以重复单元为-(SiH_2NH)-的全氢聚硅氮烷(PHPS)前驱体溶液为原料,采用水汽固化方式制备新型低表面能防护涂层。通过接触角测试、硬度及附着力等力学性能试验研究了PHPS固化过程中温度与时间对涂层性能的影响。使用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)与扫描电镜(SEM)对PHPS涂层化学结构以及微观形貌进行表征观察,并通过动电位极化曲线研究了最佳工艺制备的涂层的耐蚀性能。研究表明,温度200℃、时间2 h为PHPS水汽固化的最佳工艺参数。在温度200℃、时间2 h固化制备的PHPS涂层表面平整致密,无明显缺陷且与基体结合良好,PHPS涂层接触角最大为105°,计算得出其表面自由能为18.74 mN·m~(-1),涂层硬度达到9 H,附着力等级达到0级。由动电位极化曲线可知,浸泡48 h后涂层的电流密度为2.136×10~(-7)A·cm~(-2),基体的电流密度为1.336×10~(-4)A·cm~(-2),腐蚀电流密度大大降低,涂层保护效率高达99.84%。 相似文献

Poly[6,6′‐(1‐methylethylidene)bis(3,4‐dihydro‐3‐2H‐1,3‐hexylbenzoxazine)] (PB‐hda)‐silica nanocomposites were synthesized with perhydropolysilazane (PHPS) and PB‐hda by ring opening polymerization in one step. Both high transparency and good water vapor barrier property (WVP) are required to be improved in the field of packing and electronic materials, such as OLED, solar cell, and electronic paper. PB‐hda has shown high toughness and high thermal stability. However, it became dark brown and showed a reduction of WVP with increasing curing temperature, which make it difficult to be applied to packing and electronic materials. In this study, we aim to improve transparency and WVP by addition of PHPS into PB‐hda matrix. It was found that nanocomposites showed the improvement of WVP and transparency owing to Si? O? C linkages between PB‐hda and PHPS. In particular, a nanocomposite with 1 wt % of silica showed the most significant improvement in terms of transparency and the WVP. These properties were found to be influenced by the thickness of the combined polymer‐silica layers that formed around the silica particles; these layers were thickest in the 1 wt % sample. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 将灰色预测模型应用于黄霉素工业化发酵过程中。对采用Streptomyces bambergiensis 在60 m3发酵罐中批式补料发酵生产黄霉素的过程分别建立GM(1,8)、GM(1,1)和灰色Verhulst模型。3种模型的预测模拟结果表明都可以模拟黄霉素工业化发酵过程,其平均相对误差分别为15.322%、6.093%和1.776%,残差平方和分别为4.177 g2/L2、0.680 g2/L2和0.053 g2/L2。通过比较3种模型预测模拟结果证明灰色Verhulst模型更适合黄霉素工业化发酵过程的预测模拟。 相似文献

Poly(vinyl alcohol) membrane was coated with organic-silica nanocomposite derived from perhydropolysilazane. For organic composite part, polystyrene-block-poly(4-vinyl phenol) [SP], poly(tert-butyl acrylate-co-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) [BA] and poly(butyl methacrylate-co-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) [BMA] were used. Water vapor barrier property of coat membrane was measured at relative humidity = 96% by a cup method. The coat films of nanocomposites with SP-silica and BA-silica showed better water vapor barrier property than those of the silica coat film without organic polymer and BMA-silica composites. The surface morphologies of the coat films were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The addition of organic polymer to silica prevented the crack formation of coat layer on the substrate. 相似文献

Silica-based coating systems were developed using polymer derived ceramics (PDCs) technology. Ceramic composites on the base of a SiO2 and SiNO matrix and homogeneously distributed Mo5SiB2, SiB6, Si and B fillers were manufactured. The coating systems have low porosity and provide a high oxidation resistance up to 100 h at 800 °C and 1100 °C in air. The influence of temperature and atmosphere of pyrolysis on the polymer precursor, the volume fraction of filler materials on the chemical composition of compacts as well as their high-temperature oxidation protection was investigated. 相似文献

To prepare hard and transparent poly (methyl methacrylate)‐silica coat film on glass or polycarbonate substrates, poly(methyl methacrylate‐co‐2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate) random copolymers and perhydropolysilazane (PHPS) were blended in solution. Then the solution was cast on the substrates. The grafting of PHPS onto 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate unit was analyzed by 1H NMR spectroscopy. Surface hardness and transparency of the coat film were measured by nano‐indentation method and UV‐Vis spectroscopy, respectively. Surface hardness of coat film depended on the volume fraction of silica in the coat film, and reached 2.7 GPa when the volume fraction of silica was 76.4%. Transparency of the coat films prepared with PHPS was almost 100%, indicating that the coat film prepared with PHPS was highly transparent not only on glass substrate but also on the polycarbonate substrate. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
