插入式气体流量计的设计及应用

为了解决节流式流量计在煤气流量测量中存在的问题,设计了一种插入式气体流量计,包括取压头、取压导通装置和密封固定装置三部分。插入式气体流量计在山钢股份莱芜分公司焦炉煤气、高炉煤气、混合煤气等煤气流量测量应用后,煤气计量数据更加精准,生产更加稳定,降低了生成成本。

焦炉煤气排水器堵塞处理方法改进

焦炭炼焦过程中产生的焦炉煤气经净化后可作为工业燃料，通过煤气管道提供给用户使用。然而，由于焦炉煤气中含有机械及化学杂质，主要通过煤气排水器下排尘管排出。焦炉煤气管道在长时间输送煤气的过程中,煤气沉积物持续积累在煤气排水器内部,若不及时处理将造成煤气大量积水，致使煤气管道有效管内径逐渐缩小,极大地降低管道长期输送煤气能力，严重时因积水过多造成管道支架超负荷。文中主要针对常年运行的焦炉煤气排水器堵塞问题，通过引用泄压阀对原有方法进行改进，有效避免了蒸汽烫伤与阀门开裂等安全隐患，排水器堵塞问题得到解决。     

浅析环境因素对焦炉煤气测量的影响

煤气流量测量的准确性对工业生产过程中的能源消耗、成本核算起着至关重要的作用。由于焦炉煤气具有热值高的特点,被广泛应用于钢铁企业。酒钢的焦炉煤气由于脱硫、脱尘效果不好,煤气品质较差,硫化氢、萘含量超标,影响整个焦炉煤气系统数据结算。本文介绍酒钢焦炉煤气在计量过程中存在的问题,通过解决存在的关键性问题来提高煤气介质计量的准确性,保证用能单位结算数据的准确和可靠,实现合理用能、节约用能,降低排放,提高效益和保护环境的目的。
