对主制造商-供应商研制模式下的供应商质量对飞机研制的影响做了探讨,叙述了不同类型供应商的质量体系评价原则,主要包括体系标准、审核要素、审核周期、不符合项更改等指标。对于供应商绩效考核则主要依据其在飞机研制中的重要度等级采取不同周期和内容的考核方式,通过上述供应商质量体系的评价与考核,可以首先选择通过AS/EN/JAN9100标准的公司,最大限度地降低供应商选择的风险。 相似文献

强制性产品认证(CCC)的工厂检查主要围绕工厂是否满足《强制性产品认证实施规则工厂质量保证能力要求》等相关国家法律法规/规章/行政规范性文件相关要求。ISO9001质量体系认证是指第三方认证机构对企业的质量体系进行审核、评定和注册活动,其目的在于通过审核、评定和事后监督来证明企业的质量体系符合某种质量保证标准。目前很多企业所生产的产品即取得了CCC认证,企业又获得ISO9001认证,企业每年分别面临CCC、ISO9001的审核,本文主要针对认证机构对CCC工厂检查、ISO9001审核的结合点进行分析,并对此提出第三方认证机构针对CCC获证企业进行CCC与ISO9001结合审核的可行性方案,并对结合审核的优势进行探讨。 相似文献

The purchasing function directly affects the competitive ability of a firm. Purchasing managers need to periodically evaluate supplier performance in order to retain those suppliers who meet their requirement. Four attributes are frequently used as performance criteria. These attributes are quality, on-time delivery, price and service. An evaluation and selection system of suppliers using Taguchi loss functions is proposed in this paper based on these four attributes. These four attributes are transferred to the quality loss and combined to one decision variable for decision making. Purchase allocation is a multi criteria decision making (MCDM) problem. Multitude of qualitative and quantitative factors is involved in the multiple sourcing decisions. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has widely been used to find out the relative rankings of suppliers. AHP can be combined with regular supplier quantitative audit process. In classical AHP, decision maker (DM) has to pair wise compare suppliers for each factor, whereas the proposed audit based simplified AHP will remove the complexity of comparison. Quarterly audit-based AHP rankings and supplier performance probability products can be used in place of revenues in the backward recursive resource allocation knapsack model. This combined model will decompose purchase allocation problem into different stages and combine one supplier at each stage and provide the optimum and feasible solution in the end. Solution at each stage is also a feasible option. This model is only applicable when the total order quantity and the capacity of all suppliers are integer multiples of economic or minimum order quantity. The quality and delivery performance of a typical company depends largely on the capability of its suppliers. It is therefore important for a company to evaluate the performance of its existing suppliers. However, the problem of supplier evaluation is rather complex when a group of decision makers responsible for these suppliers are geographically dispersed. Evaluating decisions requiring the elicitation of vague and imprecise linguistic information expressed in fuzzy terms. For this purpose, a hybrid fuzzy group decision-making approach for supplier evaluation is proposed, integrating the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (F-AHP) and the fuzzy preference-ranking-organization-method-for-enrichment-of-evaluation (PROMETHEE) group decision support system (F-PROMETHEE GDSS) method. F-AHP is used to determine the weight of multiple criteria while F-PROMETHEE GDSS is applied for the final ranking of suppliers from a group decision viewpoint. The approach advances the supplier evaluation context in two aspects. First, it treats each decision maker uniquely in terms of the preference function and threshold levels. In order to compete effectively in the global market, a company must have a network of competent suppliers. To create and maintain such a network and to improve various capabilities that are necessary for the buying organization to meet its increasing competitive challenges, the buying firms may engage in supplier development. To improve the supplier capabilities, the buying organizations have to consider various supplier development factors such as supplier base, communication with suppliers, direct involvement of suppliers, etc. Their significance and the role in supplier development process are also to be considered. These factors not only affect the supplier development process but also influence each other. However, the methodologies used in supplier development literature analyze the factors independently. This paper attempts to overcome the above, by analyzing the interrelationship between the supplier development factors. The Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) approach has employed to develop the structural relationship among supplier development factors and also tried to define the levels of different factors based on their driver/dependence power and their mutual relationships.
