低阶煤热解提质技术发展现状及趋势研究

焦炉生产操作改进

淀粉的化学改性研究

庄信万丰发布《铂金2009年年鉴》

据庄信万丰公司最近出版的《PLATINUM 2009》报道,2008年,全球铂金市场出现了11.7t的短缺,铂金的供应量下降了9.5%,达到了185.7t。汽车尾气净化催化剂行业对铂金的需求下降了8.2%,达到了118.3t。除去回收料,全球首饰行业对铂金原材料的需求下降了6.2%,达到了42.5t。     

分析GPS在油田井位测量上的应用

Effects of andalusite aggregate pre-fired at different temperatures on volume stability and oxidation resistance of Al2O3–SiC–C castables

In the present work, the effects of the pre-firing temperature of andalusite aggregates (5–3 mm) on the conversion of andalusite as well as the volume stability and oxidation resistance of the Al₂O₃–SiC–C castables were investigated. The phases of the andalusite aggregates were tested via X-ray diffraction, and their microstructures as well as those of the castables were characterized via scanning electron microscopy. The linear expansion of the castables decreased with increase in the pre-firing temperature of andalusite, as less residual andalusite in the pre-fired aggregates lowered its transformation in the castables during firing at high temperatures. Moreover, the higher amounts of SiO₂-rich glass produced by andalusite pre-fired at high temperatures and secondary mullite generated between andalusite and the matrixes were both favorable to the production of castables with denser structure. This prevented the diffusion of O₂ into the castables and improved their oxidation resistance.     

Andalusite transformation and properties of andalusite-bearing refractories fired in different atmospheres

We found in our research that andalusite aggregate fired in a reducing atmosphere exhibits a lower mullitization rate than that fired in an air atmosphere. For investigating the effect of atmosphere on the transformation of andalusite and the properties of andalusite-containing refractories, andalusite powder (≤0.074?mm) and refractories containing andalusite aggregate (3–1?mm) were fired in air and carbon embedding, respectively. The phases and microstructure of the andalusite fired in both atmospheres were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The correlations of the properties of the andalusite-bearing refractories with the firing atmospheres were investigated in terms of volume stability, mechanical strength, and thermal shock resistance. The difference in the properties of the refractories was discussed with respect to the varied transformation rates of andalusite, and in terms of the different viscosities of the silica-rich glass caused by the different atmospheres.     

红柱石材料的研究及应用进展

根据近年来红柱石基高温材料的最新研究成果,系统地论述了红柱石莫来石化的研究进展,以及红柱石材料作为矿物原料在耐火材料、陶瓷、窑具等领域的最新应用进展情况。在此基础上,展望了红柱石材料今后可能的发展趋势。     

不同粒度红柱石对矾土基喷涂料性能的影响

以矾土为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉为结合系统,分别研究了不同粒度的红柱石对矾土基喷涂料性能的影响。试样自然干燥24h脱模,再经110℃烘干24h,分别于1000℃、1300℃和1500℃热处理3h。检测各温度热处理后试样的线变化率、体积密度、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度以及试样的热膨胀系数、耐磨性能和抗热震性能。结果表明,添加粗粒度的红柱石并不能有效弥补矾土基喷涂料经高温热处理产生的收缩。矾土基喷涂料的体积密度随着红柱石粒度的增大而增大。不同粒度的红柱石未对矾土基喷涂料的中温强度产生明显影响,粗粒度的红柱石可以提高矾土基喷涂料的高温强度。矾土基喷涂料的耐磨性能随着红柱石粒度的增大而提高。细粒度的红柱石有利于改善矾土基喷涂料的抗热震性能。     

Effect of the calcined andalusite aggregates on the micro-crack formation and thermal shock resistance of mullite castables

The effect of calcined andalusite aggregates on the micro-crack formation and thermal shock resistance of mullite castables was investigated and analyzed. The mullite castables were prepared from andalusite aggregates calcined at high temperatures. The results show that the micro-cracks from the transformation of andalusite to mullite can effectively relieve thermal stress, improving the thermal shock resistance of mullite castables. The micro-cracks generated decreased with increasing calcine temperatures of the andalusite aggregates. When the calcine temperature was increased from 1300 °C to 1500 °C, the thermal shock resistance of mullite castables was found to continuously increase. However, the thermal shock resistance of mullite castables with the andalusite aggregates calcined at 1600 °C is lower than those with the andalusite aggregates calcined at 1500 °C.     

红柱石及其引入方式对铝硅质浇注料性能的影响

为充分发挥红柱石在铝硅质浇注料中的优异性能,分别以特级矾土、棕刚玉为主要原料配以红柱石制备铝硅质浇注料.检测试样在不同温度下的抗折强度及体积密度、显气孔率及线膨胀率,并对烧后试样的物相组成及显微结构进行表征,以研究红柱石及其引入方式对不同配置的铝硅质浇注料性能的影响.研究结果表明:红柱石以细粉形式引入的铝硅质浇注料,在高温下莫来石反应及二次莫来石化较为充分,试样体积密度、高温抗折强度相对较高,线膨胀率相对较低;相比棕刚玉配置的浇注料,红柱石对矾土配置浇注料性能的改善更为明显,红柱石分解及二次莫来石化相对较为容易,产生的莫来石将矾土熟料紧密连接,有效改善试样的物理性能.     

我国红柱石的资源状况、生产和应用

介绍了目前我国红柱石的资源状况、生产及应用情况 ,并对某些红柱石产品的指标进行了分析。我国的红柱石资源主要分布于河南、新疆、陕西、吉林和辽宁等省 ,其选矿加工工艺一般根据其晶体的大小来确定。指出 :红柱石是一种优质的天然耐火原料 ,其粒度、纯度对耐火材料的质量及性能有决定性的影响。因此 ,如何保证我国红柱石的粒度满足要求和提高纯度仍是今后研究的主要课题     

多种外加剂对红柱石制品烧结性能影响的研究

研究了多种外加剂对红柱石原料烧结性能的影响，分析了其作用机理。结果表明：加入氧化镁可明显促进红柱石的烧结，在高温阶段其作用更加明显，但其质量分数必须严格控制，不宜超过2％。添加氧化钛也可促进红柱石的烧结，其质量分数应该控制在4％以内。而添加氧化铬和氧化锆则不利于红柱石的烧结。     

红柱石与绢云母、高岭石反浮选分离的研究

对比研究了在捕收剂十二胺和XM-1体系下红柱石与绢云母、高岭石的浮选行为.结果表明:红柱石和绢云母、高岭石在pH=5～6的弱酸性条件下,用XM-1作捕收剂比用十二胺反浮选更具有选择性.采用自制的新型捕收剂XM-1对新疆哈密某红柱石矿进行原浆浮选验证试验,获得了良好的分选指标.     

Development of Andalusite Bricks for Hot Blast Stove

Low-creep andalusite bricks are characterized by high refractoriness under load, good anti-creep property, high mechanical strength, low porosity, good thermal shock resistance, etc. In this study, low-creep andalusite brick specimens were investigated in the lab using mullite, bauxite and andalusite. Andalusite with the different panicle sizes were used in the experiment and the specimen with the best property was selected as the production standard. In addition, the industrial produced low-creep andalusite bricks were compared with other low-creep bricks. The results show that the developed low-creep andalusite bricks is an excellent material for hot blast stove.
