对基夫赛特炉搭配沉铁渣炼铅的反应过程进行了热力学分析,结果表明:在500~1 000℃条件下,PbS氧化生成PbSO_4比生成PbO的趋势更强,ZnS氧化生成ZnSO_4比生成ZnO的趋势更强。在800~1 300℃条件下,PbSO_4较PbO更容易被还原成单质铅。试验研究结果表明:在1 000℃条件下,PbS主要氧化成PbSO_4。在温度1200℃,M_(氧化后铝精矿)/M_(氧化后沉铁渣)=4:1,CaO/SiO_2=0.5,Fe_2O_3/SiO_2=1.25,M_(待还原料)/M_(焦炭)=40.2的还原气氛下,产出粗铅的品位达到97.48%,铅的回收率为98.35%。  相似文献

模拟"熔池熔炼法从沉铁渣中回收铁"工艺的高温氧化脱硫阶段,考察了温度、气氛和冷却方式对沉铁渣脱硫程度及铁富集效果的影响。硫酸铁分解脱硫的热力学计算与热分析表明,硫酸铁分解脱硫的温度分别为780.0℃和875.2℃,热力学计算得到的相变温度、分解温度与热分析曲线的吸热峰位置、失重阶段相吻合。沉铁渣脱硫阶段的最佳工艺条件为:炉膛温度1 300℃,氧气气氛,水淬法冷却产物。此时沉铁渣的脱硫率为99.55%,铁在产物中的含量为37.92%。  相似文献

研究了采用高温挥发法从沉铁渣中回收锌,考察了焦铁比、温度、时间对锌挥发率的影响。结果表明:在温度1 230℃、焦铁比50%、时间30 min条件下,沉铁渣中锌的回收率达97.9%。高温挥发法工艺简单,锌回收率高,具有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

通过热力学计算,得出湿法炼锌铅银渣烟化挥发过程中ZnO、FeO、PbO、Fe2O3还原挥发所需的PCO/PCO2值,并对影响烟化挥发的空气过剩系数α值、渣型等因素进行了初步研究.结果表明:熔炼初期α宜控制在0.8~1.0,还原阶段宜控制在0.6~0.7,此条件能较好地满足烟化挥发过程中热量和还原性气氛的要求.对FeO-SiO2-CaO三元系热力学研究表明,选择CaO 10%~20%、FeO 40%~55%、SiO2 30%~35%的渣型,渣熔化温度小于1 150℃,黏度在0.5~5 Ps·s范围内.  相似文献

研究了采用钙化焙烧—酸浸工艺从钒铁渣中提取钒,通过条件试验考察了几个因素对钒提取效果的影响。试验结果表明:采用钙化焙烧—酸浸工艺,在铁钒渣造球粒径8~10mm、氧化钙用量为钒铁渣质量的14%、硫酸质量浓度120g/L、焙烧温度900℃、浸出时间4h、液固体积质量比2∶1、浸出温度95℃条件下,钒浸出率在95%以上,工艺操作简单,有一定经济效益。  相似文献

研究了用针铁矿法从锌矿石浸出液中除铁。试验结果表明,采用30%的双氧水作氧化剂,在温度95℃、溶液pH 4.8、双氧水用量16.67 mL/L、沉铁渣用量16.72g/L条件下反应5h,陈化2h,除铁率达99.99%。该工艺除铁效果较好,除铁后液符合工业要求。  相似文献

某钴冶炼厂采用中和水解法除铁,在除铁过程中,存在除铁率低、铁渣中夹钴率高(达到14%)等问题。对此,采用中和水解法来降低除铜后钴浸出液中铁含量,对影响除铁的参数进行多因素试验。结果表明,在氧化还原电位0.40V、终点pH在4.00~4.25、除铁时间控制在6.5h以上、空气流量大于0.8倍溶液/min,除铁温度在50℃以上时,除铁率达到99%,钴夹带率降低到≤1%。  相似文献

为提高LF精炼渣资源化利用效率,对精炼渣碳酸化过程中Ca赋存状态转变进行了研究。通过碳酸化实验确定了温度为20℃,液固比为5,通气量为600 mL/min,转速为700 rad/min,粒径小于88μm时碳酸化效果最好,并探究了不同pH条件下Ca^2+、HCO3^-、CO3^2-的浓度变化。在此基础上,利用XRD、SEM、TG-DTA、FT-IR等方法对碳酸化前后精炼渣进行了表征分析。XRD分析表明,f-CaO、Ca2SiO4、Ca3Al2(SiO4)3衍射峰强度减弱,碳酸化后主要产物为CaCO3;DG-DTA分析表明,碳酸化产物在600~800℃失重率达13.35%;SEM分析表明,生成的CaCO3颗粒聚集附着在精炼渣颗粒表面;FT-IR表明,碳酸化后产生大量碳酸盐,并多为方解石晶型。  相似文献
