本文提出了一种基于模式类特征空间统计分布的模糊隶属度函数模型,可有效地反映模式在特征空间中的真实分布,用于模式分类器输入特征的模糊化可获取更好的识别性能。作者以带钢表面缺陷检测系统为应用对象,以采自上海宝山钢铁公司冷轧带钢生产线的实际样本为训练集和测试集,对本文提出的模糊隶属度函数性能进行了测试,并与基于模糊C均值的隶属度函数进行了比较,测试结果显示,本文提出的基于模式类特征空间统计分布的模糊隶属度函数模型抗噪能力强,在提高分类器识别率和降低错误率上有明显优势。  相似文献

现有的确定检索算法不能控制图形数据库中查询对象的范围和行为,更不能解决对象的精确查询问题。为了解决这个问题,提出了面向对象的不确定检索方法。对检索对象建立了模糊层次对象树,给出了非线性模糊因子计算公式,设计了模糊对象检索算法。检索过程中用概念化的模型组织数据,用不确定的特征去检索数据,有效地控制了查询时对象的范围和行为.实现了对象的精确查询。  相似文献

本文以同时具有丢失型和遗漏型未知属性值的广义不完备模糊决策系统为研究对象,提出了确定特征优势关系的概念,构建基于确定特征优势关系的模糊粗糙集模型,并提出相对下、上近似约简的概念,在此基础上得到近似约简的的判定定理及区分函数。并进行实例分析说明其有效性。  相似文献

在用多种特征进行简单的串联组合识别时,不同特征具有不同的特征类型和衡量尺寸,针对串联组合特征的这种特点,提出了一种最近邻模糊分类器.该分类器首先把待识别目标的组合特征与训练模板中的组合特征样本一一进行比较,从而得到了一个特征差矩阵.提出用模糊分布函数在同类特征差之间进行处理,生成一个隶属度矩阵,然后用算术平均法对隶属度矩阵进行处理,并用最大隶属度准则来进行分类判决.识别框架表明最近邻模糊分类器对组合特征中的各种不同特征的特征类型和衡量尺寸没有一致性要求,也无需对串联组合特征矢量做任何预处理.最后,用外场实测数据进行验证,结果表明,最近邻模糊分类器能够有效地解决多种特征串联组合的雷达目标识别问题.  相似文献

隐树结构图模型通过引入了隐藏节点来描述变量之间的潜在关系,因而可以更好地对变量之间的相关性进行建模。树模型学习过程中,从变量观测数据所提取的有用特征数量,决定了该模型对变量间深层关系的建模能力;而现有学习算法都是对观测数据直接计算统计量来进行模型学习,未能按观测数据中的特征分类处理。针对现有算法对观测数据中信息利用不充分的不足,该文提出基于模糊多特征递归分组算法的隐树模型学习方法。首先,将变量的原始观测数据通过反映其特征的模糊隶属度函数转化成多个模糊特征,并构造多维模糊特征向量;其次,计算两两变量模糊特征向量之间的距离,并将其综合得到所有变量之间的模糊特征向量距离矩阵;最后,基于该距离矩阵,利用递归分组算法学习隐树模型。该文还将所提算法应用于股票收益数据和气温数据建模,验证了该文算法的实用性和有效性。  相似文献

提出了一种特征值模糊增强超分辨率谱估计算法。该算法对特征值进行了模糊增强处理,增强了较大的特征值,压缩了较小的特征值。这种算法可用于估计频谱,也可用于空间谱估计。经计算机模拟,证明该算法能获得较好的分辨率。  相似文献

模糊图像边缘的像素特征较为复杂,一般需要采用多个阈值作为分隔约束条件的方法来进行图像边缘分割,但是该方法存在诸如多阈值无法形成统一标准、边缘提取过程需要多次校对,以及效率较低等缺点.提出一种基于多阈值归一化分割的模糊图像边缘分割算法,通过设计超像素网格对模糊图像边缘特征的像素进行匹配,分析模糊图像的反调张量信息,并根据不同张量信息对多阈值进行归一化,以及采用灰度窗口相关系数匹配方法,将获得的多阈值归一化结果分别覆盖图中的单一目标对象,以实现模糊图像的边缘分割.实验表明,利用该算法进行模糊图像边缘分割能较好地获取图像的边缘细节特征,使得边缘具有更好的连线段连通性和宽度一致性.  相似文献

为了提高P2P网络交互的安全性,提出了基于模糊集合论的信任管理建模方法,通过引进特征向量和隶属度等概念,实现了信任的定量化描述;通过行为信任度的计算,客观地反映了信任的主观性,针对不同的上下文环境,对影响信任主体的多种因素给出了详细的模糊综合评判算法,得出量化评估结果,并基于模糊贴近度的概念,给出了信任更新算法,较全面、真实地反映了评估对象的信任度,仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性和合理性.  相似文献

三站时差定位系统对辐射源进行定位过程中会出现定位模糊及无解的情况,通过对模糊无解特征的研究,发现了长期对时差定位模糊无解认识存在的误区.基于模糊无解的特征,提出了模糊问题的解决方法.仿真结果表明,不需增加系统复杂性,即可有效的解决定位模糊问题.  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas. A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献
