本文研究了水煤浆燃烧技术在轧钢加热炉上的应用,并获得成功。对水煤浆的特性、炉前处理和燃烧技术及试验结果作了分析。试验结果表明,水煤浆的燃烧技术能满足轧钢加热工艺的要求,为工业炉窑开辟一条以煤代油的新路。     

水煤浆燃烧过程中的结渣机理与防治

对水煤浆燃烧的结渣机理进行了系统研究，并对影响水煤浆结渣的诸多因素进行了分析。提出改善耐火材料特性是防止水煤浆燃烧结渣最为有效的措施。对水煤浆技术具有很好的推动作用。     

水煤浆在烧结机点火器上的应用

介绍了国内首次在烧结机点火器上进行的水煤浆燃烧应用试验。结果表明，研制的水煤浆点火器对各种水煤浆和不同的雾化介质均有很好的适应性，均可达到理想的燃烧效率和点火效果，该技术的推广应用具有很好的经济效益和环保效益。     

水煤浆锅炉燃烧中Ca(OH)2固硫模型分析与实验

建立了在水煤浆燃烧过程中以Ca(OH)2作为脱硫剂的固硫反应模型,并将Ca(OH)2的分解反应和固硫反应有机结合起来,分析了温度和钙硫比对脱硫率的影响.理论分析结果在小型水煤浆锅炉的燃烧实验中得到证实.     

水煤浆燃烧装置的研究

本文从水煤浆燃料及其与燃烧有关的特点出发,提出了水煤浆燃烧装置的设计原则,确定了各种设计参数,给出燃烧装置的结构设计。从燃烧角度对煤质及添加剂提出了具体要求,并对水煤浆性能作了初步讨论。     

工业炉窑燃用水煤浆成套技术的研究开发

介绍了北京科技大学研究开发的工业炉窑燃用水煤浆成套技术。其中，厂区管道输送技术给出了根据水煤浆流变特性而确定的管道设计参数，水煤浆的储存技术给出了不同情况下解决防冻问题和防止沉淀问题的方法，炉前处理技术给出了水煤浆在线过滤和炉前降低粘度以利于雾化燃烧的措施，燃烧器、燃烧组织及改炉技术则根据不同炉窑的工艺要求介绍了如何实现水煤浆的高效、稳定燃烧和怎样解决以水煤浆代油所带来的某些问题。     

低质煤制取水煤浆的试验研究

为了充分开发和利用辽宁地方煤炭资源,本文介绍了以辽宁省铁法矿不同热渣的低质煤为例,开展了原煤的可选性,水煤浆制浆工艺及添加剂等研制工作,研制出技术上可行、性能良好的水煤浆。对比试烧结果表明:用低质煤制得的水煤浆燃烧性能与优质煤制得的水煤浆相近。     

燃烧技术是影响水煤浆产业发展的关键

介绍了水煤浆技术的特点及使用情况,指出中、小型锅炉使用水煤浆燃料的技术相对复杂。解决好中、小型锅炉水煤浆燃烧技术,是发展水煤浆产品的关键。
