JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构用钢腐蚀性能研究

对JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构钢进行室内加速腐蚀试验、电化学腐蚀试验、室外大气曝晒腐蚀试验及钢的表面锈层分析。试验表明：JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构钢板耐大气腐蚀性能达到CortenA钢的实物水平，是理想的耐大气腐蚀材料，各项技术指标均能满足塔桅钢结构的制作要求；它已应用于港口、电网建设等工程之中，有明显的社会效益和经济效益。     

500 MPa级耐大气腐蚀钢的研制与开发

设计了500 MPa级耐大气腐蚀钢的化学成分和热连轧工艺,并对其组织和性能进行了调控。生产实践表明,按照设计的成分和工艺生产的耐大气腐蚀热轧带钢的组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,拉伸性能和冷弯性能优异,耐大气腐蚀性能良好,能够满足用户的使用要求。     

我国铁道车辆用高强度耐大气腐蚀钢的进展

回顾了我国铁道车辆用耐大气腐蚀钢的现状，提出了在高速重载条件下铁道车辆及其用钢的新要求。初步总结了我国高强度耐大气腐蚀钢的研究工作，对比分析了国内几个主要钢厂开发生产的高强度耐大气腐蚀钢的工艺性能。     

新型超低碳贝氏体耐大气腐蚀钢

采用增加碳含量和合金含量的方法来提高耐大气腐蚀钢强度，会导致冷裂纹敏感性的增加、焊接热影响区硬度的提高和焊接热影响区韧性的降低。为此，川崎制铁开发了超低碳贝氏体耐大气腐蚀钢，其碳含量约为0．02％。该产品的特点如下：     

铁路车辆用耐大气腐蚀08CuP扁豆型花纹板的研制

本文阐述了铜和磷在钢中的作用机理;介绍了08CuP钢的生产工艺,机械、工艺性能;对08CuP钢的耐大气腐蚀和耐硫酸腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,08CuP钢的耐大气腐蚀性能,接近日本SPA-C钢实物水平。     

焊接性能优异的新型超低碳贝氏体耐大气腐蚀钢

通过增加碳含量和合金含量来提高耐大气钢的强度的方法会导致冷裂纹敏感性的增加、焊接热影响区硬度的提高和焊接热影响区韧性的降低。为此,川崎制铁开发了超低碳贝氏体耐大气腐蚀钢,其碳含量约为0 0 2 %。该产品的特点有:(1)海岸用耐大气腐蚀用钢的Ni含量不少于2 5 % ,经两年海水喷雾试验表明,其腐蚀失重比常规耐大气腐蚀钢少15 %。(2 )在轧态情况下,田园用新型耐大气腐蚀钢满足5 70MPa级强度和韧性的要求,新型海岸用耐大气用钢也满足4 0 0、4 90、5 70MPa级强度和韧性的要求。(3)在腐蚀失重和铁锈特征方面,田园用新型耐大气腐蚀钢的耐…

高强度耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构用钢板的研制开发

对高强度耐大气腐蚀钢进行了 Cu、Cr、Ni、Nb合金化处理 ,配合冶炼、控温轧制等生产工艺 ,开发研制了屈服强度达到 390 MPa的高强耐大气腐蚀钢板。结果表明 ,该钢具有高强度、强韧性及良好的焊接和耐大气腐蚀等性能 ,其年腐蚀率小于 0 .0 2 5 mm / a。     

JT245耐大气腐蚀塔桅结构用钢板的研制开发

济钢新开发的塔桅结构用JT245耐大气腐蚀钢板，是在钢中添加适量的Cu、P、Nb等合金元素，使金属表面生成致密、连续的含Cu、P、Nb等合金元素的非晶产物层，较好解决了钢材的耐大气腐蚀性能。JT245钢的物理性能测试、焊接工艺试验评定、室外大气曝晒等系列试验表明：JT245耐大气腐蚀钢板机械、焊接性能稳定、耐大气腐蚀性能良好，完全能满足塔桅钢结构的制作需要。     

薄带连铸耐大气腐蚀钢的工业化实践

对耐大气腐蚀钢进行了薄带连铸工业化实践。通过成分调整和工艺设计,在NBS产线上成功生产出合格的耐大气腐蚀钢产品。薄带连铸耐大气腐蚀钢工业化实践表明,产品室温组织表层为PF+P,中心为AF;经单机架在线热轧压下率达到26%后,产品带厚公差控制在±25μm以内的比例可达99.6%;产品板形凸度可以控制到︱C40︱50μm,楔形可以控制到︱W40︱30μm。产品力学性能优,屈服强度范围为(430±50)MPa,抗拉强度范围为(550±50)MPa,断裂延伸率范围为(27±5)%;耐腐蚀性能与目前商用耐大气腐蚀钢相当,相对腐蚀率达到43%。产品经用户使用证明,薄带连铸耐大气腐蚀钢可以满足集装箱板严格的质量和使用要求。
