用机械合金化方法制备Ni-Al系金属间化合物 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
用球磨机分别对Ni-50at.-%Al和Ni-25at.-%Al混合粉末进行机械合金化,并对Ni_3Al预合金粉末进行高能球磨,观察了粉末的金相组织,测定了粉末的硬度、平均直径和晶粒尺寸,并作了XRD物相分析结果表明,经3h研磨,Ni-50at.-%Al混合粉末变成NiAl金属间化合物,其晶粒直径约5nm;经5h机械球磨,Ni-25at.-%Al混合粉末成为无序的亚稳定Ni固溶体,而Ni_3Al预合金粉末由Ll_2型长程有序金属间化合物转变为fcc无序固溶体;球磨更长时间,则形成纳米晶. 相似文献

以工业WC粉、Co粉和Cr3C2粉为原料,用行星式高能球磨机制备了WCCoCr3C2复合粉末。用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、光电子能谱等对粉末进行了分析。结果表明,球磨12h后复合粉末的粒度可达0.1μm左右,钴均匀分布且部分包覆在WC颗粒表面,处于亚固溶状态。 相似文献

The microstructure,alloying reaction and sintering behavior of the powder produced by Mechanical Al-loying(MA)for 8 h from 64 wt.-% Ti powder and 36 wt.-% Al powder were studied by scanning electronmicroscopy,optical microscopy,X-ray diffractometry,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and dilatometry.The mechanically alloyed powder partictes are Ti-Al composite particles.Thus,titanium aluminides can formeasily in the powder through diffusion during heat treatment.It is shown that the sintering behavior of this pow-der,different from the behaviors of TiAl alloy powder and mixed powder of 64 wt.-% Ti powder and 36 wt.-%Al powder,changes from expansion at temperatures below 1000℃ to shrinkage at temperatures above 1000℃.Homogeneously alloyed TiAl material with a density over 96% of the theoretical density can be produced fromthe mechanically alloyed powder by compaction-sintering. 相似文献

Ni_(100-x)Mo_x(x=20,30,38)alloys have been synthesized by mechanical alloying.Thestructure evolution of powders in mechanical alloying process has been monitored byX-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopyanalyses.The results show that the Ni_(62)Mo_(38)sample becomes partially amorphous afterhigh energy ball milling,while the Ni_(80)Mo_(20)and Ni_(70)Mo_(30)become non-equilibriumnanocrystals. 相似文献

采用自制球磨机机械合金化Ti/Al二元粉末,研究了机械合金过程中粉末结构的变化。结果表明:Ti50Al50混合粉径高能球磨后,颗粒尺寸迅速增大,而后快速下降,Ti,Al晶粒各自逐渐细化至纳米尺寸,进一步球磨,颗粒尺寸减小甚微,晶粒尺寸进一步细化导致形非晶,但在此过程中并没有发现Ti-Al金属间化合物的形成;随球磨时间的延长,粉末显微硬度开始略有下降,然后迅速增加,在基本形成非晶后,保持恒定值。 相似文献

The amorphization transformation of Al-Y-Ni system by mechanical alloying was inves-tigated in both thermodynamic and kinetic aspects.The amorphous powder of Al-richcomposition Al_(80)Y_(15)Ni_5 was formed after 70 h milling.The process of the amorphiza-tion was monitored by X-ray diffraction.The dependence of the amorphization on themilling intensity was also discussed.The results show that over milling with extra-highintensity has an unfavourable effect on amorphization of the system. 相似文献
