综述了近年来国内外在复合电镀研究方面的进展。重点探讨了多元复合电沉积、纳米复合电沉积、含稀土复合电沉积、功能梯度材料的复合电沉积的研究现状和发展趋势。资料表明:复合材料镀层的耐磨、耐蚀、抗高温氧化等性能优于单金属镀层或合金镀层。复合镀层在今后的发展中将有更广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

Ni–W alloy coatings were prepared on a mild steel substrate by means of pulse current (PC) and compared to the coatings electrodeposited
by direct current (DC). In particular the study dealt with the influence of the frequency using pulse current on the surface
morphology while maintaining a constant duty cycle. A constant charge for DC and PC electrodeposition of Ni–W alloy coatings
was used. The morphology of the coatings was explored by scanning electron microscopy and the composition of the coatings
was analysed by X-ray powder diffraction and energy dispersive X-ray analysis. Corrosion resistance of Ni–W alloy coatings
was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization in a chloride medium. The corrosion products were analysed by Raman spectroscopy.
It was found that the temperature of the electrolysis affects current efficiency of the DC and PC electrodeposition. The frequency
of pulse electrodeposition alters the morphology of the Ni–W alloy coatings. There was evidence of the positive influence
of increased tungstate concentration in the electrolyte on corrosion resistance of the Ni–W alloy coatings. 相似文献

Using cyclic-voltammetric techniques, a pyrophosphate-cyanide electrolyte for the electrodeposition of compact Ag–Sn alloy
coatings is investigated. This electrolyte is suited to further investigations on the alloy composition, structure and properties.
The electrodeposition of coatings with up to 40 wt% Sn is possible from the investigated complex electrolytes. The alloy surpasses
the saturation limit of the silver lattice with Sn and allows the formation of coatings with phase heterogeneity. At high
tin content an ordered spatial distribution of different alloy phases on the cathodic surface can be observed. The pattern
formation in this system looks very similar to the phenomena and structures observed during electrodeposition of other silver
alloys, such as Ag–Sb, Ag–Bi and Ag–In. 相似文献

利用电喷镀技术在65Mn表面制备了Ni-Co-P/BN复合镀层。借助Design Expert软件进行了电喷镀Ni-Co-P/BN复合镀层的实验设计,并测试了镀层的表面形貌和硬度。根据测试结果,分析了镀层的组成,并研究了电压、镀液温度、两极间隙、纳米BN微粒的质量浓度对Ni-Co-P/BN复合镀层硬度的影响。结果表明:当电压为16V、镀液温度为70℃、两极间隙为1.6mm、纳米BN微粒的质量浓度为8g/L时,可以在65Mn表面制得光亮且致密的Ni-Co-P/BN复合镀层,其硬度较65Mn基体的硬度显著提高。 相似文献

This study examined the characteristics of calcium phosphate coatings deposited on a NaOH-pretreated titanium substrate by electrodeposition in a modified simulated body fluid (SBF) immediately after electrodeposition as well as after the coatings had been immersed in the SBF for 5 d in order to determine the effects of a NaOH pretreatment on the bioactive coating prior to electrodeposition. The results showed that a dense and uniform coating that consisted of brushite and hydroxyapatite had formed on the NaOH-pretreated titanium substrate by electrodeposition. This coating had transformed to a bonelike apatite during immersion in the SBF. This was attributed to the increased surface area of the modified titanium formed after the NaOH treatment as well as the Na+ ions released from that surface. Therefore, a NaOH pretreatment is recommended as an effective method for preparing a bioactive calcium phosphate coating by electrodeposition. 相似文献
