炼铁厂烧结系统密封新技术的应用

中国钢企配加印尼粗粉烧结生产实践探究

印尼粗粉属于褐铁矿，即含有10％结晶水的三氧化二铁。在实际操作中，有的钢铁企业用6％印尼粗粉替代原来6％澳大利亚粗粉的配比。对比发现，配加6%印尼粗粉后，烧结机料层厚度提高，在点火温度没有大幅度变化下烧结机机速提高、烧结机利用系数提高。由于在操作过程中增加了烧结的配碳，燃料消耗量增加，烧结矿质量有所改善，烧结转鼓指数上升0．38％，筛分指数下降1．66％；

酒钢厚料层均质烧结技术研究及工业应用

通过技术合作，在酒钢2^#烧结机上成功应用了厚料层均质烧结新技术。改造后料层高度由原来的512mm提高到最高700mm；烧结固体燃耗同比下降了7．69kg／t，下降13．73％；烧结矿FeO含量与改造前相比下降了1．09个百分点，同时烧结矿冶金性能相应提高。经计算仅节约烧结固体燃耗一项年可获经济效益687．6万元。

烧结机漏风问题直接影响烧结过程的各项技术经济指标。采用多种方法分别对烧结机各区段的漏风率进行了测定，并在此基础上提出漏风重点部位和定量数据，以便采取有利的防止漏风、降低漏风率的措施。在现场实施后证明是行之有效的，烧结机总漏风率下降了5．74％。     

24m^2烧结机高炉煤气点火系统的设计与应用

张店钢铁厂２台２４ｍ＾２烧结机高炉煤气点火系统投入运行后，充分利用了高炉富余煤气，每年可节煤６８８５ｔ；与煤粉点火相比，烧结矿品位提高０．０２５５；含硫量降低０．０１％￣０．０３７％，含粉率由１４％下降到１２．５％；点火工作区含尘量由１９０ｍｇ／ｍ＾３降到１４０ｍｇ／ｍ＾３。

烧结机6500主风机的改造

我厂共有4台75m~2烧结机,每台配备一台6500主风机抽送烟气。该风机性能差、能耗大,因而不能适应烧结生产日益发展的需要。经研究认为:如能将风机的负压提高到12748～13729Pa,风量增加到6500～7000m~3/min,则不仅可以将料层厚度提高到400～410mm,还可提高烧结矿产量和质量,降低固体燃料的消耗。1987年,我们结合烧结机中修,对2号主风机进行了技术改造,经过将近9个月的运转使用,表明改造取得了明显的效果。 1.改造的理论依据 德国Carl Pfleiderer教授认为,计算离心式流体机械时,应用公式计算最为妥善。于是我们应用通风机和其他透平机械的基本方程式的导出公式来进行计算(参看图1):
