Thus, air classification of dust before recycling will allow recycling of an increased amount of dust and, thereby reduce the amount of dust which has to be sent to landfill. The feasibility of such treatment is studied on the basis of estimated investment costs and operating costs. The main factors affecting the feasibility of such a treatment are the capacity of the unit, the cost of landfill of the respective dust, and the fraction of dust which can additionally be recycled after the treatment. The investigation of classification of BF dusts and sinter plant dust shows that economic operation can be reached under the assumed conditions at landfill costs above 35–60 EUR/t for BF dust and 90 EUR/t for sinter plant dry desulfurization and de‐dusting residue. The integration of air classification into EAF dust in‐plant recycling can be feasible, too. 相似文献

Dust generation behavior during BOF operation with minimal slag was investigated by measuring the dust concentration of the dust collecting water, and a dust generation model was proposed. In this model, the dust generation rate was expressed as a function of the carbon content in metal and the dynamic pressure at a metal surface of the oxygen top blown jet. As a result of controlling the dynamic pressure with the model, the dust generation rate during BOF operation was restrained and the oxygen blowing rate was increased by 10% to raise the productivity while maintaining the same rate of dust generation. To obtain data on the dust generation rate and clarify the behavior of the top blown jet, a new online system for measuring the dust generation rate for BOF was developed. The system enabled online continuous measurement of the dust generation rate by diluting the dust collecting water and using a colorimetric method to measure the dust concentration of the diluted dust collecting water. Application of the numerical simulation method to supersonic jets was considered and the behavior of the top blown jet was grasped in order to control the dynamic pressure. These tools were used to optimize the operating conditions and quickly evaluate the top blowing lance design under the Zero‐Slag‐Process. 相似文献

现有两台中3.6×52M回转窑,使用重油、粉煤作为燃料,收尘设施为旋涡收尘器加电收尘器。回转窑正常生产时,进入电收尘器的烟气温度仅能达到140℃~160℃,无法满足设计所需的最低180℃的要求。导致电收尘器内部结构腐蚀,漏风率达到20%、收尘效率仅为80%,出口含尘超标,给后续制酸系统造成困难。通过技术改造,将电收尘改造为布袋收尘器,收尘效率提高至99.95%,出口含尘降低至30mg/Nm3,系统漏风率降低至3%,保障了系统稳定运行。 相似文献

During the BOF process for the production of crude steel, the specific amount of dust emitted is of the order of 2 % of the steel weight at turn down. The process gas conveys the dust through the boiler system into the primary and secondary dust catchers. The transportation of dust particles is influenced by blowing parameters; physical properties of process gas and of dust phases; and, type and layout of the converter and the filter system. In this work, a numerical simulation model is developed that simulates the pneumatic conveyance and sedimentation of primarily coarse dust particles in the BOF gas cleaning system. Comparison is then made of predicted coarse dust characteristics with values for dust sampled from an existing plant in order to verify the plausibility of the developed model. 相似文献
